Fabuloso!

Fue! Fabuloso nuestro fin de semana, disfrutamos mucho de la piscina el espacio muy adecuado , todos estábamos muy cómodos y pasamos muy divertido en la sala de juegos , volvería muchas veces , gracias al dueño y manager por sus prontas respuestas. Rosaura y familia.

Host was helpful and communicated well. The house could use some basic household items, i.e. dish scrubbie or cloth, t-towels. We did our best to wash pans or dishes with paper towels but they broke apart easily. A dollar liquid soap for bathrooms would have been nice rather than the one tiny, thin soap provided. The game room needed a good vacuuming. The last couple of days the spa jets didn't come on. All that said, we had a great time and appreciated the pool and spa especially. A little spruce up would be nice, like matching knobs on furniture and possibly replacing some of the more worn pieces, but didn't stop us from enjoying the convenience and location and modern appliances the house came with.

Upon arrival we were asked to wait for over an hour due to cleaning person stating they were cleaning floors. Then when entering home there was dirty dishes, floors were dirty and food crumbs on couches. We had to clean and our evening plans were all changed due to not being able to check in on time due to cleaning that was not done. I will never book here again.

Update needed badly!

This place was not what I expected, it needed upgrades for everything in the house, I took videos from the time I entered the house and I wish I could put pictures on here, this was for my spouse birthday and I felt really bad! Gum stuck on the kitchen floor, the tables had spilled stains all over them, the furniture was extremely dirty, the porch furniture was molded, the pool was extremely dirty, couldn’t be utilized. Master bedroom TV had something smeared all over the screen, not to mention the TV’s we’re from the 90s (big backs). There was stuck food on one of the bathroom doors. This was by far the worst stay I’ve ever had in Orlando. Very disappointed.

The house is very spacious. Game room was great! Pool was smaller than imagined, but worked well. House needs a good deeo cleaning, but was surface clean with no odors.

The property has so much more potential. I realize that its a rental property, but the furnishings need upgrading or cleaning, crumbs in the cushings in the family room, the game room smells of mold or mildew. Caulking in most areas needs cleaning, even the windows and screens to the pool area needs to be powerwashed. unfortunately or should i say fortunately im a contractor and can spot these issues. The Home is located in a spectacular area and as i said it has so much more potential. We did enjoy our stay, because it was a much needed rest time .smellmmild

Was a great home

Was a great home everyone got their own rooms. Property was very clean. House need to have some repairs done, but didn’t effect our stay. Will recommend to anyone, we was very happy.

House was in a good location but it definately needs major upgrades. The house has many electrical outlets that do not work. Many light bulbs were burnt out. Pool area needs more lighting. Cleaning net for pool needs to be replaced. The bed in master bedroom is absolute garbage felt like it was bout to break. Need to put in a more modern electrical outlets for device charging.

Cockroach infested

We were planning on using the kitchen to cook meals, only they had so many cockroaches we ended up eating out. You can see that they are not on a maintenance program my friend and I hung around until the company that does the spraying showed up. When we met with him, he said this was the first time his company sprayed for them. They complained that they couldn’t reach me and they said that they spray every 10 days we were there for 30 days and they showed up once. The place was filthy. The only thing clean was the pool. I would not recommend this place to anyone and we’ve always used VRBO for 10 years and we’ve never been disappointed till we came to this one. A waste of money!

Beautiful play

When we arrived at the home it was nice. There was a water leak from the air conditioner that was flooding the entry way and gameroom. I called the number that was given, they came out the next day. Unfortunately not able to fix it but was able to a heating and ac company out the following day. He was able to fix the issue. I was happy that they did prompt service even though it took multiple visits.The only thing that could have been better was the house can use a fresh paint job inside, not a touch up cause you can see where those have been done. Also having to keep the thermostat at 72 is a big inconvenience. It is too hot. As other commenters have said they can really leave more trash bags and toilet paper and paper towels. That is everyday use and inconvenience for people to have to purchase. That is another out of pocket expense we have to do. But the amenities and over all area was very nice.

House was big. It was very warm at night. Bunk beds are a little wonky. The mattresses were very uncomfortable! Outside furniture wasn’t to good. Overall okay for the price!

The house was big enough and everyone had their own space. Cooking supplies and a big kitchen. Bring extra trash bags that are 13 gal if you have more than 5 people! Keep in mind there is a $20 fee for an access card to get to the property and each car staying overnight must have this access card. We paid to get the pool heated but it was not very warm. House was clean and there were extra towels etc.

Clean and spacious, close to Disney, Beautiful and quiet Neighborhood with great privacy!

5 star house with beautiful private forest view. The house is very clean and spacious and close to many attractions. The backyard facing forest gives us privacy and beautiful views. It is a wonderful enjoyable experience sitting on the patio, swimming in the pool, watching the trees and listening to the bird chirping. New patio sets, new refrigerator(delivered during our stay), new pool table and new pans. Some furniture is not so modern but works very well so we do not see the necessity to change. Apparently the homeowner keeps maintaining the house. The house absolutely gives us a home-feeling away from home, warm, comfortable, and convenient. The price is also very competitive against similar homes. The majority of vacation homes provide pool heat and BBQ with separate charge so we have no problem. The Emerald Island community is awesome and provides many entertainments. The house owner, local manager and clubhouse are all friendly. They give clear instructions (all details are in the instructions), answer questions quickly and support our request quickly. We are looking forward to our next stay.

Nice home but very disappointed

This is a very beautiful home in a nice area. However the owner is not very helpful. There's a $20 fee for resort pass that you must purchase in order to avoid waiting in line every time you enter the gate. This was not mentioned in the listing. We seen many roaches in the kitchen and bedrooms. We contacted the host for simple requests and concerns and never got a response throughout our entire 5 night stay. The owner provides the bare minimum. One soap, one toilet paper, 2 trash bags and a few towels. We had to purchase napkins, dish soap, trash bags, sponges to wash dishes, and more... This is a nice home but the host does not seem committed to maintaining this rental or making his guests happy.

Family vacation

Overall the property was pretty good. There is advertised a pullout couch which is in terrible condition and no one could sleep on it. The refrigertor needs replaced, the Bars across the door shelves are broke and it needs to be bigger. There was mold around the base of the main tub. The ceiling fan was filthy. We very much enjoyed the pool and hot tub. It was a great location.

Not what photos showed

This house is great for space if you have a lot of guest and that’s about it. My first issue was getting the lockbox open which took almost 30 minutes, when I reached out to the manager via phone I got her voicemail and by email she responded 5 hrs later. Unacceptable. Everything in the house needs to be updated. I’ll start with the living room furniture, the kitchen pots were burnt from previous renters and the wall where the trash can’t sat was dirty. The toilet seat in the master bathroom was hideous, I took photos I wish I could share. The patio/pool furniture was rusted and the table was broken. We did not see a grill and it clearly states they have one. In the kids room the bunk bed ladders were broken which is a safety issue and there were holes in the walls I guess from the beds hitting the wall I’m not sure. There was no play station available and one of the game tables were missing a piece so my kids couldn’t play that specific game. The photos of this property are old and don’t be fooled by them. It’s a good place but definitely need a lot of updates.
