Love the reunion resort and we really enjoyed this property. The beds and pillows were extremely comfortable and it looks as pictured. Will prewarn renters though that there is little communication about the condo though, and if you are like me that can be a bit unnerving.
The condo is managed by Jeeves who sends very little information ahead of time. They have a big binder once you arrive but it is generic to all units managed on the property and not to the specific unit you are in.
So some specifics it would be good for future renters to know:
1. Vrbo says check in is 3 and check out is 11. Jeeves states check in is 4 and check out is 10 in their first email.
2. Jeeves sends you the QR code for the resort access in a second and separate email. I did not get one so I contacted the owner. They said they sent it but it wasn't in my emails or spam. Owner contacted them and I got the email shortly after.
3. Owner sends the code for you to check in the day you arrive. At 4:00 on the day of check in, I still had not received the code and contacted the owner. Luckily, they respond pretty quickly but it had me worried for a bit.
4. Once you get there, if you want to use the communal pools, you will need to go to the Jeeves office (5 minute drive), to get a scancard. Had to call the Jeeves office to figure this out as binder states something different. Each card requires a $20 cash deposit that is returned when you bring back the cards at the end of your stay.
5. Resort access allows you into the waterpark for free and it allows you into the pools. It would be helpful to have what having resort access means explained more thoroughly. We had to go ask about how to use the fitness center as that needs a separate code to type in. The rooftop pool area was closed due to renovations. You can golf, play mini-golf, tennis, bike, etc., but it all costs extra above the resort fees you initially paid. It would be really nice to have a binder with specifics from the owner.
7. If you are driving there, bring extra t-paper, papertowels, laundry and dish detergent as you will need more .
8. The switch for the fan above the stove is located inside one of the cupboards.
As stated before, we really liked the unit and would stay again. It would just be really nice to have more detailed and specific information ahead of time, as that is what I have encountered in other rentals we've had. Owner was always quick to respond if I emailed them.
