Tired house, house was not ready, pool not up to temperature, broken aircon in games room and broken aircon downsatairs on day of arrival. Engineer visit already arranged before we arrived but didnt tell us we were moving into a broken hoyuse. Florida Vacation Homes knew all about it but didnt sort it before we moved in so no pool and no aircon on day 1. Replaced capacitors on main aircon unit downstairs on day 2 but did mend small games room unit unit on day 1. Aircon on floor 2 broke down on day 2 then was off and on every couple of days. Major fault was finally fixed on day 11 then the management company allowed the aircon to switch off and only remotely turned it cak on 2 days later when we complained yet again. The management comoany were defensive rude and at times aggressive on the phone i will never use florida vacation homes again. their attitude ruined the holiday. 18 days of arguments. Jeeves are so much better. My advice after 9 trips to Orlando is if Florida Vacation Homes are the managers then do not rent the house

House was nice but needs a little TLC

First, let me start by saying the owner and management company took care of any issues right away. Problems during our month stay, shower leaked to the down stairs and had to be re-caulked. Refrigerator had to be repaired because it was not keeping things cold. Grill had to have replacement parts. Dishwasher had some issues. Kitchen needed to be more stocked with cups and glasses, which they did. The house has a lot to offer. Theater/Game room is great. Pool and hot tube are nice size. Out door space is roomy.

Great place !

We had a great time at this place ! It was very clean and nice ! Pool was wonderful for kids ! It is very self serve for cleaning and supplied toiletries . But once we got that all purchased ! Everything went great ! Would definitely stay again !

Fun family trip

No matter what our family has a great time when we are together. The house we stayed in is beautiful, decorated well, nice view of the golf course and clean. The issue we had was with having 2 bbq grills that didn’t work, 2 primary suit beds that the mattresses were broken, no exterior pool lighting or toys, like a basketball net. The last night our stove igniter wouldn’t stop clicking and the maintenance team was slow in acting. We played all the golf courses which are in perfect shape. The pro shop and starters we great. Highly recommend reunion for a stay.

Great house in a great location with several nice amenities

We were a group of 6 with two kids and 4 adults; 2 adults are senior citizens. We have rented several properties in the reunion resort complex and this was another great one. We loved this pool, comfortable and spacious bathrooms, and game room with arcade and air hockey. My only complaint was the checkin process and lack of basic items - I know we are to replenish toilet paper, etc, but for a house that sleeps 10 people and with a rental for an entire week, we should be started off with more than 2 dishwasher tabs and 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom. We pay a lot to stay here and it just comes off as very cheap on the property manager’s part to not include more of these items. Similarly, even with the late booking, it’s silly to have to stop at the management offices. There’s no reason for it. They could easily send us the code for the house without us having to stop in. They already had all my info (credit card, ID, etc) so to have to stop there to show that again is unnecessary. We’ve never had to do that with other properties even when we’ve booked late. Lastly, after stopping at the offices nobody mentioned that we wouldn’t be able to get into our property right away (it was only an hour before checkin) and instead we got there and unloaded everything and had to wait an hour to get in. I called the manager and they were very rude and not accommodating at all. Other than that, we’d recommend this property!

Horrible customer service and poor maintenance

Check in started with inaccurate instructions provided (key card required vice a code). Upon entry, multiple noted discrepancies ranging from a broken dishwasher, non working microwave, washer woefully out of balance, dirty pool and wet sheets on all beds. Despite notifying customer service/guest relations on day 1, and the issues supposedly tagged as “critical” repairs with “manager” involvement, zero action taken or notification of progress provided all week. I would have been happier with someone keeping me apprised of ANY action being taken, and my multiple emails and phone calls afforded Florida Vacation Homes with numerous opportunities. Capped the week off with being locked out on the final night due to the key card expiring. As of this posting, zero phone calls or email responses to my concerns. If I were the owner I would be appalled and as the customer I feel I should be compensated for such poor attention being paid to multiple issues. I would never rent from this company and recommend everyone avoid this property specifically.
