The photos made this place look cute, clean, and inviting. Unfortunately, the reality was very different.When I walked in, a picture over the sofa was on the floor, and the space was much smaller than it appeared in the listing. The unit was filled with dusty fake flower arrangements, and the chandelier over the table was visibly filthy. The carpet was extremely dirty. I was afraid to take my shoes off.The entire place smelled heavily of floral perfume, carpet cleaner, and Glade plug-ins. Within 30 minutes, I started itching and felt my eyes swelling. I had to put the plug-in in the freezer just to try to reduce the smell.The bathroom was also concerning. The grout was black, and there were small black flies in the tub that appeared to be coming from the drain.I contacted the owner that evening because I was uncomfortable and unable to sleep. I had a terrible first night and wanted to leave, but my messages went unanswered.The next morning, I woke up with hives all over my face, neck, and chest. At that point, I contacted Vrbo directly. They told me they were unable to help because “it was not that serious.” The only resolution offered was a 50 credit toward a future stay, which is unacceptable given the circumstances.With no support and no response from the host, I checked into a Marriott down the street.

We did not use the laundry. We did not use the pool. Things we dealt with, was no eating places and groceries stores close by. The place was quiet, the decor was updated..

Very old and needs to be really updated. The furniture was not very sturdy! There was a sofa bed but no sheets or pillow cases in the room. The towels were very thin and almost hand towels. The kitchen was okay and work for our minimal breakfast brought from home.the water pressure was minimal and the fact we were told not to wear shoes until after we had paid was a bit much. We had a roll and a half of toilet paper for 3 for 5 days, when we texted the manager about the toilet paper there was no response to the text until late the next day that she was in the area and would drop off even though we were out. The absolute worse part was the awful plug-in with an extremely intense smell, which makes you wonder what they’re trying to cover up! The smell fromThe plug-in gave us horrible headaches!!!Next trip will definitely stay somewhere else and do more research into where we stay. So there won’t be any surprises for people looking to stay this is an old Hotel room with in an operating hotel and you cans ask for help from the hotel! The ice maker never worked!! Not my best VRBO stay!!! I am not generally a complainer but this needed a review so others know that the reviews I read were deceiving. No photos because we did not take photos to remember this stay.

It needs some updating. The kitchen vent fan wasn't working. It would have been nicer if the windows could be opened for fresh air. Having an ice machine in front of the door is nice, but it can get a bit noisy at times. The host is nice and helpful.

Stove was not working well it get warm only not hot.WiFi was horrible we had to use our phone wifi instead, and when we asked they said go to the front. We found bugs under the couch and crouch under the couch, it was horrible experience, the place is smaller than expected only 5 can sleep there and on the web says 6 which is the baby crib and they didn’t motion it, a lot of hiding fees, first and last time for us.

Excellent location for Theme parks.

The property needs a little TLC but is clean and has everything you need. The beds are very comfortable. Being on the first/ground floor the property needed more privacy, sheer curtains would help.

Wondeful stay and great location, close to everything

We drove from up north to celebrate my daughter's 16th birthday and had a wonderful stay! From booking to checking out, everything was great. The room looked exactly like the pictures, very cute. The location is close to everything. Definitely will come back and recommend. Thank you!

Perfect location!

This was in the perfect location for us!! It was easy to find, the surrounding area is quiet, and it’s only a couple of minutes away from restaurants, Seaworld and Disney Springs!! If you prefer to leave the chaos at the theme parks, then this is the place to stay!

Simple but nice

Plan on a few snacks but otherwise going out for meals as there’s only a small microwave and dorm refrigerator. The bed was very comfortable in in a quiet neighborhood where you actually get sleep as opposed to the hotels. Host was very nice and accommodating check in and out was easy And it’s a small clean studio.

Good value, good location

Larger property was super clean. Pools were well kept. Fun outdoor basketball 1/2 court. Easy to use laundry room with credit card payment. Close proximity to Disney Springs, grocery stores, restaurants. Renovated in past 10 years
