Bare minimums supplied. The house was filthy inside. Cobwebs on walls. Floor tile grout - cream colored on edges, black everywhere else. Baseboards disgusting. Patio, black mold in corners extending several feet down. Lounge chairs ripped fabric hanging down 15 inches. Unusable.... Cleaned bbq before we could use it. ( No cleaning tools). Unattached wires hanging down on tv which didn't work until we called and was given somebody else's login code. Spent more time taking pictures and dealing with problems the whole first day than actually vacationing. Using more than 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, you go buy your own. No hot water without repair guy coming to fix it. Required to store owners delivered packages for the week. Bathrooms and shower curtains stinky and musty. Light bulbs missing in ceiling lights and microwave. No ceiling fans or airflow in bedrooms... We purchased our own. I'm assuming sheets were laundered but not tucked or made correctly so we did that before going to bed.Four dishwasher pods supplied for an eight day stay. Obviously a managed property, (out of state / Texas as I understand it, and zero quality control here. The house has potential but apparently nobody cares enough to realize it. If you are not particular stay here, but I would not recommend it or let my kids play on the floor with out cleaning it.... After you purchase the necessary items to do so. Very sad experience
