Gem of a Swimming Pool

Very nice and more than enough space for us all. Only we reason I wouldn't stay here again is because there are other parts of the USA we would like to visit. Any issues we did have were quickly resolved by Robert whose communication was excellent.

Wonderful and Relaxing Home

Our family vacationed at this villa at the end of June and had a wonderful time. The home is beautiful, very clean, and had everything we needed during our stay. The pool was great and private unlike some of the other properties we have rented in the past. The whole family enjoyed it. The owner, Robert, is very nice and responded to our concerns and questions quickly. He also gave helpful advices about the area, the parks, etc... We will definitely stay at Pleasant Oak Villa in the future, and will recommend it to others.

It’s fine

The villa has a nice, warm pool and fit a larger family. The additional green space in the back provides privacy and neighbors didn’t seem to be bothered by music and children playing. However, we encountered problems with several items - grill, WiFi, and bugs. Although each was handled quickly (new grill, additional router information, exterminator), our vacation was inconvenienced and the bugs never went away. Unfortunately, the bugs were found in smaller bathroom and on the kitchen counters. The property manager recaulked the bathroom floor and left cleaning supplies, but several newly purchased food items had to be tossed and remaining items stored in plastic bins for the second half of our stay. Toothbrushes and other toiletries had to be kept off the bathroom counter. The owner requires a second communication platform for information and payment. The additional communication platform resulted in a significant charge not disclosed on vrbo for pool heating. Raised issues always resulted in “pandemic” excuse - you can tell a deep cleaning is overdue. The house manual was outdated and newer information was emailed after the first few days. The house *no longer* includes recycling (even though the printed manual and dry erase board in the home reference it). The game room is a nice idea, but retains heat and has no airflow without keeping the door to the house open causing the house to warm. The patio furniture is rusted and falling apart. A big concern is the front door as it can’t be locked from the inside. This is unsafe and a huge safety concern for young children that can reach and easily open the door unattended. We had to block the door each night to sleep with ease. All marketing references an easy 15 minute drive to Disney. This is absolutely false. The traffic and construction doesn’t allow for it - even late at night or early in the morning, the drive took a minimum of 30 minutes. Lastly, the communication style of owner is not preferred and increased dissatisfaction with home.

So relaxing!

We absolutely loved our stay here. The house is nice and well kept. It was fully stocked with everything we needed and we were very comfortable. The pool was the highlight of my trip, we spent many hours out by the pool. Our host was very informative and we had all the info we needed for a smooth check in and check out process.

Perfect Getaway

My stay at Pleasant Oak Villa was wonderful from beginning to end. The house is exactly as described. Well maintained, beyond fully stocked and completely comfortable for my stay. The communication with the owner was always professional and all information needed was sent in a timely manner and any questions answered rapidly. While staying we lost internet connection due to a passing storm and Robert(the owner) was already working on a solution before I even had a chance to reach out about it. I am already planning next stay at this location and would happily give the property and the owners 5 stars!

Very efficient, friendly, professional service.

This villa is well maintained, recent modernisations, clean with everything you need. The owner is very friendly and professional and maintain's excellent contact throughout the booking experience and to support during the stay. The pool area is wonderful and clean, the pool heating was perfect, no issues and always clean and warm. The villa is two minutes from the I4 and 1 minute from local shops like publix. The villa although close to amenities feels very remote and quiet due to the non-overlooked rear outside space which makes for a lovely relaxing holiday. Highly recommend. Having used other villa owners in orlando I definitely recommend Robert. The level of communication and professionalism makes such a difference to ensure a stress free holiday.

Seems nicer,fresher and with more space at the pictures than in reality

With the nice pictures from the homesite in mind we saw forward for the stay. When we arrived our first impression was that the house felt smaller and not so fresh that it seems on the pictures. Unfortunately the pool heater did not work our first week but after we have been in contact with the owner, it was repaired and works the last three days.

Lovely Villa - Great base for our Holiday

The villa is exactly as described, the kitchen is well equipped and the living area is a great place to relax after a long day at the theme parks. Robert was great to deal with and provided lots of helpful info about the villa/theme parks & surrounding area(s). There was a problem with the pool (completely out of Robert' control) however once reported Robert dealt with it immediately and this was resolved during our stay. The pool was obviously a great feature for fun and relaxation, and we particularly enjoyed the 2 player basket ball game in the garage our games soon became very competitive ! Thank you Robert for a fabulous stay at your lovely villa x

Dejligt hus

Vi var en familie på 5 som havde fornøjelsen at bo I Roberts hus I en uge. Kan sige flg. positive ting. Godt indrette med fordeling af soveværelser og badeværelser. Dejligt køkken. Pool er god stor og der er en overdækket terasse, som er nødvendigt I den varme som der er I Orlando. Huset ligge I en almindeligt villa kvarter som er meget stille. Dejlig udsigt rundt om pool, man kigger ind til en lille skov og ikke ind I et plankeværk/mur. Robert udlejer er meget nem at få kontakt med enten på mail eller telefon. Vi skulle til læge med vores datter og her kontaktede vi Robert som fortalte hvor vi skulle køre hen. Husket ligger ikke langt fra Kissimee hvor der er en del resturanter samt tæt på indkøbningsmuligheder. Det kan på det varmeste anbefales at bo her.
