First family tg out of town

We had such a great experience at this home. The host was very prompt and attentive. The house is exactly how it is online just more beautiful in person. There was enough rooms for the family members. The master bathroom whirlpool is where I spent a significant amount of time, so relaxing. We will definitely be coming back. Thank you.

Fantastic family rental!

We had a lovely stay at this rental home. It was spacious and had so many activity options for our family to do either together or alone when we weren’t out on day trips - the pool, the upstairs game room, the garage games room, games and books around the house... The kitchen was well stocked for a large group and there are many areas to hang out together. The hosts are very responsive and helpful. Highly recommend!

Outstanding !!

Our stay was outstanding! There were 7 of us at this home with lots of room for many more. We even had a spare room that nobody occupied. The kitchen had all the utensils for cooking when we got tired of the not so good food at the parks. The availability of having 4 full bathrooms made the departures much quicker when we all left. We only used the pool once but no complaints on that either. Outstanding!!

Good size villa in good area

The villa was clean and well equipped. Plenty of room for the adults and kids to indulge in their own thing. Rooms were good size and the beds were comfortable. Kitchen is well equipped with plenty of seating area. Plenty of games consoles and a decent sized games room. We didn't have much time to make use of the games or the cinema area, but it was good to know theye were there if required. The pool was a good size and very clean with plenty of toys and floaties for the kids. The only slight issue is the couches are showing their age, but made no difference to our stay. All in all a very enjoyable stay was had by all. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this villa and I would use again.

All the entertainment you could want

Really great villa in a very convenient location for the parks amd with all the space and entertainment a large family group with children could want. We had a group of 10 with 4 children from 9 to 2 so was important to have a base where everyone could have space and the opportunity to do their own things at times aswell as the ability to not always have to eat out. The place is huge and with so many tvs and games consoles along with a well stocked games room - what is also really great (and unusual in my experience) is the hosts have set up guest accounts for all consoles and the Internet tvs so no having to set up your own ar try and log onto your own existing accounts meaning you have more than enough options from as soon as you get there. The kitchen and family room area is huge and we'll stocked with all utensils and appliances you could want to be able to fully cater yourselves (public and Walmart both nice and close). As an experienced previous villa renter both in florida and in Europe I must say the information provided and communications leading up to the trip are the BEST I have ever encountered the packs was clear gave all the important information for the villa and the entertainment systems aswell as recommended sat nav site to help with the travel. I would wholeheartedly recommend this villa to any family groups of mixed ages looking for somewhere to call home for their holiday. I would definitely rent again if we go back to Florida

The Haven

My daughter and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The property was just as listed and I found it to be very clean upon arrival. The neighborhood seemed very quiet and the proximity to parks was perfect. While we did not stay “in” very much during our stay, there is plenty to do to keep us entertained if we had. Thank you also for all of the helpful information regarding the area that was available. The owners were very helpful and kind with our last minute request for booking and we had no issues during our stay. We would definitely stay here again if we ever do the Disney vacation again in the future.

Fantastic Property, Fantastic Hosts

The property is amazing and has everything you could ask for from a home-from-home. It was spotless upon arrival and all the switches were well labelled, and alongside the initial welcome pack helped us know exactly what everything did and how to use it all. Lee and Jan were great hosts, and communication was excellent. Our booking was shortly after Hurricane Ian passed through and we were kept well informed about how the property had fared, and about any remedial works. The owners had visited the week prior to our arrival to check on things and let us know exactly what was going on. We had a fantastic stay and will absolutely come back again.

Gorgeous villa

We had a lovely stay. Booking was easy. Great comms from owners throughout stay. Had an issue first night with one bathroom- the owners and management company were extremely responsive and all was resolved the same evening. Huge villa, lovely decor amazing pool, great games room and we all LOVED the home theatre room where we watched the new Lightyear film. Fab stay - will hope to return soon! Thanks so much x

Lot of Room

Our family had a great time staying here and visiting Florida. The price was just right, for 9 people much more reasonably priced than a hotel. There was plenty of room and everyone enjoyed the pool and garage game room plus the pool had a little bathroom, so we didn't have wet kids running in and out of the house.

Great family friendly home

Overall this was a great stay for my family and my mom whom we brought with us. If you are looking for luxury, this is not for you. If you’re looking for a big family friend home, this one might be for you. As a lot of other guests have stated, the home needs some attention as there are quite a few maintenance things that need to be done (some lights that weren’t working, a couple ceiling fans not in great shape, the blinds in the whole house need replacing, etc.). BUT, your children and yourselves can never say “I’m bored” at this house. There is plenty to do at this home. We loved having access to the game room with the ping pong table and pool table. And my whole family loved the pool, which we paid for to have heated - it was awesome. The house is conveniently located without being directly in the middle of things so it was a little less busy traffic wise that some other areas. The house is about 30 minutes from Disney and about 40 to Universal with the traffic from our experience anyway (busy week, February break). Overall, we’d stay here again.

Exceptional property

Extremely large and very clean property with ample space to gather as a family and quiet spaces for relaxation. Jan and Lee answered all our queries within hours and made our stay hassle free. Amazing entertainment and games available and everything was in excellent working order. Would we recommend this villa ? Absolutely, already booked our next two visits

Great place to stay for family trip

Overall we had an excellent experience. The communication was prompt and the checkin process seamless. Home is located in a very nice and quiet neighborhood. The house has a lot of open space and plenty of entertainment options for large families and groups. We really made use of the game room in the garage and the heated pool. Was almost as warm as bath water! The home could use a deep clean but I understand this is difficult with a revolving door of reservations. Also the basic supplies of soap, garbage bags, and TP were very limited. We’d stay here again though! It was a great central location for us because we were doing things in Orlando, Melbourne and Tampa.

Great Communication

We arrived at the property to find some issues. We reached out immediately to the property owner and the property manager. They both were all over the issues and most of them remedied very quickly. Both kept on top of the issues and never felt like we were being ignored. Great communication. The home does need some updating (especially in the kitchen) but over all a great home. There are sooo many things to keep everyone busy with the video game systems, theater setup, swimming pool, ping pong table, pool table, board games and more. Great location as well. Walmart is just a 6-8 minute drive so made it very convenient. Universal Studios was a little over 30 minutes away and Disney was about 20 minutes away. Sadly I wish that the series of unfortunate events didn't happen during our vacation but as stated, the management team and owners where all over it and in the end, things where made right. I cannot emphasize how involved the whole team was. They turned a 1-star stay into a 4-star stay. I do believe this was a one time occurrence and would definitely stay here in the future.
