Our family of four really enjoyed staying at this property. The host was friendly and was easy to reach and responsive. The pool was wonderful. We loved swimming each evening after long days of enjoying the Orlando area. The location is perfect, close to everything we wanted to do in a nice quiet area.

Clean, Quiet

A very clean property in a pretty quiet residential neighborhood. Everything worked, it was close to the major theme parks, had plenty of places to eat and shop close-by. Nothing negative to say, I would certainly rent this property again!

Beautiful House

Home was clean, well kept and comfortable! Within short driving distance of attractions, yet away from the chaos. Pool was warm and enjoyable. All amenities were covered. I was in the area for a conference at the OCCC and it was a short commute. Property owner is very responsive and easily reachable.

Christmas Vacation

We arrived just before Christmas and were so excited to find a brand-new washing machine had been delivered and set up right in time for our stay. It honestly felt like a little Christmas miracle to have that sorted out so quickly! We really appreciated the regular updates and were grateful that everything was ready for us.I have to admit, I’m a bit of a clean freak, so I did notice a few spots that might need a little extra TLC, like some dust on the baseboards and vents. We also found some old food in the oven. That said, the kitchen had a lovely fresh smell when we arrived, which was a wonderful and welcoming touch! While those minor details caught my attention, they definitely didn’t dampen our overall enjoyment. I’m just sharing this feedback to lend a hand with the cleaning!The house was in a fantastic location—super close to WDW, restaurants, and nestled in a quiet neighborhood. We found the beds to be incredibly comfy, and there was plenty of space for everyone to spread out. It was great to see all the thoughtful little touches, like laundry baskets in the bedrooms, handy coolers, pool toys, beach chairs, sand toys, and even a crockpot! The pool was such a delight—even in December! It was amusing to hear that some guests have trouble with the blinds; it’s such a straightforward operation! We had a good laugh every time we opened them.Overall, we had an absolutely fantastic time!

Wonderful stay

The home was clean and lovely! We brought our twin 1 year olds for their birthday. The pool was relaxing and disney was only 15-20 min drive each day. We hope to be able to stay here again next year

Home away from home

We were very pleased with our resent stay. We picked this property because of the wonderful reviews and the reviews are correct. The house was even better than the pictures. It had everything we needed and was very clean. Our 2 children (ages 15 and 12) especially LOVED the pool 😃. Not sure if it was the time of year, but it was a very quiet neighborhood, which we also loved! Patricia was fantastic and always quick to respond if we had any questions. It was a wonderful week!

Perfect Orlando holiday rental

Great place. Easy parking on big drive in quiet road. Pretty much 20 minutes from all major attractions. House is modern with pretty much everything you could want. You will be perfectly happy renting this villa. I only mention 3 points which are all fairly minor to be fair: - bed mattresses are super soft. A bit too much for me personally. - for a villa that can accommodate up to 5 there are only 2 sunbeds - pre-arrival the rules list felt a little over bearing. It was a bit more 'do this, don't do this', rather than ' we hope you have a lovely holiday'. Again, all minor points and would still highly recommend.

This house is so beautiful and spacious, perfectly furnished, we found everything we needed, the kitchen is well stocked, the beds are the most comfy, also loved the spacious pool!!!

Perfect little spot!

This is a great house in a very convenient location! It has everything you need. The pool is perfect to sit back and relax. The neighborhood is very quiet, close to everything! My daughter and I stayed with another mom/daughter pair from her dance team when we came for Nationals. The closet space is unbeatable!! I could have hung 50 costumes in the master bedroom closet. The house could use a good dusting but aside from that it’s fantastic! The mattresses are on the softer side, so if you prefer a firm mattress you may not be as comfortable. I would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful and relaxing stay

We absolutely loved staying at this house. The layout of the home and the pool was better than expected! It had everything we needed. I needed help with the TV and the host responded so quickly. I greatly appreciated her care for us. It was nice to be so close to Disney and other attractions in the area. We will definitely stay here again the next time we are in the area.

Perfect vacation home

This was the perfect vacation home. The large pool was amazing, the house was very clean and it had everything we needed. Patricia was incredibly responsive and was easy to communicate with. The location was easy to get to Disney and shopping. We would definitely return.
