Lovely spacious property, well furnished. Kitchen was well stocked, plenty of cutlery, glasses, cups etc. We had a couple of issues that were dealt with efficiently and the owners were very responsive. Whilst clean and and perfectly usable some elements are starting to show their age and could do with updating/repair (eg patio door blinds and games room facilities). It did not really impact though on our enjoyment of the home.

The space was good, not amazingly great, but really good and had everything you needed regarding space, capabilities and overall comfort. The pool was a bright spot because of the size. The owners were responsive, the pool/spa heater was not working when we initially checked in, they were able to send over a repair man, but it did take 36 hours. We stayed for 5 nights, so it was appreciated.

Nice older home

The home was as listed but not very clean. The owners were great to communicate with even though they lived an ocean away. We didn’t have hot water for 2.5 days. The owners were responsive and supportive but the management company who was to fix the problem was not. Do not blame the owners. Also the cleanliness or lack of was not on them as they hire that out as well.

Be For warned

Let me start by saying we are not hard people to please. I booked this property for my family vacation and the listing for it was no where near what it truly is. The front door had multiple locks chains and bolts, which seemed odd, but the back door didn't lock and the security bars on the sliding glass door were completely gone. The beds were nothing but springs and there were bed bugs in the home. There was no cable connected. The pool was covered in bugs and didn't seem to be cleaned prior to our arrival. The "conservation" is an empty lot that has not been built in yet. There is a road with speeding cars right next to the pool area, so there was no relaxation there either. The homeowner had a security system that didn't seem to work and the toilets had signs above them stating that the toilets didn't flush correctly. The air conditioner could only be set to 75 degrees due to the unit freezing up. I tried to reach the property manager and had no success. Eventually after talking to VRBO for an hour (no cell service in the home, so my calls continued to drop) we found ourselves at a hotel until we could find a vacation home to stay in. We lost two nights of our vacation due to not feeling safe in this rental and having to locate another rental. Be weary of this rental. I don't want anyone else to have to deal with this mess on their family vacation.

Nice home and convenient location for activities

We were in town to play in the Disney soccer tournament. We had a tough time getting the boys out of the nice pool to go do anything, even to play soccer! This was a nice place to settle for the week. We cooked at the house several mornings/nights and enjoyed relaxing time with family and friends. It was a nice, quiet neighborhood close to grocery stores and local entertainment, including Disney.

BED BUGS

Do not go here! This place is infested with bugs and they will somehow blame it at you. After complaining to the owner multiple times about the bugs in the bedrooms, he told us that it must be from the food in the kitchen…. We didn't even bring food in the sleeping areas! DISGUSTING!

First impression was lovely, until we got in and had a good look around. we had issue's with the pool which owner sorted asap, which was great. The property does need a lot of attention, though, cleanliness, which i understand the owners can not control but i did message about this and nothing was done, lots of flies in property on arrival. Cooker disgusting, crockery broken.l, ice machine doesnt work. Outside furniture some broken and very worn and dirty, the netted screen is broken in multiple places so lots of bugs can get in around pool area. We have had many visits to florida and unfortunately this has been the worst villa we have stayed in. Shame really lots of potential.

Relaxing by the Pool

The neighborhood was very nice, we went for a morning walk each day. The neighbors are friendly and it is clean. We loved the pool it was perfect for our family and the spa was great first thing in the morning and in the evenings. We loved watching the lizards that roamed along the pool screens and all the birds we saw fly by. The house had all the amenities we needed and the kids loved the game garage. If you stay please note it takes 40 minutes to get back to Orlando area if you want to do stuff there due to traffic. Just plan accordingly. There are some great restaurants and shops near by (15 min) the house, and a publix's across the street.. We had a lovely relaxing time here and would recommend it to anyone looking to hang by the pool.

Fabulous villa and gorgeous pool area

We had a great stay at this villa and the pool was the cleanest by far in all the villas we have stayed at. Plenty of room for a large group with the villa having a den for those wanting to watch something different on TV. Games room good and all beds very comfortable. There is a new Publix just across the highway so not far to go for grocery shopping. A very private pool area and we saw a wild tortoise enjoying the grass just outside the lanai. Since the photos on the website there had been new planting around the pool which makes it very privately. Owners could not be more helpful. Thank you Anna and Richard.

Lots of potential but not there yet

The house has lots of space and a great open plan. Unfortunately it needs a good deep clean and maybe a lick of paint to freshen the house up. The house was not cleaned properly but I understand this is out of the owners control as they are unable to inspect the property after cleaning. We had issues with the AC as the temperature was too warm and kept rising during the night. We contacted the owners who were very good and fast at replying and managed to resolve this but we probably would have preferred the AC cooler but was unable to lower the thermostat under 71 degrees. I appreciate this is a second home that they rent out and don’t want to spend a lot of money upgrading it as you never know what guests you may have and not everyone treats rentals like their own home.
