The house was beautiful and the water park was great we even extended our stay because we enjoyed it at first. The host did send maintenance, and they fixed the faucet, pool gate, and screen. The fridge, however, still wasn’t cooling properly and really needs to be replaced.The bigger issue happened on our last night. Our names disappeared from the security system, our gate passes stopped working, and even the house code wouldn’t let us in. This caused a lot of stress for my family late at night. The host eventually responded, but the whole situation felt confusing and avoidable, and it really ruined the end of our trip.What started nice ended in frustration and disappointment.

Just what we needed.

Overall good experience, microwave was broken, communication with owner was easy. Wasn’t the newest house but it suited what we needed.

Family getaway

House fit our needs. Very well equipped. Had a couple of minor issues. Host took care immediately. Loved the oasis club. Would recommend again

Nice Home Need a lot of TLC

-Once arrived names weren’t listed as requested days before to make sure check was smooth after long drive had to call get out of line names added checked in . -Door code assigned didn’t work has to call instantly gave new door code -House pictured as stated very nice home -Internet didn’t work the entire stay couldn’t watch Tv (sent electrician out the evening before we checked out ,he couldn’t get the internet to work) - Tv downstairs near the entrance broken (Electrician informed me after I reported lambs plugs wasn’t working ) - Top screen for pool enclosure 3 broken dangling from the structure -pool lights weren’t working ,couldn’t swim at night-pool wasn’t clean until night before check out -hot tub feature that we paid for was broken , never rcvd a refund -stove top for cooking was cracked badly only could use 3 small stove eyes to cook (was told it’s ok to use but the plexi glass for the stove top was cracked badly that if you wiped the plexiglass was get into the sponge ) —roach infested home the kitchen , bedrooms ,bathrooms (Was told to buy roach spray ) Only thing I received was 30% of accommodation fee and never received my refund for the jacuzzi I’m still fighting to get my refund for the entire stay only thing I got was apologies and 30% of accommodation feee not even my entire booking . I’m sure they may delet or not post this but please be aware of this home I’m very disappointed at how VRBO handle it to allow an owner to rent a propery

No internet

The whole purpose of our trip was a mini vacation for the kids .And for me and my brother in law to work .But without internet he had to get a hotel room and i had to go to starbie.Very inconvenient the whole stay.and there was never any mention of a credit .
