The management company was responsive and kind through their communication. - the house smelled rotten when we got there; the dishwasher was letting out a horrible smell and it would not turn on so we couldn’t use it at all even just to try to get rid of the smell- the pool heat did not work; after lots of back and forth, they did return our 350 but it would have been nicer to have heat- there is 1 king bed, not 3. The other 2 are queens.- there was only 1 stool instead of the 4 pictured; we were counting on 4 to have enough sitting for everyone to eat at the same time and togetherThe community amenities are wonderful! It was our second year in that community for Christmas. Overall we had a nice stay, but there were the hiccups listed above. These things could all be corrected/updated for future house guests.
