Perfect for Family Thanksgiving

We had a great stay and the property manager was very responsive. It’s located on a corner, which is nice as that allows for a bit more parking. The house itself was comfortable with a nice large couch in the living room and many rooms with king size beds. Our family had a good time.

Family vacation 2024

The house was as described online. However the pool was not cleaned prior to our arrival. On the morning of our second day, i emailed the customer service to advise the pool was extremely hot and water was cloudy. They sent someone out but did not communicate to me as to what had been done. That night several kids felt sick. On the 3rd morning the pool was still m to the touch and the extremely cloudy, we couldn't see thru the water and there was a bad smell. We didn't allow our kids in the pool on the 3rd day due to this and our concern with someone else getting sick. I called the property mngr offices & advise of these thithi.aThey asked for picts which i sent over. They advised someone would come out once more. When the rep came out she tested the water temp and advise she'd have a pool cleaning co come out. Noone came out all day so i called again around 415pm and advise we are unable to use the pool and that id liketo be compensated for this i convenience. The rep stated shed talk with her manager about some sort of regund if the pool co did not come out and that she would have to f/u with me on Thursday due to their office being closed for the next 2 days. I told her that was unacceptable since we would be checking out on Wed and basically unable to use the pool possibly for the duration of our stay. Finally the pool co arrived around 6pm and the guy changed the filter which was filthy and he put several cleaning solutions in the pool stated we cldnt use for 3 hrs

Family vacation

Let’s start by saying we had a great time. A much needed vacation. The house at first glance was great the cleaners were still there when we showed up at 4:15pm but the longer we stayed the more we noticed that is in desperate need of maintenance I even went to buy screw drivers to tighten up door handles on a few doors. A few bed frames are all broken or loose. Not that I minded just that should’ve been looked after I even cleaned the dishwasher filter it was so gross and thick with junk but working now again. However we still choose to enjoy every day, the resort was nice and clean. The bbq was all Broken when we wanted to use it so I called and they brought us a new one which was very nice. Thank you for that. We are grateful that we got to rent this house but not sure if I’d be back to this house.

Great family home

We had a great time, spent most of it outside in the pool. Plenty of room for all of us. The bedrooms were all spacious and comfortable. We had minor issues with the freezer but it was addressed promptly. I highly recommend this property.

Great place

The ONLY downside I had was the pool wasn’t clean, and in order for the kids to get in it (the pool started turning green) I had to go to the pool store and buy the stuff, I wasted about $40 for all of it. The next day the pool people came by and did the exact thing I told them I already did. Other than that it was a great stay.

Christmas Getaway

Our family wanted to do something different for Christmas so we rented a house. The house was beautiful but it could use some updated furniture without tape covering holes and cuts on the sofa upstairs. The game room had a non working hockey table. We paid for the pool to be heated and it never was heated. We had an issue with the smoke detector, remotes missing batteries, and the wifi box hanging in the master bedroom closet that was disconnected, but a call was put into maintenance and they were there first thing the next morning to fix everything. Overall, my family knows how to have fun and really enjoyed the getaway so we definitely would rent again.

Stay with friends

The house was clean and the property manager was nice. Paid $100 for the hot tub but the water was not hot, and the games did not work. Friends had a slight issue at checkout, but that was resolved.

Perfect community and location for a large friend/family gathering. Houses were great, the Oasis water park is excellent for kids and adults. We will be back next year

My stay at Moon Valley

I would like to say the place was perfect fit for the family everyone fit comfortably and the cleanness of the house was great there la several things wrong that we had to report to the main office which was not pleasant the Pool was dirty and we had to stay out of it like 4 hours for 2 days we where there to experience the pool we had kids cooped up inside a house no good also the refrigerator was not working properly we didn’t notice that till several days in when the ice cream melted and didn’t freeze we had other issues but they did come out to fix everything on our list so over all we had a great time
