The host responded quickly to all my questions before I booked, after I booked and during our stay. This was a family stay(13 adults, 2 teens, 2 active boys, 1 toddler and 1 infant). We had plenty of room for everyone to relax comfortably. It felt like home away from home. Equipped with everything we needed. The home was as described and pictured in the photos. It was very clean. Everyone enjoyed our stay, especially the pool! We had a wonderful time! We’re looking forward to our next visit.

Family getaway

The house was fantastic! The upstairs was far better than imagined. The downstairs needs a new couch. Communication was fabulous! Only small problem was that it was still being cleaned when we got there. I would rather have a clean house rather than a rushed job. I would definitely stay here again! Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us!

Great house for a fun group.

Took the kids and their friends to Halloween Horror Nights at Universal. It’s about a 20minute drive from Universal but the kids loved the house. They enjoyed the upstairs area and their own bedrooms. Check-in was very easy. Communication with the property was very easy.

The process was very easy to understand, navigate, and check in. The property and location, looks wise was very nice. The house pool was very nice and convenient. The community pool and clubhouse was very nice specially the lazy pool. However, there were several damaged items in the house. The a/c unit started leaking and dripping downstairs that caused the ceiling plaster to start peeling and falling off. The unit also caused a puddle of water upstairs next to the HVAC unit, the sliding outside door to the pool came off when we opened it the first time, the kitchen cabinet door also came off the hinge when we opened it. Informed property manager of all the issues we found and he seemed genuinely concerned and asked to take pictures and send to him. Only one roll of toilet tissue out bathroom, so bring extras. Same with wash clothes and towels as well. Overall it was a pleasant experience, but to anyone renting these properties make sure you do a walk through and take pictures and report immediately.

Wonderful experience

This vacation property was ideal for our 20 party vacation. The spacious living area was appreciated for our side party. The pool and games room was the kids favorite. The clubhouse was awesome. The location of the property was convenient for shopping. Parking was enough for 3 vehicles. Most of all, communication with management was on point. Great spot for some R&R with the family. I would recommend.

Great for big families

We stayed here for our kids Spring break and it was great! Our group had two 14 year old girls, two 16 year old boys, four 19 year olds my husband and I and our dog and let me tell you it was the perfect house for us. Exactly as you see it online. Very clean, open with room for everyone. I had 3 minor issues. One was the pool heater not heating until the day we were leaving and unfortunate for us, the weekend we were there it was cold but when I contacted the property manager they sent out some one to check it out and since it was something on their end they immediately refunded me for the charge without a problem whatsoever. Second thing was that the air conditioner could not be put lower than 72. That was a big problem for me being that I’m diabetic and take medicine and said medicine makes me hot. I requested to be able to lower the a/c to 68 and they had no problem with it but unfortunately the first flower unit didn’t cool as well as the second floor one so it was still not cold enough for me. Luckily it was a cold weekend so I wasn’t uncomfortable. Third thing was I didn’t like the couch on the main living room. It’s the kind of sectional that pulls apart so when we all sat to watch tv, it separated. It also had a slight tear on the back, not too noticeable but I took a picture of it and immediately reached out to the manager to make them aware of it. Other than that the rooms, game room, backyard, neighborhood were great for large families. Definitely recommend it!!

Great place!! Just as described but even nicer in person

Our experience was amazing...from the moment that we checked in, until we checked out, we enjoyed every bit of the house and the pool! We would definitely come back. The only problem was we could not find the exact location to check in. I would suggest to confirm the address of the clubhouse and then the 2nd address of the home. You'll love this place which is even nicer in person.
