Absolutely great home away from home. Communication with the host was fantastic. Pool and hot tub were excellent and game room was an added bonus. We will for sure look at this house again in the future.

We have just returned from a stay in this beautiful villa over the Christmas period, we have stayed in many villas over the years and this is one of the best! Would highly recommend to anybody looking for a family friendly villa in a great location!The villa was extremely well equipped and spotlessly clean.The hosts were very responsive and accommodating, they provided plenty of details on the property before we arrived so that we were able to settle in quickly.All the beds were comfortable and the decor throughout was really lovely, it really feltlike a home away from home!The pool area is perfect, good sized pool and spa, very private with plenty of loungers and seating.We had no issues at all during our stay. Would 100% recommend and hope to return ourselves one day!

Absolutely loved the villa layout, the games room and the home from home feel. It was well stocked with everything you can possible need for a wonderful stay. We had a few issues but they were dealt with quickly and Hayley was super easy to contact and very responsive. The only downside for us was it was a little further out from Disney than we had previously which because of traffic meant a good 30 minutes or more drive to the park every day, and therefore it was tricky to “pop” back to the villa for change of clothes or to use the pool. Also the pool could do with a light at night so it is easier to use when it is dark. The alarm is a great feature and made us feel very secure. The area the villa is located in is beautiful and has plenty around it. All in all we would come back!

Loved it

I have so many nice things to say about this rental I keep exceeding the character limit. So making a bullet list Host communication is excellent Local Property manager always answered the phone and helped me figure out an ER. ER is 8min up road new facility House is clean Quiet Some basics provided Dollar Tree is close for anything you need. Target & Walmart close Master on main overlooking pool with green belt views. I could keep blinds open to watch kids in pool while I got ready. Pool is great Pool toys are clean and in the garage Garage is a Game room Baths are updated and pretty. Carpets are clean. Closet had hangers AC works great Plus ceiling fans Beds comfy. We all slept great. King in master Nice bedding and pillows USB plugs in nightstands I love the floor plan Tons of kitchen space for lots of people and overlook the space Couches leather easy to clean Books for adults and kids Pool door slider alarm is the good kind. Loud chime but doesn’t ring continuously. I felt very safe with austic 3 year old twins at this pool house lots of windows to see the pool, kids rooms upstairs, and I could see greet room from bed to keep an eye out when hearing a kid escape bed. backs up to greenbelt Felt private you can skinny dip if you want to or swim if embarrassed to be in a swimsuit. House has alarm. We never used it. Felt very safe. Siesta key beach almost 2h with traffic 4th of July peak tourism We will be back!!!! Thanks Wendy Weilbacher Monroe, WA

Perfect Family Home

We had a fantastic stay over the Christmas period, villa was so welcoming and really felt like a home, which made our holiday much more enjoyable. Pool and pool area is great, clean and lots of space. All the kids loved the games room. Would highly recomend to anyone, especily if its a villa within highlands reserve your after, this location in the community is ideal. Cant thank the hosts enough for making our stay as stress free, welcoming and easy as possible, really great people.

Everything about this property was perfect for us. Nice big clean pool, comfy beds, very welcome games etc for our 2 year old granddaughter. You can see that the owners are working hard to update this property to a high standard. Contact with the owner was very easy and friendly. The house was exactly as it appeared. Spacious with a very nice pool and hot tub. Andrew answered all my questions previous to arriving and we had no trouble at all. A family of cranes greeted us and then we saw them on our last day too.

Great location and as marketed.

Good house and represented well on VBRO. The one negative was the cleanliness of the property and we place that blame on the management team as the owners of the house are foreign and cannot re-enter the country due to COVID-19.

Nice place to stay

Very nice!

When we arrived at the property, it was very nice neighborhood. The house was clean and neat. The rooms are very spacious and cozy. The pool was a great size. I let the owners know the day before that I was interested in renting a grill and it was arriving when we were pulling up to the drive way. More than enough utensils available and even some spices to get dinner started. Bed in master and upstairs room was a little squeeky but i let the manager know. Easy instructions were sent by email weeks before arriving. We had a wonderful time and would definitely visit again!!

Quality home with the utmost privacy

The purpose of my staying in a house was to get a better value than an overpriced hotel room with no room to spread out and unwind. This has been a stalwart motive of mine since I first deviated from the norm a couple of years ago and I will likely not rent a hotel room again if a private domicile is available wherever I may be traveling to for more than a day. As to the property it is very comfortable and well appointed. This particular residence is situated on an isolated cliff with the golf fairway separating the houses seen from the backyard at a long distance. Total privacy and tranquility. The house was set up proper to our satisfaction and our party had no complaints whatsoever. My situation was I wanted to treat the family to a couple of Disney park days yet I wanted to retreat to peace and tranquility with a couple of free days to execute remote business activities while the family enjoys the pool lounging around. This house is very close to Disney. I definitely recommend staying here even outside of my reason for doing so.Very nice!
