We had a wonderful time. The home was spacious for 16 adults. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. There was plenty of bathrooms, showers, and hot water. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well supplied and spacious. We never even turned on the TVs or went to the resort area.

The house is simply beautiful and exceptionally clean. From the moment you enter you feel such a welcoming atmosphere. They obviously put a lot of thought into the decor which is just so gorgeous. You feel so at home there. Very spacious. You could actually have several families there without being in each others space due to the size of the accommodation The games area is a plus for the property. Each roHas access to a bathroom. Rooms are all very large. We were very comfortable there. The property manager responds to your queries and the owner of the property was just very quick to respond and ensured that I u see stood every question askedOverall it’s a perfect house in a beautiful locationIf you can afford it, pls try to nook this for the experience I will surely book it next year

Our stay was very accommodating for our family size. However when we arrived the floor was not fully cleaned. To make it worse we had to walk through the dirt to go to the front door therefore making us track dirt into the house. The pool also was not exactly clean because one of the screens on top was missing. However we were still able to play games and have fun in the pool and at the waterpark. Will recommend this house to other family members who will be traveling to Florida

I would like to thank Kenny for accommodating us on short notice. We initially rented a different property for our stay and it was horrible from the first night and we needed a new place to stay. I saw the listing on Vrbo and I messaged Kenny and he said sure he could accommodate us. He even allowed us to enter the property early. The property was beautiful, clean and had more than enough room for everyone. The kids and adults enjoyed the pool and we look forward to our next stay and Kenny and this property will be our go to place. Again Thank you Kenny, you are awesome! I would recommend this property to everyone!

We loved that the property had enough rooms and bathrooms for privacy for couplesOnly compliant was that the floors and bathroom rugs were filthy- not just dirty but filthy. Golf trip stay

This home had it all! Plenty of space , beds and bedrooms for 12 man golf tripKitchen/great room plenty of space for us all to gather, nice pool and game room, parking for 4 cars. House was clean, everyone said beds were comfortable Grill was available to rent for 95, we didn’t do that, and I feel that could be included but only my opinionKenny was available via messaging and answered any questions we had quickly and completely If we come back to Davenport, we would try to book it again

Perfect for 21

We were getting married near by and had family and friends fly in and stay with us. It was perfect that all our families/friends all had their own bedrooms. The pool and hot tub were HUGE hits for the kiddos. 6 under 3.5 years. We even had one that learned to swim in the short 4 days we stayed.

Davenport weekend

The property was the size described however the listing is contradictory. It lists the property with a hot tub and heated pool however you don’t find out until the very bottom of the agreement that having the pool heated was a up-charge. The rental grill company suggested would cost over twice the listed price after paying a delivery and pick up fee and cleaning fee. The property shows its age as the unit could use a paint job and the additionalAmenities such as the pool table and football table are in disrepair.

Absolutely A Delight!

My family meets annually for a vacation in Orlando. We are always delighted to find the house just as described, which isn’t always the case. This house is absolutely gorgeous and it more than accommodated 16 adults, 3 teens and 3 children. I highly recommend the hot tub and grill. Both made our winter trip more than we anticipated. I’m already lining things up to stay here next year! Huge thanks to Kenny for continually answering my last minute requests! God Bless!

Home served our needs

This home adequately housed our family of 18. I am sure that many guests use this home as a place to rest while spending most of their time at Disney, etc. Our family used it for a Thanksgiving gathering with a park day included as a small entertainment. Therefore, my review might be focused differently than others. The home is well built and served our needs. Positives include enough bedrooms and bathrooms, generous towel supply, great hot water for a large home, comfortable beds, daily trash pick up, 2 refrigerators and dishwashers, and a generous supply of dinner plates. Things to note — crib means pack-n-play, there is a Keurig and regular coffee pot, getting in and out of the neighborhood takes patience and time as well as the traffic to and from the parks, and finding enough parking to accommodate even our 6 cars within the neighborhood was challenging. It might have been due to an abundance of Thanksgiving travelers but I am unsure. A few items that would help enhance the property: hooks in the bathrooms to hang towels, mirrors in the bedrooms, extra blankets and bedding, a new can opener (the current one is useless), measuring cups, and serving bowls and platters. Cleanliness of floors was not great and the walls look shabby with spots of paint that show touch up has been done. The owner was responsive.

Spacious house

Our family celebrated our annual family gathering it was 18 of us. The house was amazingly spacious. No issues at all with space dining room area and living room area was perfect for our large group Communication with the owner was also excellent. My only negatives is 1. The house was not very tidy, the floors, rugs and towels were dingy. The pool furniture could be updated. It is really worn. My only other concern is with the community parking. These homes are for large groups with very very limited parking. Thankfully, we did receive warning and several communications about parking however it was only after we booked this house , that we realize parking was going to be an issue
