As pretty as the pictures

We had a relaxing stay at this property. The couple of glitches were that for some reason we couldn’t access the property directly with the code for the first 1&1/2 days, but learned that all we needed to do was call and the person on duty could unlock it. They were all incredibly accommodating. The other was the pool heat. We checked in on Saturday and finally the team that came by on Wednesday figured out the issue that was causing the lack of heat. Other than than that, we thoroughly enjoyed the entire property and the amenities it afforded us.

Spacious rental with tropical pool area

Property was as described in listing. The resort amenities were convenient and a nice extra to have in addition to our pool at the house. The outdoor pool area was great, it looked like a tropical paradise. The house was very spacious and clean. We did have some trouble with the wi-fi going out after the first day. It took a couple of days to be fixed. The rental company was easy to reach and we’re available with questions. On our arrival day we saw the neighbor who lives next door. She seemed nice however was sure to let us know she didn’t like loud children in the pool area. Our kids early swam in our pool because we had a couple other families staying at the resort in different houses. On one evening our children and their friends swam in our pool. Quiet time in the neighborhood is at 11pm. It was 8/830 at night. They kids weren’t being overly loud. They were being kids playing in a pool on vacation. The neighbor yelled over the fence to the kids to be quiet. She then came to our rental and knocked on the door to tell my husband the kids were too loud and she was trying to watch tv and if they couldn’t be quiet she would call security. Seriously, you live in a resort neighborhood among rental homes. This did put a bit of a damper of the evening. I don’t feel like I need to shush my kids and tell them to whisper while being outside. I understand if they were being loud and obnoxious and were screaming. They were not, they were simply playing with their friends on vacation. This being said we would still consider staying again.

Beautiful Home

We were all very happy with our say at Hidden Oasis. The house was just like the pictures shown. We were traveling as a family of four along with 2 other couples. We all felt like we were well spaced and that we all had enough privacy. We easily got the hang of pushing the button to enter and leave the patio area--thanks to previous comments by other guests. Unforutnately our days were too crammed with activities for us to enjoy the resorts ammenties. I would rececommend that if you were planning on using the shuttle to Disney, to try and book before your stay. When I looked into the shuttle at our arrival, there was no shuttle available for our dates. From booking to leaving, everything went smoothly. I'd highly recommend this house.

Wonderful home

This is a wonderful property. It is large and spacious with a wonderful pool area and a number of areas to sit outside (both around the pool and on the balcony); it was great to move around locations to talk and read. We loved that this unit was near the end of a street and there was nothing behind it except vegetation. The kitchen was very well stocked with dishes and cookwear. The Reunion resort is very expansive and nice. We didn't golf, but they looked nice. The water park is ok, but more tailored toward younger kids (we had two 13 year olds with us). The food at the main hotel was very good and we were able to watch the fireworks from Disney from the rooftop restaurant. We definitely would stay at this place again. Do read the notice about the alarm for the doors going out to the pool. If you don't push the button on the wall and close the door after you go out or in, a loud alarm goes off.

Parents and grandparents visit to support daughter at Cheer Nationals competition

The property was very pretty. Once the rental began communicating with rental agency became spotty. The pool door in the guest room downstairs had a hand written sign taped to it stating the latch was broken. Unfortunately, the door frequently slid opened on its own throughout the stay setting off the pool door alarm. When asked to fix it we were told pool door alarms are required by code instead of providing a technician to come fix the broken door which flung open by itself at all sorts of times day and night. We resent a message clarifying that the alarm was not the issue along with a few other things ( leaking "U" pipe in the upstairs bathroom, stuck clothes washer door, pool doors in sitting area do not lock) No response was sent for the remaining 3 days of the rental period. Summary: Very pretty place, property management team does not respond to address issues during the rental, hard to rest with alarms going off periodically and all the doors do not lock.

Great House & Location

We have stayed at Reunion Resort three times prior and have rented other houses at the resort. This house was perfect for our family and relatives which made up a total of 8. The house was very clean and set towards end of cul-de-sac and was very private and secluded out back yard and to one side. The house had a great layout and open in kitchen and family room. Nice having the upstairs loft and pool table for some of the teens to hang out. The pool is large and so is the patio area making a great outdoor space. We enjoyed it very much and it is very lush and tropical. Rooms were good size and comfortable. I own three vacations rentals myself on VRBO. I had a few questions/requests while there and the management group was quick to answer and handle. Two things to note. A propane grill should be provided at this level of renting and not an extra charge. Also, be prepared for the pool alarm on all main floor patio doors. (3) You need to push a wall button inside or outside every time a main floor patio door is opened and have about 15 seconds to close or an alarm in house will go off. We got it down after a few days, but just be prepared. I wish there was an adult override since we had teen kids and older, but I get it with liability. Overall we had a great stay and I recommend to anyone looking to for a secluded nice house that has a pool at Reunion Resort. We also had no issues using the resort amenities and was happy that all went well.
