This is a lovely house with a beautiful outside area. The kitchen is excellent in itself, but is lacking equipment so that it is possible to cook for the large group of people the house accommodates. Some of the beds upstairs need to be replaced. None of the sun loungers are useable.

Vacation At the Villa

Our family truly enjoyed spending time in home during our vacation. The check-in was extremely easy. We were very impressed with the cleanliness of the home and the decor was as advertised. The pool was very clean and our family, especially the younger members, enjoyed spending time in it.The home was more than adequate in providing personal space for all members. My brother was very happy. He had no problem with the WiFi.The kitchen and dinning area were pretty and all members of the family had seating to eat at the same time. We would definitely consider your home when we visit the area again and will recommend it to other family members and friends.

property was beautiful, but had minor issures . Temp of pool after paying to heat was not warm. Pool would loose water and cold water had to be added so pool heater could not keep pool warm. dishwasher needs to be replaced, bottom rack falls out gasket on side comes out and dishwasher leaks all over floor. Dryer dries very slow. light fixtures in bath upstairs flickered whole time we were there and MB light fixtures did not work.

Don't Waste Your Money!

We booked this property for our family to stay at while we were in town for our wedding. When first arriving, the gate scanner would not work. This scanner did not work for any of the codes given to us the entire length of our stay, each time anyone wanted to enter the community we would need to call the guard house to request entry. After getting through the gate, were given the wrong door code to the house. Once inside, we quickly realized the house was FILTHY! There were holes all over the walls. Full dirty handprints on the walls. There were dirty dishes put in the cabinets as well as left in the dishwasher. The ice machine on the refrigerator was broken. Dishwasher, broken. Closet doors, broken. Remotes to TVs, broken. The curtains have stains all over them. The sofa upstairs is fully stained like drinks were poured over the cushions. The cushions for the patio furniture have stains and mold all over. ROACHES in the kitchen, bathrooms and even bedrooms on both floors. One of our family members had a roach in his bed. We purchased the pool heater; it stopped working halfway through our trip. The toilet in the master bathroom stopped working. The biggest issue for the property is the management. I called 24 times! We were promised over and over that someone was on their way to fix the pool and toilet, no one ever came! I have been told daily the manager would call me and he hasn't! Now that we have checked out they will not answer my calls at all. Book somewhere else!

Don’t be fooled! Not like the pictures!!

We noticed quickly that this house needed some major TLC. I don’t know what the cleaning fee is charged for, because it looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in a very long time. Dust, hair & grime caked on to all the baseboards, dishes were grimy, walls were absolutely disgusting, white carpet was dark gray in most spots. Then there’s the patio… found a cigarette butt on the window sill, broken toy pieces, and then… shattered glass all over by the pool. We were picking up shards of glass all week. The “loungers” by the pool were broken & ripped, and the cushions that laid on top of them were thin, dirty,& ripped. Unusable. Then the wicker couch and the dining chairs were without cushions. I asked for cushions at least twice, and then he just stopped responding to me. There was also garbage in the yard, and the patio door to the house wouldn’t lock, the one door to the yard wouldn’t open. He had sent someone over to address the electrical issues we were having (half -literally half- of the outlets did not work, along with half of the TV’s.) But my issue with that is that he sent someone over while we were not home, and asked me if it was ok to send someone an hour after he was already there, in all our bedrooms. Totally creeped me out. The dishwasher is broken, also, which was the least of our complaints. They claim that cleaning is their top priority, which is either a flat lie to sound good, or they just have not been in that house in a very long time and are trusting a terrible cleaning company. Beds are not comfortable, either. I feel terrible for those who will keep their reservation here, paying upwards of $400/night for this dump. Please consider doing yourself a favor and canceling this house and getting one somewhere else!! I wish I could attach the pictures I took to show you all!

Good accommodations

The property was just as described and the prompt responses to pool heat and everything in the home worked well and the individual towel and washcloths on every bed was excellent! The digital wall display welcomed me and family and provide info on nearby amenities and fun things to do! This was one of my best and most memorable stays. To The owners/property managers of 1509 Maidstone, Keep up the good Work!! I hope you are available later in the year for another family gathering! We enjoyed it!

Beautiful Outside but Inside Is Another Story

This house was picture perfect but what the pictures didn’t show you was an awful mess. The first problem that we encounter in this home was the dishes were halfway washed. Leftover, dried up food on the cups (some looked like mold).Also in the kitchen around the light fixture was black mold. In one of the master bedrooms downstairs, the shower door had mold. But let me go a step further. In the upstairs area (mostly the bathrooms) there were several sightings of roaches. In addition I’m on e of the rooms was a cover that had a significant amount of blood on it; linen wasn’t washed and if it was the blood didn’t come out. The downstairs living area- the carpet was dirty, the sofa is in need of a good cleaning on top of the fact that one of the legs was broken and temporarily fixed with a pile of wood. This house needs a deep cleaning and pest control. All wasn’t bad, the pool was excellent (we paid for the heat) and the location was perfect.

Beautiful great location home

We loved the house and all the amenities it came with. It was spacious enough to fit all 17 of us with kiddos included. Would definitely come back. The only thing that I would change is if they would clean a bit more the floors were not so clean as well as the walls the couches and of course wouldn’t of mind having a better mop and a broom to clean up around as well. Other than that we loved our stay and all agreed that we would definitely stay here again.

My stay

The property was beautiful outside but the inside was not pleasant. All the walls were scuffed terribly and then railing to the stairs was broken and was a safety hazard for my 4yr old. The pool had spiders and bugs in it. Requested to have the heated pool, made the owner aware that it wasnt working properly. While we were gone the maintenance guy checked it and let the owner know it wasn't working. He left the door wide open while it was storming outside. When we got back from the theme park, the entire floor was wet and it was bugs everywhere. I messaged the owner on Friday afternoon to let her know what happened and I havent received a response back yet and its been 3 days. The outside furniture had mildew every where. Even the inside furniture was not cleaned. The lights kept going in and out. I believe we've paid well over what it was worth. I love Championship Gate but I wouldnt recommend this propety to anyone until the owner has it fully cleaned and fixed where things need to be fixed. The day before checking in we were just made aware of the security deposit. It was not mentioned while we were booking the property. Like requested we stripped all the beds, every single bed had stains from where someone had urinated. That is absolutely disgusting. Beautiful home but horrible for cleaniness

Amazing service and beautiful home

Out overall stay from start to finish was perfect. The check in process was very smooth and the property manager was very helpful and attentive. The home was exceptionally clean and the attention to detail was remarkable. I highly recommend this home for a family stay for business retreat, we will definitely be staying here again in the future!

Bed Bugs

The beds are infested with bed bugs. After having few itchy red spots, I realized the beds were all infested with bed bugs. Not a way to spend a vacation and on top of it the concern about bringing the bugs home in our clothes and luggage. Would never recommend this home to any family. The house was a mess , with food on thr floor in several rooms and hair clogged sinks. I took plenty of pictures if you need to see for yourself.

Minor Infractions Overall Beautiful

Everything was fine with the exception of the carpet being wet. There was a miscommunication with the property management about the pool being heated and I don’t think it should be an extra charge to heat the pool. Overall the house was beautiful and I would stay again.
