Very dirty, Hot in early June
The code to the front door doesn't change per person like the instructions said, there were two codes on instructions and the one that wasn't associated with my phone number is the one that worked. Upon entering, the walls are extremely dirty, baseboards very dirty and handrails too gross to touch. There was so much dog hair over the floors that I immediately got out the vacuum to clean it up, the vacuum filter smelled like vomit, which caused the house to smell so I couldn't do the nasty rug in living room. It needs a paint job and good cleaning, toilets and sink were clean and bed sheets but big ants were in the home(which isn't uncommon for Florida) If we hadn't been going to theme parks everyday we would have requested our money back. I did laundry one day and there was so much RUST in the washer that I had to do a cycle before washing my clothes. It needs a good cleaning and repaint. Everything in the kitchen needed cleaned before using. The pool was too gross to get in (sand and dirty visible in bottom) We did use the community pool which was nice. The beds were comfortable enough but the dirt of the place was a huge turnoff, I will not come back again. The upstairs of the entire home was so hot my kids had trouble sleeping, we pulled out both fans that were provided. I should have taken pictures, the bathroom doors that slide were so badly damaged, the toilet paper holders were rusted and old.. We couldn't sit on the couch because it smelled like dog pee.
