Cleanliness of the villa was excellent. All the rooms were really spacious and the beds were very comfy. Kitchen was very well equipped with everything we needed. All relevant information for the booking was received in a timely manner and was easily understood including instructions for checking in and out. Location of the villa is excellent with really good views over the lake, and the development is very well looked after.

COULD HAVE BEEN BETTER

Microwave was not cleaned. Wifi was slow.Called and messaged property agents about problem and it took over 2 days to respond.Problems: Bedroom #1 shower would not turn onSmoke detector bedroom kept beeping and had to be replaced, three days later. Could not use that room for those days.Upstairs area AC never got below 78 degreesTV's were very confusing and hard to use.All in all, not a great accommodation.

A great house in a great location

If you want something that this property can't provide, then you don't need it.This is a fabulous house with everything you could possibly need for a large family to thoroughly enjoy their stay. Plenty of space and plenty of facilities at the house including the most enjoyable Swimming Pool and Lanai looking out at the Lake for relaxation. The property is close enough to all the main attractions to make visiting them easy, and close enough to the main Interstate for visiting other areas of Florida, e.g. the beach.Main shops and local hospitality is also just a few minutes away from the house.This could not have been a better holiday.

Family Vacation

Multigenerational vacation to Disney. Very comfortable for our family (6 adults and three little ones.) Thanks to owners for putting up a Christmas tree! Less than 30 minute drive to parks even with traffic. Kitchen is well equipped and there are plenty of towels. Notes: Even with heating, pool was cold. Houses are very close together in this neighborhood. Be sure to bring toiletries and extra paper products.

Lovely house with great sunset views, outdoor and indoor spaces. Minor issues resolved quickly however, problems like the washing machine not functioning, the broken oven door and the leaking dishwasher were not resolved before the end of our stay.

Family vacation

Lovely family holiday. Spacious villa with great bedroom accommodation and fab view over lake with amazing sunsets. Just a few little things that could be improved for instance in the kitchen. There are only 3 wine glasses and no small dishes for crisps dips etc. no cheese grater and no pizza cutter. Also the fan above the table outside didn’t work for the whole of our stay even though we reported it. The tvs in the sitting area and the bright room had no internet connection. These things didn’t spoil our holiday in any way but perhaps need attending to in the future In spite of these little niggles we have all had a wonderful time

Fabulous Place!

Mini reunion with kids and grandchildren. The house pool and community splash pad and lazy river were big hits with the children. Adults enjoyed the hot tub at nights. Lovely sunsets, well equipped kitchen. Easy walk to the community pool. Communication was outstanding. We will definitely come back.

Family retreat

This is our 3rd year returning to this house. We have already booked for next year. This house is beautiful and impeccably kept. All appliances are in great order, the kitchen is fully stocked.. beds are comfy with high end linens. Communication with owners and property managers is A+. We feel so at home!

Relax and enjoy!

What a beautiful home. Everything you could ask for. The house had plenty of room for all seven of us. It was clean and well stocked. The pool was amazing and can't say enough about the hot tub. Sunsets were beautiful. Stores and restaurants were all close by. Thank you Pat for letting us stay at your home. We will definitely be back! Kathy and Mike.

Best house layout!

We had a total of 14 people with us and with this house layout you’d never know it! The resort was beautiful and the private pool is always a must for us. We did visit the resort pool a couple of times because the little ones loved the play area-the food there was actually really good and kids loved the smoothies! Loved taking walks around the resort to get my little guy to sleep. Check in was a breeze with the private gate and door codes. Would absolutely stay here again!

Great spot for a family reunion

The house is set up perfectly for a reunion, with multiple bedroom and bathroom combinations. Plenty of room for everybody to sit together inside for meals and sitting together outside around the pool. We were there in early November, so we paid extra to have the pool heated, which we used a lot. You can't really tell how big the pools in rentals are from pictures on listings, I find. I didnt measure this pool but we were quite comfortable having 6 or 8 in the pool for games (they stock some pool toys). It is comfortable for two or three to do laps. The hot tub os spacious for 2, fine for four, crowded for six (but I know that for a reason LOL! We didn't have any children, but it seems to be well set up to accomodate children, including a safety fence for the pool. We were easikly able to take the fence down and set it aside. It was nice to have no neighbors behind us and the beautiful water view wuth a fountain and water birds. We brought our little dog and enjoyed being able to walk the neighborhood sidewalks. The cluphouse area is great. Huge areas for kids to swim and play, a playground, and tennis courts. You can buy drinks and food at a walk up window from the pool. The staff here is unfriendly, but there was an incident there while we were at the pool that made us realize what the staff must have to put up with at times. The house is well equipped in the kitchen. We never needed anything that it didn't have as far as equipment. We brought all foods, spices, oils, etc.

Wonderful

The villa was just as shown in the pictures. The pool was great and with the addition of handrails, we could all enjoy the spa and pool. The view is stunning and the little extras made our trip. Communication was really good. Would definitely book again.

Beautiful stay despite scary weather

House was amazing, exactly as pictured . We had the difficulty of dealing with a possible hurricane and stormy weather. Pat and the crew kept in constant communication making our stay a little easier despite scary conditions. I would definitely recommend the property and the host. Property is very close to Disney and the indoor pool is amazing with beautiful sunsets. I would definitely stay again. Thank you pat
