Great Short Weekend Stay

We enjoyed our stay at the Regal Palms. The property was about 30 minutes from the DisneyWorld Parks. Dee was able to help us out with some minor entry issues quickly and efficiently.

Perfect vacation home

This was our second time staying there and once again everything was clean, home smelt fresh when you walk in. This time the weather was warmer and we got to enjoy the resort amenities. Owner responded promptly to any questions and gave our check-in instructions in a timely manner. Will definitely recommend this home to anyone!questions and gave us all our check-in

Johnson Family Vacation

My family had a great time. The property was clean and comfortable. Ms. Dee the host responded quickly to all our questions. We had no concerns. The home is more beautiful than what the pictures show. We all enjoyed the common area pool, lazy river, and especially the water slide. Easy access to all Disney Parks and shopping. The host Ms. Dee also left a very nice Welcoming basket. Enjoyed our stress-free vacation. I would highly recommend this beautiful home.

Great property for kids and adults

Great property, fun pool for kids in the common area. They should let you know that there is a fee to utilize the pool and amenities outside of the property. There is no private pool attached to the home. It was not stated in the description or anywhere in the agreement. Also the smoke alarm kept going off after midnight. At the owners instruction, I had to climb on a chair to take the batteries out of two of them so that we could sleep. Other than that it is a nice property and the entrance was easy. The owner was also very responsive ad easy to contact for questions.

Check in was a little chaotic and the complex is so large with only one pool area. So suggest you know exactly how close you are to amenities. Very easily to access to Disney, so that was a plus. The condo / villa was very nice and plenty of room For families.

Regal palms resort

The unit was very clean. Lots of room tho kitchen is a bit small but functional. We really liked it. wish it was a little closer to the pool area, had to drive up to it tho it’s probably only a 15 minute walk. But we enjoyed it. The host was great. Most of the staff was good. Just one girl at the towel window that wasn’t very friendly. Overall a great place. I would recommend it and this host!

Adorable villa in a gated community—within 45 min of most attractions. Rooms were clean, and the resort amenities were fun, including a pool and an arcade. The host was very nice and accommodating. Great stay!

Great home away from home

This home was absolutely beautiful inside. As soon as we opened the door we smelled the freshness of the home. Everything was cleaned and neat. We had no issues during our stay. The drive to and from Disney wasn't bad. My family enjoyed having the extra space and not being crammed in a hotel room. Overall we enjoyed our vacation and will consider booking this home again in the future!

A memorable stay!

Hello travelers! Stop looking for the perfect place for your next stay in Florida! Reserve this house now! We recommend without hesitation this place for your next vacation! We received a 5-star service! We booked our stay about 10 months before our trip and from start to finish, Dee the owner always assisted us with our multiple requests and always in a very timely manner. The house was very clean and we were comfortable throughout our stay. There's also on site a pool, a lazy river, a slide, arcades, an ice cream bar and so on, everything to make your stay memorable and enjoyable. This home is also only about 30 minutes from Disney and all the other popular attractions. Thanks to Dee and the resort staff for this excellent service!

Wonderful property for family’s visiting Florida!

We were able to check in 2 hours early thanks to the wonderful property manager Dee that was always instantly responsive to our questions. The home was very clean and exactly as described. The location is wonderful and has all the shopping you would need right next to the resort. As well as only a half hour drive to Orlando and an hour drive to Tampa!! One small thing I will mention is that I was unaware of the $20 fee per person to use the resort amenities. This information would have been helpful beforehand when planning as we traveled with 7 people. We absolutely loved the home and will choose this home again when we visit next!

Disney Vacation

Dee was such a wonderful host! The house was just as described, with a sweet welcome gift to enjoy when we arrived. We felt safe in this gated community that required wrist bands to access the security gate (security guard always on premises). We were about 30 minutes from the parks, a little less depending on the day. A huge plus is the Publix right down the road to stock the fridge! We highly recommend this home to anyone looking to save some money while still being close to the parks! Thank you for everything, Dee!
