If you’re looking for busted, stained couches, broken bed frames, sliding door handles, blinds, ripped screens around the pool- this is the house for you! You even get to pay extra for a heated pool that you have to call daily and beg for the breaker to be turned on for it to actually work! Customer service was great- they get back to you within 19-23 hrs of having an issue and don’t follow up at all regarding partial refunds for extras you paid for but did not receive (pool heat). Also- busted bean bag chairs in the game room/garage, ripped pockets in the pool table making it not usable & the AC unit did not work in the garage- I’d recommend this house particularly if you have a long drive from Ohio and bring your handy man husband along with you to fix all the necessary things prior to laying your head down at night on the stained yellow pillows included with the hard mattresses!! Thank you one vacations for great service! If you own this property- I would suggest maybe hiring someone else to manage it. I’m not one to leave reviews in general- let alone negative ones but wow. Not sure how anyone could rent a property with so many issues that begin to add up. Even the patio seating cushions were nasty and stained. We removed or flipped cushions prior to sitting. (Other than these things- house was ok. Our family still managed to have a great time and made lots of fun memories together regardless of these issues, but ifyour easily disgusted- I’d advise looking elsewhere)
