Pésimo, pagué online, al llegar tuve que pagar lo del depósito que aún no me devolvieron y además me cobraron otros 80 dolares aprox sin ninguna razón (no hice ningún desperfecto por si se quieren justificar con eso) mejor busquen el hotel de al lado

Ubicacion buena, servicio malo
El personal del hotel cero amable, siempre tienen cara mala y cuando necesitas ayuda de ellos parece que les haces un favor. Llegamos una hora despues del check in y la habitacion aun no estaba lista y no brindaron ninguna solucion al respecto.

Horrible, tuvimos 3 habitaciones por accidentes. La primera habitación se le rebosó el agua negra en el baño y los cambiaron de habitación, en la segunda habitación olía muchísimo a mold y el aire no encendía y nos cambiaron a una “premiun” que olía igual y hasta peor.. en eso se nos dio las 3 am.. ya luego nos quedamos en esa por que estábamos cansados y teníamos a mi abuela de 78 años ya con sueño y estresada.. nunca más me quedaría en este hotel.. la higiene es horrible, huele mucho a mold y suciedad los pasillos y las habitaciones.

Cobros adicionales sin previo aviso...
Se realizaron cobros adicionales a mi tarjeta de manera sorpresa durante la noche... hasta el dia de hoy no se a que corresponden estos cobros adicionales a lo pagado por hotels.com al parecer son cobros llamados resort fee... perovqun tengo dudas respecto a valores porque no estaban dentro de la tarifa declarada por hotels.com.... no me parece correcto... me retire un dia antes del hotel molesto por la situacion....

The property is really close to Universal Studios and everything on International Drive. It was very easy to find a parking spot and the room we had was very spacious and laid out great. The only negatives I would say is that the cost for parking and breakfast were a little high, especially when most hotels in the area have free parking and breakfast. Also, the A/C in our room never dropped the room lower than 72 degrees, and one of our shower tubs held water and wouldn't drain. Overall it was great for what we paid for it and I would stay there again.

They didn’t really clean when we were staying there, I would come back to the hotel and all that was clean was the beds. The bathroom didn’t have toilet paper restocked and they only brought us 1 lotion and no shampoos and conditioner I had to ask for them to bring it.

Our room was very outdated and uncomfortable. It was very loud when we were trying to sleep and you could hear people running the halls, beating on walls, and emergency vehicles blaring. There were little hairs all over the bathroom - on the walls, tub, toilet, shower. Two lights weren't working and the master bed room was so uncomfortably hot. I expected more for what we paid.
