Great size kitchen including an huge pantry and two refrigerators, and lots of seating in the dining room and living room for our group. Quick responses for questions and notifications. The rooms were great sizes and had lots of bathrooms so everyone had their own. Only downside was very limited parking, only two spots and few cooking prep kitchen items.

Third party verification issues

Canceled house reservations the day of arrival due to poor communication on managements part. I followed the instructions given for verification and did not receive codes to the house leading up to my departing flight. The moment I sent a message that I was cancelling they magically responded with information. I had to book a different house with Air BNB with no issues.

Beautiful house

My experience overall was great. The house was beautifully designed each room and the house overall has so many details very thought out. The location was great. Close to everything. The property manager is very quick to respond to messages. The only negative thing I have to say is that the parking situation is bad. The house is big and we had guess driving their rental cars. There is only parking for 2 cars cause you can't park on the road and you can't block the side walk. There was an over flow parking but seems like those stayed full. We literally had to find empty houses to park at. And you need to make sure you bring wash clothes cause they don't provide any. Other than that I give the experience at the house 8 out of 10.

Pleasantly Surprised

Often when you rent a house online, you're not sure what to expect. The house we rented exceeded expectations & when we did have questions, we always had quick replies. A couple of knit knitpicky items, the primary bedroom mattress seems worn out and wasn't very comfy and there's some nails between the primary bedroom/bathroom and a couple of the other bedrooms. Parking is also a challenge in this neighborhood. It's very common to have to deal with this in a lot of the communities, so be aware of that & try to consolidate your vehicles. Overall, I would rent this property again.

Family gathering

The house was specious perfect for a family gathering. Bathroom and bedrooms are niclely distributed. We chose to pay for the BBQ which was the only disappointment due to rust and it didn't look hygienic. The pool also got dirty quickly and we were not able to use it the whole stay.

Loved it!

We did have one problem with the sink being stopped up. Called the office and they sent someone out promptly to fix the problem. Overall, the house is big and spacious and we enjoyed our stay.

Mcfadden Making Memories

Property is beautiful home, and we get it that it’s a business and others are using the home , but at the price we paid, things should be in orders , as the place is clean between stay. There were personal items left from previous guests that the cleaning person should have caught on their shift. What I can tell you about the Mcfadden family , we gave the cleaning person a head start for the the next guests , we took care of it as it was our home . Laundry waiting to be done and no trash left in the home . I would recommend checking all appliances, make sure it ready for the next guests . Neighbor is safe and the raccoon are funny as they climb the fence to get to the trash to enjoy their next meal. This was the 1st booking through Vrbo although it is very different from other sites that I have used, I struggled, but I made it .

The property itself is beautiful home that needs some minor TLC, my major complaint is the trash, leaving it outside attracted a large family of raccoons, who prevented my guest from coming into the house, we had to leave the trash inside everynight and take it ourselves up to the front entrance and dispose of it ourselves, the other major issue was the kitchen sink, which leaks very badly underneath, the netting around the pool area is dirty with spider webbs and holes in the netting which allowed once again the raccoons to come into our space and also the neighborhood cat.and lastly the grill area, for such a beautiful property and costly one, the grill is very outdated and was very dirty, for whiched i paid to use, all of the rooms are beautiful and bathrooms as well, beds are very comfortable, i would most definitely recommend this property to others, but only after the cosmetics are fixed.

Disney Vacation 23

The house was very spacious with all the amenities to make it home. Outside pest(raccoons) were a problem. It was hard to communicate with management this since the trash bin outside was full and had been picked them by the raccoons. The distance to Disney was great, and the accessibility to Walmart, Chik fila, gas stations etc made it a great location. The upstairs space had it own living area with 6 bedrooms and 1 own suite with two bedroom and i bath. down stairs that 4 bedrooms which made everyone have there own space. Two nice large size refrigerators and dishwasher. The home had laundry upstairs and down, which made it very convenient. The shower in bathroom 1 clogged a little , I had to adjust the drain( ensure house keeping cleans under the drain flap. For large families with adult children, Perfect place. No complaints.

My stay was nice but the house was very dirty walls and furniture and carpet was not clean at all we had to call property manager to come clean and clean the pool this was one of the worst house i stayed in i will never rent this house again 🙃 😑

Great layout, a few issues

The layout of the home was wonderful and perfect for our group of 20. Decorations and furniture as shown. We had a few issues with delayed check in, towels, refrigerator and a/c but the management company was very responsive and addressed them quickly. Comforters could use more cleaning. Our main concerns were trash in the trash bins from prior to our check in and people parking illegally which blocked getting out of the overflow lots which are within walking distance. If you have more than 4 vehicles, plan ahead to check out parking options. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful

OMG! This house was beautiful. My family enjoyed our stay. There were a few issues that management was willing to send maintenance workers that day but we decided that the issues could be resolved after we left the property. I do hope they took care of it before the next guest visit. I would definitely recommend staying
