Magical Disney Proximity: Spacious VRBO Perfect for Four Families

Had an amazing stay at this VRBO! The location was fantastic, super close to Disney which made getting around a breeze. Plenty of space for our four families, and navigating the area was a piece of cake. Definitely recommend!

Do not stay here, especially with kids!

I would not recommend this house or company! We arrived to dirty towels from the previous guests and not enough towels for our stay. We were told only 13 towels are provided, however we had 15 people staying at the house. We purchased the house for the pool since we had 7 kids, and we paid to heat the pool for our entire stay. We were able to use the pool for the first 5 days out of 13 days and then we noticed our kids started to complain and get sick. We ended up with 4 kids at urgent care with bacterial infections and an additional 3 people with bacterial rashes. The pool had algae growing in it! We called the company and they were rude and not helpful. Finally company came to clean the pool but then we had to stay out due to all of the chemicals. The dishwasher was broken, the company came a couple of times to fix it, but was never fixed. We definitely would never come back and are still trying to get a response from Villatel. Do not stay here especially if you have kids!

Everything we hoped for and more

There was plenty of space, the house was very clean, and tons of options for entertainment and relaxation at the house. We didn’t even need to leave, and the kids didn’t want to. I highly recommend for a family vacation.

Great home near great amenities

There were so many things to do in the house, you didn’t really need to leave to have fun. Only bad thing was the internet kept going out (almost a full day one time). Other than that, great option staying in Orlando.

Family Vacay in Orlando

We had a wonderful time at the property. We had a couple of issues with TV remote and battery on door lock. The company was very responsive. Great house and location. I would recommend it!!!

Family vacation

Overall, loved the property, but thought the kitchen was ill-equipped. Certain cooking items we've had at other similar vacation homes were not available - a griddle is one example. Also, having to rent a grill when you are spending what we did on the home seemed cheap. Again, other places provided grills, smokers, etc. However, loved the pool and basketball goal in the pool. Plenty of space and very comfortable.

Great vacation spot for whole family

The house was very spacious. We had a great time playing the video games, ping pong, scrabble, swimming in the pool, and watching TV in the Theater room. All of the rooms were clean and comfortable. All of the adult beds were very firm. Parking was a bit tight considering the size of the house, but guest parking down the street was ample. The kiutchen was well stocked with utensils and cooking tools. The house pool was warm due to spa spilling into it. The resort clubhouse, pool, splash park, Wave rider, and restaurants far exceeded what we were expecting. Overall this was a great place to stay for my 13 family members.

We were very pleased with our selection of the house. The sites we listed were within easy driving distance. 16 people lived comfortably in the house for a week. The kids enjoyed the backyard pool and games room. The on-line pictures showed the home very well. We would definitely return.

Very Nice! No regrets! Great stay and experience!

We were met with someone from housekeeping who was doing an inspection which was great. The house was clean and wonderful. We only had a couple of down sides of the property. One is the game room had a driving game that does not work. Secondly, the pool being so small was so hot we really found ourselves avoiding it more than using it. We did not have the pool heated and yet it literally felt like a hot tub. Other than this, the house is awesome! It was clean, very beautiful, and inviting! Thank you so much! We would love to stay again!!

Very well maintained

Even though we did have issues with pool cleanliness, house was extremely clean and well maintained. VERY large area downstairs and room for everyone to spread out and enjoy amenities. Beds were comfortable and will stay again.

Birthday Getaway

My immediate family of 7 and relatives (totaling 10) thoroughly enjoyed our stay. There was more than enough room and plenty of activities to entertain everyone. Location is centrally located to various eateries, grocery stores and shopping plaza's. Interstate 4 is less than 10 minutes away which gives quick access to Legoland and Disney Parks. The property managers are very courteous and responsive. Our only regret is not staying on the property to enjoy longer.

Perfect spot for our family vacation!

We had a group of family and friends, 8 adults, 3 kids ages 3-5, and an infant. This house was perfect. Very practical layout for everyone to have their own space while also keeping the kids safe. The kitchen, large living area, and dining room were great for hanging out and playing games. The pool area was easily secured with the child fence so we were stress free while swimming and hanging out in the hot tub. Was about a 30 minute drive to Disney and had grocery stores nearby. Property manager was responsive and helpful as well.

Freaking Amazing!

We loved this property! It was perfect for our large family, conveniently located to the places we wanted to go. The kids loved all the themed rooms, the media room, the games, TVs, the pool, etc. I was able to whoop up on my grandkids at Pac Man 😂 The host answered all our questions within minutes. I highly recommend this property.

Great for a big family vacation

We rented this home for a large family vacation. There were 12 of us total and ages ranged from 3-74 and everyone enjoy the home. Late night scrabble games for adults and early morning cartoons in a movie theatre for the kids. We would book again.

Yearly Birthday Celebration

We celebrate my daughter’s bday every year. Family/Familybychoice we had a ball. Pool was not as big as we thought from the pictures. However, it was fine. Definitely, get the heated pool it was Fabulous! Make sure you put your trash out everyday. Living room, dining room, ping pong area VERY SPACIOUS. The house is very contemporary, couch is sooo comfortable! All in all had a great time. Till next time…..

Wonderful home

House is exactly as pictured and immaculate. We had a truly wonderful time, close enough to Uber to all major attractions if you don’t want to deal with parking. Our only issue was that two houses are being built immediately next store- so depending on the day—being out by the pool was extremely and continuously loud. Complex itself is also great with community pool and well appointed gym.

Beautifully decorated, Nicely furnished, Sparkling clean and had plenty of room. Host was amazing! I visited with my colleagues and will be back with my family. I am sure my kids and wife will love this place.
