The prestigious Summerville Resort is conveniently set over N. Old Lake Wilson Rd. (intersection with Livingston Rd.) that leads directly to Hwy. 192. The strategic location of this great resort-style gated community is just minutes away from Orlando's world famous theme parks, golf courses, restaurants & bars, water parks, shopping malls, and grocery & convenience stores, among other great activities available.
Guests staying at this amazingly decorated vacation home can also drive to either of the Florida coasts in less than an hour, spending a relaxing day in the clear waters of the Gulf coast, or jumping into the waves of the Atlantic coast. Located in the Kissimmee area, Summerville Resort has world-class amenities in its facilities surrounded by nature and nearby all of Orlando's attractions. Summerville features a state-of-the-art modern Clubhouse with gathering areas, fitness center, heated swimming pool hot tub, and a kids' playground.

The nice architecture of its facade will captivate the attention of its guests, inviting them to open the door to this cozy vacation home. The entryway leads up to an open space, freshly decorated in beige, white, and blue tones, that combine a modern fully-equipped kitchen with isle and stools to the dining-living area.
Guests can enjoy preparing delicious breakfasts and meals that can be enjoyed in the dining table or outside in the private patio with open view. Next to the entryway guests can find a stunning first suite with KingSize bed and front view. The full-bathroom of this suite has a tastefully designed and modern, glass enclosure shower box.
Upstairs a great master bedroom, matching the overall home tones, has a comfortable KingSize bed. The full-bathroom of this suite features modern double sinks and glass enclosure shower box. Going through the hallway to the front, kids can enjoy the other two bedrooms. One of these two bedrooms has a great Disney Friend wall mural and two TwinSize beds, and comes with an en-suite full-bathroom featuring a modern designed glass enclosure shower box. The last bedroom has Minion decorative decals in its walls and a Bunkbed (Twin-Over-Twin). There is a convenient half-bath located next to the kitchen, and upstairs there is a wide closet in the hallway where guests can find the Washer/Dryer for their laundry needs.

✦ What We Provide: Your rental comes with fresh linens, towels (1 bath + 1 hand towel per person), bath rugs, a hair dryer, and a starter set of toiletries and essentials—like shampoo, soap, toilet paper, 3 kitchen trash bags, dish soap, sponge, laundry detergent, and more. After the initial supply, you’ll need to restock items as needed. A washer and dryer are available for your use. Washcloths and pool towels are not provided—feel free to bring your own. For safety reasons, we do not supply salt, pepper, or any open food items.
✦ Pet Policy: We kindly ask that guests do not bring pets, as our properties are not pet-friendly. If you are traveling with a service animal, please reach out to our Reservations Department before your arrival—we’ll be happy to assist you with the registration process and ensure everything is prepared for your stay.
✦ Refundable Damage Deposit: A refundable damage deposit of $200 will be held on your payment method 2 days before arrival as a precaution. It will be fully refunded within 48 hours after check-out, provided no damages are reported.
