So quiet!

Different area to where we normally stay. Less facilities but so quiet which was bliss! Nobody overlooking you at the back, huge pool deck and just the odd golfer passing by. Pat and house manager Sharon dealt with a couple of issues very promptly. Very impressed. House is really spacious, only used 2 bedrooms but beds nice and comfy. Overall a relaxing stay and Pat is a great host. Thank you for allowing us to use your house

Beautiful Home

Gorgeous home that is great for family get together. Huge outdoor space with big pool and hot tub. Lots of extra blankets which was nice. I recommend brining things like hand soap, dish sponge, extra trash bags, all shower items as they were either not provided or very few were. Would book again!

We stayed for a month in this beautiful house , everything was perfect, house very clean, huge pool area, great neighborood and location ..Patricia is a wonderful host and the local managing cie very reactive each time you need. We loved our stay and can’t wait to come back

Dolls Girls Trip

We are all middle school teachers who after teaching through the pandemic, was in need of A Lot of Things. We thought we were going on a trip to Disney and to rest, relate, and release. The house was so comforting and beautiful, that we basically spent 5 days in the house just relaxing-1 day at Disney. The house was big enough for all of us to spend alone or together. It was stocked with everything, even a pump to blow up your pool toys:) The pictures don’t do the house justice, you have to see it for yourself. We needed a stress free vacation and this place gave us that at a 100+%. Words can not express our experience nor gratitude Thank you

Highlands Reserve

Fantastic, my partner and I absolutely loved staying at this villa. Communication prior to our stay was very good. The property itself is in great condition and is more than equipped with everything we needed. We particularly loved the pool and backing onto the golf course was very private. We would certainly stay again.

Great, relaxing vacation

Everything is as advertised. The home is located at the end of a quiet cul-d-sac, so its very private. We spent most of our time relaxing in the backyard/pool area, watching golfers tee off on a short par 3 - which provided some entertainment. Awesome view each night of the sun setting. The house was very clean and well stocked. We felt very comfortable and completely at home during our stay. We have a medium size dog that we don't allow on beds or furniture, so we appreciated not seeing any other sign of previous pets either. We would definitely stay here again..

Great neighborhood

House was perfect for our family. We were in town for the PGA convention and were able to play some golf right were we stayed . Unfortunately the weather wasn’t great but the outdoor lanai was wonderful. Hope to rent it next year 😊

Very nice house with couple of caveats

Overall, a very nice house that is located in aa attractive, accessible and quite safe location. Even with the couple of small detractors, it's a nice place to stay, especially if you're there in the summer and don't bring pets. It's a small stretch to call the house pet friendly when it has so much carpet, no fenced yard and a requirement that any seating where a pet might sit be blanket covered. Also, the mechanicals of the house could benefit from updating as turning the AC below 72 is not permitted because it'll freeze the system (the AC units in our 2 homes in the Midwest that handle summer temps typically hotter then Florida never gets set above 72) and the pool and hot tub can't be heated concurrently with a 30 minute limit on running the hot tub). Outside of those two things, I found the house great and would highly recommend it as a place to stay. We felt welcomed and comfortable during our trip. The owner was clear, kind and responsive in communicating.

Horsburgh Vacation 2021

We were very pleased with the house both inside and out. House was very open everything was clean and we especially loved the Holiday touches!! We Loved spending time on the beautiful lanai with our two dogs Hunter and Caterina. House manager Sharon was wonderful. Would definitely stay here again.

Come for the proximity to Disney parks, stay for the pool!!

Pics don't do the home justice. Beautiful, comfortable, clean with everything you need. Close to Publix and restaurants. Traffic to the Disney parks was horrendous. Next time we'll stay put in the home and enjoy the pool, lanai, and sunsets!

Beautiful, clean and peacefully quiet

We loved our stay here. The place was immaculate when we arrived. The pool area was the best, quiet and serene. The place really had everything we needed. Property management was responsive and very accommodating. The home itself was beautiful, bright and open. Would definitely recommend.

Overall great place. We enjoyed

Me and my friends really enjoyed. We arrived earlier and when we called the Manager let us in before the check in time, we really appreciate that. The house was clean, the pool area was great to spend your day chilling on the chairs, at the pool, spa, or playing ping pong. We went to Universal Studios, it took us about 30 min to get there. We had good communication with the property manager, answering all of our questions. Thank you so much!

The house is beautiful and very neat.

It appears the master bedroom area’s AC is not working properly. It was warm and makes sleeping uncomfortable. We found at least 2 small lizards in 2 bedrooms. This is a turn off for me not used to seeing such inside a home.

Amazing experience

This property was even better than advertised. The entire stay was phenomenal. Excellent communication with the owner and property manager made everything stress free. The pool area is top notch. I could not have asked for more. I highly recommend this property and hope to stay there again soon.

Great house !!

Our family of 6 stayed at the Davenport property, which was lovely. It was very clean, the furnishings were beautiful and just as presented in the photos. The supplies in the kitchen for being able to cook and serve meals were abundant. We enjoyed the outdoor space very much, we couldn’t keep the children out of the pool. The pool area was very private with a great view of the golf course and sunsets. The interaction with the owners was effortless. We have already recommended the house to another family and we will definitely be reaching out to stay at the Davenport house again.

Awesome vacation!

Everything was just as expected and beyond. Beautiful decor and furnishings, clean & beautiful inside and out. Pool area is fantastic, that’s where we spent all of our time. Wonderful!!

Great place - we would definitely stay here again. The house is lovely- everything you need and then some is provided. The pool/spa is fantastic- the entire family enjoyed it and the patio deck is large and accommodating. Don’t forget the view of the golf course and the sunset! And the property management folks were responsive and very easy to deal with.
