It needs some updating. The kitchen vent fan wasn't working. It would have been nicer if the windows could be opened for fresh air. Having an ice machine in front of the door is nice, but it can get a bit noisy at times. The host is nice and helpful.

Stove was not working well it get warm only not hot.WiFi was horrible we had to use our phone wifi instead, and when we asked they said go to the front. We found bugs under the couch and crouch under the couch, it was horrible experience, the place is smaller than expected only 5 can sleep there and on the web says 6 which is the baby crib and they didn’t motion it, a lot of hiding fees, first and last time for us.

Excellent location for Theme parks.

The property needs a little TLC but is clean and has everything you need. The beds are very comfortable. Being on the first/ground floor the property needed more privacy, sheer curtains would help.

Wondeful stay and great location, close to everything

We drove from up north to celebrate my daughter's 16th birthday and had a wonderful stay! From booking to checking out, everything was great. The room looked exactly like the pictures, very cute. The location is close to everything. Definitely will come back and recommend. Thank you!

Perfect location!

This was in the perfect location for us!! It was easy to find, the surrounding area is quiet, and it’s only a couple of minutes away from restaurants, Seaworld and Disney Springs!! If you prefer to leave the chaos at the theme parks, then this is the place to stay!

Simple but nice

Plan on a few snacks but otherwise going out for meals as there’s only a small microwave and dorm refrigerator. The bed was very comfortable in in a quiet neighborhood where you actually get sleep as opposed to the hotels. Host was very nice and accommodating check in and out was easy And it’s a small clean studio.

Good value, good location

Larger property was super clean. Pools were well kept. Fun outdoor basketball 1/2 court. Easy to use laundry room with credit card payment. Close proximity to Disney Springs, grocery stores, restaurants. Renovated in past 10 years

Clean and central

The property is very clean and central to everything making it very easy to commute to the various amusement parks.The check in process is super simple and Mark is very good at communicating.We are a family of 4 and found the accommodation more than big enough.I highly recommended this property.

Great location

We enjoyed our stay. Communication with the owner, Mark, was great, the room was clean and the beds were comfortable. It is really close to the theme parks and anything else you may need while staying. We would stay again.

Perfect location, quiet, basic place to enjoy Disney parks

Host was great, provided all information and even checked up on us. Basic place, perfect for a short stay to be close to Disney parks. Clean room with all you need. Quiet, safe, comfy beds. It’s an older hotel room, so you expect the carpet stains and smell, older bath tub/shower and kitchen. Not exactly renovated like the listing says. We would still stay here again for it’s convenience.

Hidden Gem!

Wife and I stayed 3 nights while visiting family in the area. Found the unit to be comfortable, safe, and clean. Room smelled nice and the pool area was just as delightful. Close to local shopping at the Springs and all things Disney. Great place for the price point. Communications was great with owners and they were very responsive in the process.

Stay While Visiting Disney

My son and his family were staying at the Contemporary resort and this rental was close to where they were which made it very convenient for me to visit them and go to parks with them. This unit is very nicely decorated and when my granddaughters stayed with me overnight, they thought it was great. There were many restaurants close by which made it convenient for me on my evenings away from the parks. Very comfortable and felt secure since it was located inside of a hotel.

Beautiful, accommodating, clean and comfortable!

This place was 10- 15min from all attractions. Minutes away from stores, groceries. Verry accommodating kitchen space for everyone. Clean and comfortable. Recommended for short or long stay wt kids! Space for everyone!
