The location and resort amenities were terrific. The house was spacious with lots of room to spread out or be together. The location was close to the waterpark. The pool and spa heating were great and enjoyed by all of us. The house could use some detail cleaning and attention to furniture and mattress wear. The house needs to have treatment done as we found several cockroaches during our stay.

The house was perfect for us. We had a group of twelve and one small dog. Plenty of space for all. The pool was amazing and the hot tub was a bonus. Everything was pretty much what we expected. We even took advantage of the game room. We will definitely do it again.

Holiday vacation

I came here with a group of 19ppl and everyone had where to sleep, including cribs. The home is well maintained, there is definitely some wear and tear, but overall, exactly what we needed. Lake view, close to the club house and main pool area. Manager is quick to respond and very helpful

The communication was wonderful from the beginning. My family felt like we were at home. So glad we paid extra to have the pool/jacuzzi heated! The house was beautiful and fit our needs perfectly. We plan to be back very soon!

Careful, This listing is Not What it Appears

This property is not what it appears in the listing, the photos are all very old. The property needs lots of maintenance. All the games upstairs (pool, foosball, shuffleboard) in the photos were unplayable, very disappointing to all of us. On a positive side the kitchen was well supplied with plenty of dishes and cookware. The landlord was responsive to some things and not to others. I spent over 24 hours to get the pool working and the heat on. the water level was so low that it would not filter or run properly. The landlord finally sent someone out to look at it and turn on the heat. He did not send someone to replace the lightbulbs that were out, approximately 10. The house was so dirty when we moved in we spent the first evening having to clean and vacuum. We went out to buy our own cleaning supplies. Some of the dinning room chairs were broken or ready to break, the dinning table only had three legs that worked, we had to be very careful so the it wouldn't collapse. We have stayed in this neighborhood 6 years, this was our worst experience and prompted us to make the decision not to come back.

Misleading pictures

We expected this property might be a little worn because it is obviously a continuous rental. However, we were REALLY disappointed in the condition of the house and it’s contents. There were patched holes in the drywall that had not been repainted throughout the house. Both the sofa upstairs and downstairs were broken ( we had 15 family members and the only place to sit was the broken sofa and two chairs). In fairness, a new sofa arrived the day before we left. When we arrived the wine cooler/ refrigerator kept beeping and we were told to “ just unplug it” In the game room, the pool table was crooked and unplayable and the shuffleboard table was so old and worn it was unplayable as well. Though there were plenty of dishes, glasses and silverware, there was very little cookware and what was there was old and almost unusable We have rented many homes with our family in the past and have always been satisfied. Many of these things I have mentioned are a quick and easy fix and would have made our stay more enjoyable. Overall, this home was definitely NOT worth the money spent.

This house was perfect .

We had our annual retreat for a group of 18 people. The house was perfect. The flooring has some loose tiles upstairs but not unsafe. We brought extra pots for cooking extra people. The towels smelled bad but we washed them to make it work. Bring all confiments, coffee filter, seterand spices there's nothing there. The host answered us whenever we had questions. Recommend to confirm pool heating early cause it was not turned on prior to our arrival. We had a themed party every night and the neighbors partied with us. It is about 45 minutes fronlm international drive. Would definitely rent this house again.

Perfect for our golf group

Our group of 13 golfers each had their own bed. The large kitchen table allowed us all to eat together. The location is convenient for getting to the golf courses. The pool and hot tub were used more this year than in prior years because the pool was warm from day one through the end of our stay. We had one television issue and the management team was very responsive. If the dates and participant numbers work out again next year, we plan on renting this home again.

Beautiful home

This was the perfect set up for our family vacation! We could enjoy being together even after the children went to bed and we loved having a pool on site. The house was not clean! We had two infants who spent a lot of time on the floor, their hands and knees were always dirty! The bathrooms were also not as clean as we would’ve liked.

This home was just like in the photo and walking distance to the club house

My family and friends stay from April the 4th until th 10th. We had 3 families total and the home was big enough to accommodate all our families comfortably. The home is very spacious with 2 master suite 1 being down stairs was an added bonus for us cause my husband has bad knees. We were able to walk to a small playground and basketball court which is just around the corner from the home. One of the best parts to us was the double washer and dryer, so multiple families were able to do laundry at once. We really enjoyed our stay here and being walking distance from everything was great. Also the clubhouse with lazy river is just a block away and they sale funnel cakes, just and added bonus. This property was great. We will be staying again

Roomy with something for everybody

We needed a huge place for a family reunion. This home has 9 bedrooms!! The teen boys had their own bedrooms with connecting bathrooms. The 12-year-old girls shared a room with two beds and their own bathroom. Two couples with infants had perfect accommodations with connecting rooms and cribs. The grandparents, me and my wife, had our own master en-suite. My oldest children had their own master suite. The living room an open dining room and kitchen floor plan allowed for all of us to be in the same room at the same time doing different activities. It was really beautiful and such a great experience. When we first arrived we had a small issue and Sam the manager immediately responded. All in all, we would recommend this property.

This was an excellent property for our family.

We had 10 members of our family here to celebrate our granddaughter's 13th birthday. Among other celebrations were visits to Disney World (of course). This was a perfect location and a beautifully kept property. We made use of the grill and the pool. Everything was clean, worked perfectly and provided a lot of fun for our family celebrations. Every communication and request of the owner was quickly addressed and met all of our needs. Cannot thank the owner enough for all the attention and help. This was a perfect stay and everyone thoroughly enjoyed this property! We will be staying again for sure!

VERY Dissatisfied!

Housekeeping did not clean this house very well at all. With Covid, there should have been a deep cleaning of the home between each rental. The carpet is very dirty, the floors were not cleaned/ mopped. We spent hours cleaning on the day we arrived (and housekeeping had just left the home). The pictures on the website do not reflect the actual home (the actual home is very rundown). The silverware drawer in the kitchen had crumbs in it. There were used coffee grounds in the coffee machine. The people here previously left loose trash in the outside trash bin... and the trash people will not take the loose trash out of the bin. The lack of cleanliness of the home was extremely disappointing. We have stayed in several homes in this community over the past few years and this home is by far the absolute worst. We understand using cheap furniture for a rental property, however every chair in here was dirty and uncomfortable. We had to wash the slip covers to the bar stools ourselves. For the price we paid, we expect a certain level of cleanliness and with the increase of Covid cases we expected it to be cleaned to certain level. Property: • Third vist to Windsor Resorts and this was the worst visit out of the 3. This is also the last visit. • The house was filthy. • A/C upstairs was broken and had to wait days before someone came to fix it. Kitchen: • There was an ant infestation. Tons of food lost due to the infestation. • The kitchen counters had to be sanitized. • Broken utensils. • Broken toaster. • There were food stains on the walls. • An old rusted beer bottle cap in the food disposal. • Dishwasher was broken. • Oven didn’t cook as expected on the selected temperature. Den/Dinning: • All the chairs in the den were broken. We had to pull side chairs from the downstairs bedrooms to sit on. • Seat covers on the dining room chairs were filthy and had to be washed. Foyer lights disabled. • Hair in the shower. Mildew on the bathroom ceiling. Bedrooms: • The bedding was dirty and had to be washed by us. When the linen was removed from the bedding, there were stains on the mattress and mattress pad. • The carpet had not been vacuumed upstairs in ages. • The entire house was dusty and triggered allergies. Rec Room/Area: • The foosball table ball had been replaced with a ping pong ball. • The outside casing on 2 legs of the pool table had been broken and placed placed in the closet. • All the HDMI connectors were broken except for one television.

Awesome house!

This was the perfect house for our group. House was immaculate and had everything we needed. Host was extremely helpful with any questions we had. Management was a little difficult to contact but eventually came out to fix any issues we had. Loved having the huge patio and pool for the whole family to get together. Only issue we had was with the resort security. Several times we weren't checked at the gate and allowed to just enter. Also they are not giving passes for cars and they are allowed to park everywhere. Neighboring cars parked on the street blocked our driveway several times. Would definitely rent from this host again.

This house has the potential to be five stars with minimal effort.

We should have read more into the previous reviews. This home is showing wear and tear of a highly used vacation rental. With some minor fixes it could have been excellent. In need of attention- couches- both upstairs and downstairs are broken and sad to sit in. TV’s-all HDMI ports were broken and unable to hookup any devices. knives- not one sharp knife carpet- carpet is terribly stained Pool table and curling table are there but virtually worthless as they are inoperable. Kitchen supplies are limited. We bought a cookie sheet and cake pan that we left. It was sad to see such a perfect vacation rental for families in such disrepair. The beds are comfortable and the layout of the home is ideal for large families. All appliances worked well and plenty of eating utensils and plates. Having to supply your own dish soap, laundry soap, toilet paper and paying $60 to use the grill twice during our stay was annoying but we planned accordingly as we were advised in advance.

Huge, accommodates large extended family well. Great gathering spaces. Pool was well maintained and used often every day. Large kitchen/great room area. Resort facilities with water park a 5 minute walk from the front door. Secure entry to neighborhood. Recommend highly!

Orlando getaway

This house had plenty of space for our 2 families that shared the house. I highly recommend paying to heat the pool and spa, even though it was hot during our trip it made for fun night swims. The King size beds were comfortable. The game room was not very usable because past guests have destroyed the pool table and shuffleboard, but it was nice to have the option. Proximity to clubhouse is very nice and we enjoyed the lazy river and pool there.

Perfect Vacation!

House was reserved several months ago for our annual family/holiday get together. The manager was responsive the entire trip, even when we had some questions during our stay. House was clean and well laid out and suited perfect for our purposes. The kids all hung out in the upstairs loft game room a d the adults took over the living room and dining areas. The pool at the house was beautiful and warm. The community itself was also really nice. Had two public pools and a lazy river for anyone on the community to use. Overall very nice experience!
