This house is fantastic! Perfectly located in a quiet neighborhood yet very close to everything. It’s spacious and well-equipped, with everything from a stocked kitchen to plenty of linens. Ideal for relaxing by the pool or exploring nearby attractions. Highly recommend!

Fantastic House

Beautiful location the house was perfect for our family of 9. We had fun in the game room and swimming in the pool after a long day at Disney. Location was great to access all the Disney Parks. Communication with our Host was outstanding. Beds were very comfortable to sleep restfully. We would love to return and stay at this property again.

Our stay was perfect

Thanks again for allowing us to use your lovely home. We all had a great (but tiring) time. The house was perfect it has loads of space and all the facilities a large family requires. The pool is absolutely lovely to relax in, and we used it every day.

The comforts of home and the perfect location

Mickey’s corner was spotlessly clean and perfectly equipped for our stay. The home was extremely spacious with privacy for all guests. The kitchen had everything we needed and the kids had plenty of entertainment at home as well as Disney. We will definitely be back. Location was perfect and a safe, quiet, gated community.

Fabulous stay in Kissimmee

We’ve travelled to Florida many times and love to stay in Kissimmee. We’ve tried several different villa complexes and Formosa Gardens stands out for both quality and location. Mickey’s Corner was a wonderful place to stay. Well laid out, clean, private and spacious, Mickey’s Corner provides a large luxury home away from home. The communication provided by Aunger Vacation Homes made renting the property easy and seamless. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Excellent location

The villa was very clean and as per the photos. It’s an excellent location with plenty of restaurants close by. There was some road noise (we live somewhere is very quiet so we noticed it but soon got used to it) but it is a very private outside area which was lovely to have and there was no noise from nearby villas. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend it as a great base for the area or just a spacious villa to relax in. The layout would work well for 2 families to stay in with plenty of private space for everyone.

Best maintained and run home we have rented in Formosa Gardens Estates, fabulous hosts.

We recently stayed at this lovely vacation home in Formosa Gardens Estates over Christmas and had an absolutely wonderful time. We have stayed in Formosa Gardens Estates, and it's such a tranquil place in the middle of everything. The home was spacious, comfortable, and well-maintained, with all the amenities we needed for a great vacation. It was cold, but the pool was warm, unlike other homes we have stayed in. Charles and Jo were fabulous hosts, providing us with everything we needed. We would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a fantastic vacation rental experience.

Fabulous stay

We have been coming to Formosa Gardens for many years and stayed in many villas, this was the best by a long way. Charles and Jo have put a lot of thought into all aspects- from the on line welcome pack to the drinks in the fridge on arrival to tea and coffee supplies. Any issues were answered quickly and resolved. We would definitely want to revisit one of their villas again

A Wonderful Stay

The villa is in a great location; 30 minutes from the airport, 10 minutes from Disney and 5 minutes from shops and restaurants and yet the estate is peaceful and quiet. The villa was spacious, very well furnished, and very clean and we all enjoyed the pool and that it is private and not overlooked. It was nice to find cold drinks in the fridge and coffee and tea after a long day travelling. The owners are in regular contact from booking through to arrival and provide the most comprehensive guide to the villa and the one problem was immediately dealt with. We highly recommend to others.

Amazing Villa - 5*

We have just returned from a wonderful 2 weeks stay in this fabulous villa. The villa is top class and very spacious. The 2 master suites are huge. The pool area is also large with lots is sun loungers and chairs and there is also a bbq to use.. Everything you need is supplied at that villa. The villa owners were wonderful and helpful, Charles was in touch with us throughout our stay to check everything was ok for us. Excellent communication. The location is brilliant, in a beautiful gated community very close to Disney and also shops and restaurants at Kissimmee. We will definitely return and would recommend a stay here.

Another amazing stay at Mickeys Corner

This is our second stay at this vacation home, thanks to the fantastic service from Jo and Charles, and the quality of this home. Unlike some of the recently renovated and modern homes Aunger offers, this home is more traditional Florida style, but is super comfy and homely, with all the mod cons you need. All my questions were answered and resolved quickly. They actually went above and beyond when I accidentally left a valuable item behind. Do not hesitate in booking this home, it’s lovely. We will be in touch soon to book again. Thanks Aunger, love the Dunn and Ford family.

100% would re-book this villa. Slept well away from home in comfortable beds/ felt safe and secure

We booked as a family of 5 from Scotland and have been to Orlando many times. We chose this villa because it had sun over the pool all day and wasn't disappointed. Plusses were exceptional communication with host/s. This was a great comfort so far from home; all emails were instantly responded to. Security was important to us, and we felt very safe here, we made use of the alarm system fire/security when we went out(all linked to police and fire service). When we arrived, we were provided with access codes, and all went as planned. Had they not, I was reassured by the quick response from the hosts. The villa has everything we needed to have a home-from-home trip, every comfort needed. Beds/mattresses were outstanding in every room, as were bed linens, all of the good quality, soft finish to sheets and bedding and pillows of choice galore. Towels were abundant and fresh. An abundance of small appliances as well as a welcome pack to get settled in, ie, tea/coffee/drinks (in the fridge), salt /pepper/toilet roll...all you need to arrive and do a shop the next day. We also loved the location, immediate links to 192/ from there I4. We were able to get around the wider area without any problem. The vicinity, Formosa Gardens, is really lovely, no nuisance with noise as it's so nice but also because it's a completely private pool area with no oversight from neighbors. I would definitely book here again as we have nothing we would ask to improve on.

A beautiful villa.

We had a fantastic holiday and the villa was the perfect location, close to all the Disney parks. Inside and outside was spacious, clean and decorated and furnished to a high standard. The communication from Charles and Joanne was excellent. We would definitely book again on any future trip up Orlando. Highly recommended!

Wonderful Stay!!

We stayed at this house for 2 weeks vacation. It’s located in a gated community. It’s also close to theme parks and restaurants. Charles is a great host, He responded very quickly to every question we had. We will definitely stay at this house again.

As a family, we have stayed at Formosa Gardens Estates quite a few times. This vacation was the first with a new vendor and we were not disappointed, Charles and Joanne were attentive when we had any queries or problems. On the last day he showed us around the house we have booked for our next visit and we are so excited and can't wait! to take another part of the family to our favorite destination!

Great villa in a great location, everything you need for your stay. very clean. The location is excellent after long days in the parks, a short car ride home is just perfect. Will be returning.
