It was great to stay in a quieter place with a full kitchen to cook all our own meals. The property was a bit dated and could use some updates but was good for what we needed. Pool was a bit small but the access to the resort was great.

Frustrated Property Manager on Vacation

Management Company was horrible. Rude , hung up the phone on me couple times. I left my new running shoes I got for Christmas (realized it after unpacking) I had them the morning we were packing to leave and I remembered sitting them down by couch to carry out suitcase and I forgot to go back get them. I called and they deny finding my shoes . But we left directly from the condo and drove straight home. I know they were left there. Then they Accused /Charged us for taking queen size sheet and a queen mattress cover and we didn't even have queen size beds. King and full beds is what slept on . Charged me for multiple Dirty towels.. which I was sure we were careful with the towels and used makeup wipes etc. pictures we requested of these towels we never received . And how does one prove you didn't "take" sheets etc. I got zero of my deposit back after trip. Lost a good expensive pair of shoes . This is another 600 on top of what we paid to stay here for a week. I work in commercial property management. My daughter who was with me works as a General Manager of a hotel. We know the rules. We travel a lot and I have never had these type issues . Always received my full deposit Back and normally with compliments of how well we took care of the property. I didn't get any of my deposit back .. seems no one does based on reviews . Won't book with them again and do not recommend. What started as week family vacation . Ended in a very frustrating situation

Perfect for Disney

We had the best time staying here for our Disney vacation. It was only about a 15-20 minute drive to the parks. It was so nice to come back after long days and all have our seperate bedrooms. The kids LOVED the Mickey and Minnie bedroom which kept them in the spirit of the trip even when not at the parks. The private pool was perfect for our small kids. We will definitely stay here again next time!

We were unable to stay in the rental because Hurricane Milton, state of emergency, cancelled flights. Wonder vacations would not give us a refund. Very rude people.

Celebrating my grandbaby birthday

Everything was great only issue was being charged for a towel and hand towel also a comforter. Why use white linen if you know white gets dirty quicker. You reuse linen and expect one or two to not get dirty. 2 stained towels from a whole house is normal wear and tear, when you stayed there all week. The comforter being stained and not coming clean according to y'all is understandable to be charged. But you want me to buy a brand new one plus you're gonna keep that one makes no sense.

Our Stay at Story Lake

First off this location is great for access to all parks at Disney and is close to grocery and restaurants. The clubhouse pool system, mini golf and gym are great. Easy development to walk around. This home unfortunately had very dated carpets and they were dirty. The layout of the house was great, kitchen very functional. Yes they could have a few more utensils but I was happy they had a steamer for clams! The pool, once they finally got the heat on, was a hit as we spent the full day and night in it on Sunday. The house is very good, all beds are fine and same with the bathrooms. Whole hose carpets are my biggest grip!

Mix feelings

Even though I try not to set my expectations to high there are things that just leave you with a bad taste in your mouth. The bare minimum was provided, for 11 people staying three days having just 1 change of toilet paper in each bathroom was a bit to little. I guess you need to make sure to go grocery shopping, including salt, if you want to make any cooking at this house. The real bummer was our last night, which thank God was the only night that rain. There was a roof leak that went through the house into one of the bedrooms. It was 4 am and my brother in law was awaken by the sound of dripping water and wet blankets. Took a picture and notified the company, once I took the picture there was obvious marks of previous leaks. The company thank me for letting them know and that they were going to fix it that same day. Left that same morning.

Great location/Lots of space! Needs deep clean.

We would’ve really enjoyed to use the pool but the price of heating it ($45/day) wasn’t worth it when the community pool was heated. We do think it needs a deep cleaning/better cleaning service, we seen a lot of dirt/dust/cobwebs. Also think a fresh coat of paint everywhere because there are marks everywhere. We loved the location the most as it was very convenient and the amount of room was great for us!

MY OVERALL STAY WAS WONDERFUL AS ALWAYS, HOWEVER THERE WERE A FEW THINGS THAT DID NOT WORK IN THE HOME. (1) NO TV SERVICE ON THE FIRST FLOOR, (2) ONLY PAID TO VIEW (JUST CHABLE) IN THE BEDROOM TO THE LEFT AS YOU GO UPSTAIRS, (I DIDNOT USE THIS SERVICE SO NO CHANNELS COULD BE WATCHED. SOMEONE TOOK THE REMOTE FOR THE TV IN THE LIVING ROOM)

Orlando Trip

We booked 3 nights and check in was supposed to be 4pm we did not get a notification until 4.30pm to say property was ready. On arrival we found that the bedlinen was still wet so we had to put them in the dryer (luckily we didn't arrive late as we would have no beds to sleep in. We found cigarette ends in the drawers in the Bedroom, the glass light shade above Island in the Kitchen was half broken, the cutlery was sparce - we only had 3 forks for 9 people! There was rubbish under drawers in bedroom and we found a babys vest under mattress. The carpets need a good clean (didn't even look as if they had been hoovered), lamp in bedroom not working. This home needs a good overhaul - luckily we only were staying 3 nights and out during the day. I sent at least 3 emails to Wonder Homes with no response from them - they were sending me emails saying hope you are enjoying your stay etc on a daily basis but couldn't be bothered to respond to mine. Very disappointed with no response and the state of the house - would not recommend this home

No pool no help from owner

I rented this property because of the pool. It was 100 degrees off and on for three days and no pool. Owner stated that pool man was coming to fix pool for three. Other than that the place was nice

Great stay!

Our family of 6 had a great stay here. So much room to spread out and the community was great with the water park area. The kids enjoyed the small pool on our patio area as well! Close proximity to so much - we did 4 Disney days as well and it was close/easy to get to the parks from this townhome. We had an issue with the back patio door not locking when we arrived and the leasing company was out within an hour to fix it. Be aware they don’t provide much (you’ll need to supply tp, paper towels, ect if you’re staying more than a day). We did a Walmart pickup order for the week for food so could make meals at the house as well. Overall great stay!

Close to ESPN/Disney

My kids enjoyed the decorated rooms. My son who is 5 kept calling it the mickey house. We did not access any amenities on the property. We had a busy week planned but we were able to use the stove, washer and dryer with no issues. For our next stay we would request the pool heater. My kids did not swim in the pool because of our busy schedule. The biggest perk is the location of the house. My daughter was competing in ESPN and we had several days planned for Disney, so it was great that we found a location that was pretty close.
