This is a very fun, well kept, and spacious property. I would book again if I were looking for a themed option and did not desire privacy or quiet. Communication with the host ceased a few days prior to check-in and I had to contact VRBO directly for the check-in information.There are sparse rules, which can be nice, however without a guide book in the unit you have to guess at some things like where the trash goes, or that a pool cleaner will arrive one day unannounced. This is all pretty normal stuff but you just have zero heads up. I think the one rule they communicate to you is about parties and noise. Which when on property feels absolutely ridiculous. We visited in early March-everyone's Spring Break-and this community was just constant parties. Music, screaming, thudding, you name it you will hear it. You will hear it because the walls are paper thin. The constant ice cream trucks? You will hear them. People's marriages breaking down in the parking lot? That will wake you from a dead sleep. Pool parties at 2am? That will also wake you. Want to sit by the little pool reading in the afternoon? Bring your noise canceling headphones. Ha.The home is well appointed. Lots of dishes and cookware. Bath and pool towels. However, for a week long stay they only provide a single kitchen towel which felt at odds with the rest of the place. Again the theming is SO GOOD. So if you have a big raucous group who is not constantly dis-regulated by noise then this is your spot!
