ULTIMATE family playground with incredible hostOur family of 20 stayed here for a milestone birthday, and it was an unforgettable experience. The home is massive and incredibly clean, with updated bathrooms and four modern kitchens that made feeding a large group a breeze.The amenities are endless: two heated pools (the one with the lazy river was a hit, even if it was a bit too lazy, a bowling alley, a movie theater, a sauna, and a karaoke room. While the basketball net was a bit high, we still had a blast using it.A tip for future guests: With a house this full of high-tech features (golf simulator, arcades, etc.), I recommend messaging the host before arrival if there is one specific amenity you are dying to use. This ensures everything is calibrated and ready for you. If one arcade game is down, don't sweat it—there are plenty of others to keep you busy!The highlight of the stay was the host. He is incredibly warm, patient, and responsive. When we realized we needed a crib, he actually went out, bought a brand-new crib, mattress and sheets, and delivered them to us! We would absolutely stay here again.

House was very poorly maintained we found many cockroaches throughout the kitchen area. Water would not get hot for showers. One of the showers would not turn off ran from multiple hours. None of the blinds in the kitchen area would open did not get to see the sunlight at all sliding glass door taped off could not use to go outside. The Fireplace and the second master would not turn on. Pretty much all of the amenities advertised did not work. House was very poorly kept needs lots of updating and maintenance work save your money.

Home Away from Home

This was the third year in a row we've hosted our company retreat here, and it's become a home away from home for our team. We've always been impressed with the cleanliness of this rental, and this year was no different. There were a few minor issues (squeaky pipes, broken blinds, etc.), but considering the size of this property, it's very well maintained. We also got to enjoy the resort waterpark this year, which was a huge hit. Would highly recommend!

Inaccurate listing

The house is spacious and offers a wide range of amenities, but it fell short of the expectations set by its listing due to several maintenance issues. Showers would randomly shut off, the air conditioning in one wing wasn’t functioning properly, the movie theater had technical problems, and many of the arcade machines were inoperable. We had to call service technicians multiple times during our stay, which is disappointing considering the 3,500 per night rate. That said, the property is located in a beautiful gated community with excellent recreational facilities, including golf, well-maintained pickleball and tennis courts, and a fun mini golf course. The owner was responsive and sent maintenance personnel promptly, but overall, I wouldn’t recommend this property at its current price point given the number and nature of the unresolved issues.

Perfect Stay for a Buddies Golf Trip!

Had 20 guys on our annual golf trip and the house could not have been better. SO much bigger in person than the photos (which is hard to believe), sits directly on the 6th green at the Reunion (Palmer) course, and has amenity access to the resort. The resort provided shuttle transportation to and from the courses each day and it met all of our needs. Don't think twice - book it and stay at the craziest house you've ever been in!

Do Not Rent

Property was not what it was suppose to be. We had so many issues starting with pool heater not working. Golf simulator broke not able to be used. So many things were not right it's hard to even begin the list. The water was not hot for showers the lights did not work. Alarm in room went off at 6am and was nit able to be shut off for over an hour. Phone calls and communication was bad with property manager the week before. And because everything was working. He knew it was not! We had our huge family with little kids that could not swim because water was cold we had teenage kids disappointed that golf simulator was broke! We had to make many calls to manager but nothing was fixed. For the amount of money you pay for this place it should be a 5 star with everything working! We would not recommend this place to rent for the reason of the amenities not working!! Property manager told us what we wanted to hear but then was not able to follow through with anything. The grills did not work. The freezers were broke. The overall property was rough. The list could go on.

Amazing Reunion Fld Home

Wow so many cool things to list but basically you don’t have to leave this houseThroughout the stay, there were things not working here and there, but honestly that is expected with the enormous amount of appliances games, etc. they have available in the home. They were very responsive and because they had so many other options it didn’t phase us! We will definitely return!

Perfect property for a large

This property is endless and perfect stay for a large group. There's so many activities and if anyone needs time alone, there's plenty of space to get away. It was the perfect size for our group and we had a blast. A few items in the house didn't work such as some arcade machines, hot water on the first floor, recliners in the theater. Some of the items were taken care of such as bowling alley but others were not addressed. I called the house keeper a few times on Saturday and never got an answer. Overall excellent place to stay even with the minor items.

Enormous house, very clean

We had a great family vacation with 28 people ranging from 6 months to 70. There's so much room in the house, with each bedroom suite being very spacious. The bowling alley and the pool were favorites for everyone. Some of the arcade games weren't working and there are some maintenance issues that need attention, but overall we had a great time.
