Home was clean and well-stocked. Property felt safe and had great amenities. We had one small issue with a t.v. when we arrived and it was promptly taken care of within the day. Would definitely stay again.

The property was great....the host was amazing!! Very accessible and response time was immediate....Lisa, our host, was so sweet and left the kids goody bags upon arrival, which they loved. The resort itself had many amenities that we all enjoyed.....we would definitely stay here again!!

Great trip!

This is a wonderful property, exactly as described! The home was very clean and provided a great stay for our family of 6. This home is also super close to the parks and entertainment which made it very easy for us going back and forth. The resort pool offered a great break from the parks and my family loved it. These owners offer great communication and can't wait to book with them again. Don't hesitate to rent here!

Amazing stay!

Everyone loved having their own bathrooms, the kids loved the mickey room. It was so nice to come back when the day was over and be able to have the baby monitor and soak in the splash pool in private. We took advantage of the castle playground, the movie theatre, the pool and the water slides - amazing!So close to Walmart and not bad getting to Disney.I had two minor questions and I received a reply back through the app quickly even though it was night.Will definitely stay again!

Great stay!

We had a great stay at this property with zero complaints. We had two young children who loved the pool and it was very convenient to have high chairs, pack and play, and strollers already there for our use. Very convenient walking distance to the community pool as well. Would stay again!

Cheerleading trip

We have stayed at Windsor Hills several times for the Cheerleading Worlds competition and this was by far our best experience. The townhouse is close to the clubhouse/pool area and was very well stocked with the basic necessities (toilet paper, paper towels, etc) which most townhomes don’t have. There were even coffee/coffee filters and k-cups. The owners were very responsive and checked in with us prior to the trip to make sure we didn’t have any questions. They even left my teenage son and daughter a small gift. We would most definitely stay here again!

Beautifully maintained association with resort style pool. Secure and safe community. We had great time. Communication with owners were great, kids appreciated welcome gifts. Very thought out and added personal touch.

Lovely place, lovely owners

Lisa & John were great to deal with on ahead of time and leading up to the end of our stay. We had to cancel our trip last year due to a major health issue and Lisa & John refunded our entire stay, even though we were well past the deadline for a refund. That gesture was so appreciated. They seem like lovely folks who really care about their house and the experience that guests have there. When we arrived early, because I misunderstood how early we could actually go into the house, they made arrangements for us to get in earlier. When we noticed that the cleaner missed some of the door tracks, they sent someone back the next day to ensure it was properly cleaned. We were grateful because we have a pokey one year old. They are outfitted with all things needed for a baby (pack and play/sheets, highchairs, multiple strollers, baby gate, etc.) We used all of it. The double stroller visor was broken and kept falling off, so we just picked up some zip ties to keep it in place, otherwise, everything worked as it should. They also have some books there for the kids, which was great.There were plenty of supplies available to use (garbage bags, toilet paper, coffee, etc.). The only complaint we had was that the community as a whole doesn't seem to recycle any cans/bottles, which we are used to doing as Canadians so our garbage seemed to be filling quicker than normal with all our shopping packaging plus the cans we used and doesn't fit in the bin well. Thanks for a great stay!

Great Place

The condo was very nice with all kitchen supplies that we needed. Everything was great the only problem we had was on our last night. The smoke detector beeped all night long. It is why batteries should be replaced on an annual basis at least.

Best off resort stay!

The owners really have thought of everything in this home. The resort has a fantastic playground and you feel so safe with the security. We loved the splash pool after a day at Disney and having a washer and dryer was an added plus.

Girl's Getaway

We had a wonderful time! The owners were easy to communicate with. Everything was just as described. There were a lot of cute little touches around the house that really showed care and time is taken for this property. The pool in the back is great for when you don't want the crowds at the main pool. That being said, the kids loved the slides and the baby loved the splash pad. The little grill was great for a quick lunch and snacks. Would definitely stay again!

Fantastic Fit For Our Family

This place was absolutely PERFECT for our family of 6! Exactly as advertised (if not BETTER!) It has everything at the house... They even supplied tolietries! My kids favorite part was the personalized goodie bags they made each child. So much fun to walk in and see that💜. The owners were EXTREMELY communicative... we had zero issues, but them wrote us checking in multiple times. I've never had such great communication with an owner on here before and I've been renting from VRBO a LONG time! Highly recommend!!

Our first Orlando trip

We were very impressed with this property and how close it was to everything our family planned to enjoy while in Orlando. It had groceries, resturants and shopping all within as little as 3 mins to 30 mins from the townhome. The townhome was spacious for our family of 5. It was clean and everything worked as expected. Our kids loves the clubhouse and pool areas. The splash pool at the townhome was small, but during the times where your kids just couldnt stay out of the water while you cooked or were in the townhome it was a great addition. Our family would happily return if we visit Orlando again in the future.

Perfect Stay Near Everything Disney

What a wonderful place for my family of 7 to stay. We were pleasantly surprised by all of the tiny details that went into making this home a spectacular place to call home for our vacation. Lisa was an amazing host and responded very quickly to all of our needs. This was our first time staying off Disney property. Normally, we stay at Disney’s Fort Wilderness. However, we wanted to see if we could get the Disney experience without actually staying on property. I think we nailed it. We went to Disney Springs multiple times, tried beignet’s at Port Orleans, took the monorail to the different Disney hotels, visited my in-laws at Fort Wilderness, and rode on the ferry to Magic Kingdom. This was all possible because of our location of stay. As far as the house itself, we enjoyed how cozy each bedroom was decorated. I loved that every bedroom had its own personal bathroom. This is something we don’t have in our own home and it sure was a luxury. The temperature of the house was perfect. It wasn’t too hot or too cold. The washer and dryer located on the same floors of the bedrooms was so convenient. Everything was neat, clean, and well stocked. We used the pool daily, but never made it to the community pool. The only reason we didn’t is because we loved the privacy of our own pool. It is not a big pool, but certainly was big enough for the 7 of us. We also enjoyed the walk to the playground, basketball court, and arcade. Definitely will stay here again!!!!
