Lovely house in quiet area

This is a lovely house in a quiet cul de sac. It has everything you need to make your stay perfect. The pool area was great and had the sun all day long. Very spacious inside, well laid out. The kids loved the pool table and dart board in the garage. Had a few queries during the stay and they were answered immediately by Roy. Walmart is a 5 minute drive and lots of places to eat along the way. Disney is about 25 minute drive while universal was 40 minutes without traffic. Overall a lovely house to stay in.

Excellent vacation home

An excellent home to spend our Christmas holiday in Orlando. Good location with plenty of restaurants, and supermarkets - Walmart, Publix and Aldi within close proximity. Plenty of shops and an IMAX nearby as well, and two outlet malls. The house was also close enough to all major theme parks, with multiple routes to avoid any bottle necks.House was better than the description, pool was perfect, the water was a good temperature, plenty of space on the deck, and the loungers were comfortable and in good condition. Had a pool table and a dart board in the garage, great for something else to do. Enough good quality towels, bedding, blankets, pillows to suit our stay. Showers were clean, with a good water pressure, easy to use and it didn’t matter if two were running at the same time etc.Beds were comfortable, good quality sheets, pillows etc and good mattresses. Bedrooms had plenty of storage. Kitchen was well equipped, oven easy to use, plenty of gadgets, plates, cups, glasses and a few pieces of Tupperware which is useful for days out at the parks. Air conditioning was very efficient and not noisy, all rooms looked to be freshly decorated. TVs all over, good quality TV in the main room, brought a fire tv stick with us and it was a good image for the football and the films we watched. Host was very helpful and attentive, pool guy was helpful too, neighbors were friendly. Sofas were comfy and not worn. If the location suits and you have this villa on your list, pick it.

Nice Comfortable Home

This Vrbo had plenty of room, a nice pool, and a family of sand hill cranes in the back yard. It was close to Disney, and close enough to Universal. There were two rooms decorated for younger people which was nice. I would recommend.

A Real Home from Home

This property was well equipped, clean and very comfortable. It really is ‘ A Home Away From Home’ and you can see it is well cared for by the owners. The owner is very prompt in replying to queries. The pool is private and gets the sun all day long. Greater Groves is not too far from the parks, whilst being far enough away if that is not what you are visiting for. It is well located for the supermarket and Chinese, Pizza and Philly steak take aways just across the road from it’s entrance We enjoyed our stay here very much. Thank You Roy.

Great villa and location

Love the villa location, have stayed nearby before, but this has an excellent pool area not over looked. Also a very quiet area, we enjoyed watching the wildlife while lounging around the pool. Didn’t use the the kitchen much, as we ate out everyday, but was well equipped. There also a pool table and beach/pool equipment available in the garage. Had a fantastic stay and would like to return in the future if possible. Thanks Roy

Perfect home away from home

We cannot stop raving about our stay at this beautiful pool villa. It was clean, well equipped and perfectly located near shopping centers. Our 9-month grandson napped and slept like a Prince (no noisy neighbors)!

2nd Time Here, Great Property!

We stayed at this property a couple of years ago and when we came this year we noticed the owner's upgrades, always a great sign. The neighborhood is quiet, with sidewalks, a wonderful place to walk around. The owner is great to work with. We reported a problem with the washer and before we left a new washer and dryer were delivered. Nice. The house has nice Roku TV's for streaming and they are Airplay compatible so I was able to mirror shows from my home DVR using my Iphone. We were there during the NFL playoffs so we did need access to local channels. The Iphone worked for some of that but we bought an HD antenna to hook up to the tv and that worked great. We were able to watch all the local channels we wanted. We left it at the house for anyone who wants to use it in the future. All and all a great stay and we would recommend this property.

A Wonderful Holiday

We stayed in Roy’s home December 26, 2023-January 6, 2024 and had a wonderful holiday. Roy was quick to answer any questions leading up to our holiday and a pleasure to work with. The house was clean, spacious and the kitchen had all the kitchen cookware etc we needed, even an air fryer. The beds were very comfortable and the home’s furnishings were new and also very comfortable. The weather was on the cool side so we had the pool heated for the duration of our stay so the water was nice and warm. We will definitely try to book here again the next time we visit the area. Highly recommended. Thanks for everything Roy and family!

Excellent villa for a family stay, easily fitted my family of 7 with fully stocked kitchen and large pool area. Close to supermarkets and Disney world with a one way Uber costing around $20. Roy was an absolute pleasure to deal with in the booking process and I would definitely recommend this villa to anyone looking to stay.

Lovely Vacation

Check in process was easy. The home was large, clean and comfortable. Air conditioning worked well despite the sweltering heat and humidity. Pool area was enjoyed by our family - well maintained during our stay. We very much enjoyed the property. I did submit a maintenance claim about the garbage disposal not working (it hadn’t worked since we arrived). It was unable to be fulfilled while we were there due to the July 4th holiday but that was understandable. Otherwise a very enjoyable trip and we would love to return.

Great villa and location.

The property is well laid out with 3 easy access to the pool area as well as shower room access. The pool (south facing) is nicely shaded for the first couple hours in the morning via a tree helping to keep things cool, for a while at least lol Pool area /lanai offers the continued shade if required throughout the day leaving plenty of other areas around the pool for those sun-worshipers. There was just myself and my wife but there would be plenty of internal space to accommodate much larger families comfortably, plenty of seating etc. We had a great 2 weeks of relaxation. Easy access to the 192 and onto the I4 meant directions were easy, always good. Would be happy to come back in the future. Communication with Roy (owner) were superb. Both before our arrival and during. Hail storm before our arrival had caused damage to alot of villas in the area but all sorted, screens replaced etc.
