Perfect Stay in Perfect Location

We stayed here in Sept, we loved all the space and pool heating was a must tor us, after a day at the parks it was nice and warm (like a bath) Will definitely stay here again, brilliant location only 5 mins from animal kingdom.

Fantastic holiday in a great villa

Great holiday in a fantastic villa, no complaints about anything. Great location for restaurants & shopping. Spacious pool area overlooking the lake, south facing perfect for sun all day. No issues at all during our stay, Kathy from management company kept us informed by text. Villa very well equipped with everything we needed. Would definitely return if it was available for our next holiday.

Brilliant second stay

We were so happy to return to the villa and it now feels like a home from home! After lots of busy, crowded days at the theme parks it was bliss to come back to somewhere so spacious and comfortable to properly relax. We absolutely loved the outside area, the kids played in the private pool everyday and we enjoyed relaxing, looking out at the lake and watching the sun set. Thanks for another wonderful stay and we do hope to be back again in the future!

Great Villa in fantastic location.

The Villa was spotlessly clean and well kept. It is also in a lovely area overlooking the lake. Perfect for a chill getaway. The bed was super comfy which is always a bonus for my old joints. Convenient location for supermarkets, restaurants etc. Hosts were very helpful and accommodating. Making sure everything was perfect during our stay. We would love to come back and stay again.

Ideal base for Disney

Thank you for a brilliant stay! This was our first time choosing to stay in a villa rather than onsite at Disney and it exceeded our expectations, it only took around 15 minutes to travel to the parks with Animal Kingdom being even closer. The villa was nicely decorated, clean and comfortable. We loved having so much space to relax particularly in the pool and outdoor area that overlook the lake. The kitchen was well equipped and it was so useful to have access to the washer/dryer as well. We have already booked our next stay and can’t wait to come back!

Total bliss

Wow, we had an amazing stay & the hosts were fabulous. Ours was a relatively late booking but the whole process was smooth from start to finish. The property was beautifully presented with everything that we needed and we had the most relaxing time, we just wished we could've stayed longer. Fantastic location, ideally situated for Disney & the amenities on the 192. We will be back!!

Villa was great and the location was perfect

We had a lovely time, the villa was great and the location was perfect. The management company were fabulous - really lovely people! We called them a couple of times, first for the washing machine (which we found we were loading incorrectly) and second for the pool, as it was cold (the water just needed topping up) – just little things. We loved every part of our holiday, we just wished we were there longer! We would recommend Debbie’s Villas.

Idyllic Lakeside Retreat

This is a beautiful property in a gated & very secure community with lovely views across the lake ! The house is very well presented with generous rooms & lots of space for a large family. It has all amenities & a lovely netted pool deck which benefits from the sun in the afternoon offering lovely sunsets ! Its only a short distance from all of the Disney Parks & shopping & restaurants are only a very short drive away ! We loved staying there & would highly recommend it ! Thanks Joe & Christie

Great holiday home

We stayed in this great holiday home in late January. That is 3 couples and was a really good base to explore Florida. It is ideally located for Disney,Universal Studios etc being only a stones throw away and easily accessible. Within a short drive are plenty of shops,restaurants,bars and other local attractions with plenty of nightlife. The 4 bedrooms are spacious and well kitted out especially so for families with children of any age group. If you do want to taste your own cuisine there are ample facilities in the large open plan kitchen. I would recommend this holiday home for anyone contemplating a holiday in this area of Florida and enjoy as we did for our 2 week vacation.

A magical getaway in fantastic accommodation with breathtaking views and unforgettable dining!

"Our Orlando holiday was absolutely incredible! From the moment we arrived at the beautifully appointed apartment, we were captivated by the stunning views. Whether it was the vibrant sunsets over the theme parks or the lush landscapes surrounding our resort, every vista was picture-perfect. The dining scene in Orlando is also top-notch. We enjoyed a diverse range of culinary experiences, from casual eateries to fine dining establishments. The proximity to all the major attractions was a huge plus. We were able to easily access the parks, entertainment venues, and shopping centers, making our trip stress-free and enjoyable. This holiday exceeded all our expectations, and we can't wait to return!"

Amazing Place to Make Memories

This place is incredible and a perfect place to make memories, been Orlando on more than a dozen occasions and this is the best we have had to date by a country mile, and you would struggle to find better place if your looking for somewhere to stay. Location is perfect,15-20 min drive to all Disney parks and less than 10 min to shops and restaurants and to top it all south facing pool so for those lazy days is spot-on, and the view first thing in the morning from the master bedroom overlooking the lake is to die for. Upon arrival especially after a 9 hour flight from the UK you are not sure what to expect, however opening the door for the first time you are not disappointed in booking this villa, it has that WOW factor, especially with the kids, their bedroom having the full Mickey & Minnie makeover had then smiling, and that is what a holiday is about. Upon arrival had a message from Cathy (house Keeping) who is your Point of Contact just in case we had any issues and can confirm we had none during our stay. To top this places location off, but cant guarantee it, was lucky enough to see 3 space 'X' rockets take-off from the pool side late a night, with a cold beer (that bit is guaranteed). Was sad to leave after a two magical weeks making memories and will be back to use this Villa without hesitation

Perfect base. We had an amazing 10 days at this property.

There were a couple of small snags when we arrived but management dealt with them in record time and their communication was great. The spotless pool, TVs, comfy beds and plentiful bathrooms were just what we needed after long days spent enjoining the Disney Parks and the location was perfect for exploring Orlando. We would happily book this property again!

We loved our stay at the lakeside house!

The location is excellent (15 minute drive to Disney) and yet it is quiet, private and relaxing after a busy day at the parks. We spent a lot of time enjoying the pool and back patio which faces the lake and provides a peaceful spot for bird watching and enjoying a bit of nature’s beauty in busy Orlando. The house is clean, spacious and well equipped and decorated in modern blue and white decor. There is a Walmart at the end of the road which is convenient for picking up groceries and other essentials. There are also plenty of chain restaurants and shops within a ten minute drive of the house. Thank you, for your quick communication and helpful instructions. Our family enjoyed the house and we appreciated having our own private oasis away from the crowds!
