Very clean, well equipped condo. In excellent condition. Extra charge for early check was ridiculous since the unit wasn’t occupied before we came. Deck furniture was not cleaned. Kitchen well stocked but could have supplied at least two rolls of toilet paper, several dishwasher detergents and laundry soap.

Poor management response to issues.

Took one month of a six week stay to get heat and air conditioning. No heat during very cold temps and then no air conditioning when very warm. Certainly understand issues happen, but it took at least seven visits by service techs to decide the unit needed to be replaced. Once replaced, air conditioning worked for two days before going out again. Florida Vacation Rentals were at times hard to contact or when escalated there were no return calls. Finally after two weeks offered another unit to sleep in for air conditioning. What was suppose to be two nights turned into six nights. Our six week vacation at Reunion, with hopes of longer next year, was very disappointing. The unit was nice but it is hard to overcome the terrible service needed to address issues.

Golfer's Heaven!!

Property was as described on VRBO. This particular property was excellent for our needs as hubby golfs (purpose of selecting this property) Golfing is downstairs and so was dining at the Chop House which was completely enjoyable. We went up to the roof after for music. A couple of notations.... I would recommend you go shopping before you check in. I also recommend you watch your step with the balcony openings as the splash guard is high and you won't expect this. Staff downstairs and in restaurants and shops were wonderful. My husband and I had a delightful time and expect to come back. (He did not get to play on one of the courses!)

Great location and balcony views!

Everything was very smooth and very nice condo. My only concern was that someone entered our room while we were gone after we checked in. I called and left a voicemail for a manager to call back and no one ever returned our call.

Wonderful!

The Check In/ Check Out process was fast and easy. Staff were incredibly friendly and kind. Linens felt like silk and we had plenty of extra blankets, pillows, sheets, and towels. Wonderful vacation!!

Very nice stay

Wonderful stay

The property is set in beautiful surroundings. Access to and from Disney is varied due to traffic but on a good day about 30-40 minutes. Staff at the resort were amazing the bellmen were outstanding, so friendly, helpful and kind. The apartment is generously proportioned, there were only two of us due to a last minute change of plans so we had so much space! The patio furniture had been overturned by hurricane Ian- it was that strong! Several seat cushions were missing and slight damage to a chair which we reported but we didn’t need them replacing immediately. We watched the Disney fireworks once, was good to be able to see them as we had MK & Epcot at the same time! A few fixtures are showing signs of age, the light switches, dishwasher and kitchen units but this does not currently detract from your experience within the apartment. It is so very well equipped with everything you need, utensils, crockery, cutlery and so many baking trays! We lacked nothing. Lovely big up to date tvs too with multiple channels. Plenty of storage for our clothes. The entry lock system was really quite easy to use after initially working out what to do! We actually really enjoyed not having to keep door keys/cards on us as we went about our days out. I’d happily recommend this apartment to anyone, having access to the water park is a plus but we also enjoyed time a seven eagles pool. Staying in the Grand tower was for us better than being in a remote unit as it had the addition of hotel facilities. Thank you to the owners for making it available to rent.

Amazing stay at Reunion Grande!

We had an amazing stay at Reunion Resort in this amazing two bed apartment in their Reunion Grande tower. The property was luxuriously furnished and the rooms were extremely spacious. Reunion is our favourite Orlando resort and this stay was just as wonderful as before. The apartment has access to most of the Reunion Resort facilities with the exception of the Reunion Grande rooftop pool. The whole property is immaculate and the resort is very well maintained. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay again!

Penny pinching owners

While the layout, location, and decor matched the listing, we got there to find someone else’s hair in both of the bathrooms and the place is in general disrepair. The balcony door didn’t lock because it was completely missing the outdoor portion of the handle/lock and the indoor portion was falling out. They decided to lay 6 inch baseboard across the entrance of the balcony door instead of cutting it, which we kept tripping on. In addition to other little stuff that the owner was putting off fixing, they were kind of off-putting in their control and communication throughout the trip. They wouldn’t let us turn the AC below 72 which caused it to get uncomfortably hot at times, and they tell you repeatedly that “it would help” if we could wash the linens and things before we leave, after we’ve already been charged a cleaning fee. On the day we left, there was a big puddle outside the condo in the hallway. I wouldn’t be surprised if they tried to blame that on us somehow after reading their threatening terms and emails. The location is great. The building is nice. The people that own/manage this place could do a lot better. I’d rent in the building or community again, but not from this owner.
