As promised by other reviews, this is a super fun place to stay. Our family had lots of great bonding time in the back yard and pool area. Check-in was easy and everyone was comfortable. There are more rules that most other places so make sure you read through and understand - there is zero flexibility on the policies, unlike many other places. We also got a list of check-out activities via text the day before which involved doing dishes (typical) and laundry. Luckily, we were staying at the house that day and had time to run through the list. It might also explain why some dishes were dirty when we checked in. All that said, if you are looking for a convenient place to Universal with fun things to do during your downtime, this place hits the mark.

The house was exactly like the pictures which was great. There was plenty of space for our group to spread out. The only suggestion I have is for the additional charge for the pool heat to be disclosed in the description. If it was in there, I missed it. I understand needing to charge for the heat, but I wasn’t expecting another 50 per day. Everything else was great!

We had a great stay at this house with 5 adults and 2 kids. Family friendly with lots of games and activities in the backyard I wish we would have had more time to explore. Well stocked kitchen and bathrooms. Great location about a 5 minute drive from Universal and Islands of Adventure and close to other parks. The host was communicative before and after our stay and we would definitely stay again.

Amazing location! They had everything we needed, plenty of bathroom and pool towels, refill toilet paper, shampoo/soap, all the cooking utensils we could need. The house was exactly as posted. There was so much to do! Owners were very responsive when we had questions. We will definitely reserve again!

This property is every bit as entertaining as the photos suggest. While some vacation rental feel annoyingly like a hotel, this property truly felt like a home away from home. There were plenty of dishes, appliances, dishes to meet our needs, in addition to basic necessities like oils / seasonings. The hosts also recognize that with a pool comes the need for plenty of towels, and provide a generous amount of both indoor and outdoor towels. The yard activities were much more engaging and entertaining than we expected for a group of adults. Soccer ball billiards was such a fun and unique game. The pool area was amazing for cooling off or just relaxing. Lastly, we will note that the landscaping is well kept, and they regular spray the property with pet-safe / human-safe insect treatments, I don’t think we saw a single mosquito all week! Would definitely return!

So close to Universal!

The home was exactly as it was shown in the listing. They had everything there we needed to enjoy our stay. But make no mistake, it's location! 8 minutes from the driveway to the Universal Studios parking garages, couldnt beat it. Would definitely recommend for a family/group!

Best Backyard in Orlando!

Great communication with the owners, the property was clean, the bedrooms had great themes/vibes, accommodated my whole family well, but the best part is the amazing backyard! The backyard has a very nice pool, sand/beach area to lay out, cornhole boards, billiards with soccer balls, bowling, turf yard, and your own private mini golf! We all enjoyed hanging out in the backyard and playing games. I would definitely recommend if you’re looking for a fun place to stay in Orlando.

Perfect for our group

The 9 of us (6 seniors) thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The seniors loved the layout (no stairs, one big common area, and patio plus pool) We were able to cook our meals easily and had plenty of space to eat together. Just a short drive to Animal Kingdom and Epcot. GreatWe didn't go to universal en closer.

Fun place

We enjoyed our vacation. You can tell the owners have made every effort to make this a fun and comfortable place to stay. We liked that it was close to Universal Studios and lots of restaurants. The pool was nice and refreshing after the heat of the day. House was well stocked. Would recommend staying here. The owner was excellent at communicating when I had questions.

Nice house, fun backyard

Several of us stayed at this house while we were attending a conference in Orlando. Overall the house was in good shape, the pool area was nice, and the backyard was a fun addition. We didn't really use the mini-golf or anything, but it's clear it would be fun especially if you have kids or had more downtime than we had. It would have been great to have the pool heated even just a little bit though. It was rather cold, even for being in Florida.

Nice location convenient to Universal and City Walk. Use Lyft to universal reasonably priced . We like to unpack our suitcases Would like some drawers. Overall we loved the house and had a wonderful vacation.

Fun spot to stay

House is great and comfortable with a fantastic backyard for family entertainment. Neighborhood is very old, but convenient to Universal, shopping and restaurants. Hot water was an issue as we kept running out. Overall, cool place though!

So Close to Universal!

We needed somewhere to spend the weekend to celebrate my son’s 16th birthday. He brought 5 friends and I brought my other children. The location was minutes to Universal so I could drop the boys all off and spend the rest of the day at the house cooking (amazing kitchen utensils) while my other kids got to enjoy the plethora of outdoor activities. The boys spent their time in the evenings in the backyard playing mini golf and bowling. The lights in the pool changed colors and the waterfall was a hit. The boys all camped out in the huge room with bunk beds hanging from the ceiling. The owner was very quick to respond with any questions during our stay. One for the memory books!
