It was a perfect home for my cousins 80th birthday party.. five rooms downstairs for older groups, extra large gathering areas upstairs and downstairs, quiet spaces for separated time outs, management company reply quickly to all inquiries… was exactly what we were hoping for

Host and team were very responsive to requests and needs. The house is very large and accommodated our group for a family retirement trip to Disney and Universal, which was close to the house. Grocery stores were close to pick up anything you might need.

Host was extremely engaging and responsive to all messaging. The house was beautiful and fit our needs more than adequately. One minor complaint is the lack of closet space in Master Suite#1. We believe it would have been better to have had the room unavailable that to have had such a restriction. The second suggestion we'd advise is perhaps some sort of covering on the fences for the backyard pool and/or privacy shrubbery. The backyards are in pretty close proximity and we are a very modest Christian conservative family so there was a little uncomfortability in that. Third thing was no fault of the host of all but the marijuana smoking of the neighbors was a bit of a nuisance of well.

Family Vacation 2025

The home was very accommodating for our large family size. We had a large family and everyone was able to have a room and be comfortable. The kitchen lacked some cooking supplies but the two refrigerators were very useful. The parking is very difficult and does not accommodate large vehicles or more than three small cars. We parked most of the vehicles at the lake. The cleaning crew was still there when we arrived after 4 and stayed until after 5. The house was fair but could have been cleaned more throughly. I feel the crew rushed and did not clean as well as they could have. Overall I would say the stay was a 6 out of 10.

The house is huge and property is quiet, gated and safe. The home accommodated for my family gather. Majority of all the rooms have their own bathroom which that is something I really loved. The home is close to stores and restaurants. The home isn’t to far from the outlet mall and tourist area.

Highly recommend

We chose this property to stay at during the celebratory trip for my daughter's graduation. The house was amazing. It was pet friendly as well, which was a plus. We had to bring our 2 dogs at the last minute and the owner worked with us. Communicating with the owner was also easy. I did not have to wait for a long time to receive a response. My daughter did not want to see the house before hand, and she was very pleased when we arrived. Just an overall great experience!

We had a family 24 for a family vacation. All said time spent this weekend was wonderful. There was some things we found that was an issue and damage at the house to let you be aware of 1.Bedroom#2had ants, unable to use TV'S remote 2.Downstairs laundry room door was broken 3.Football table have missing handle grip.4.Mickey Room top stairs on bed broken.5.Suite 3, bathroom toilet constant run after flushing.6. Round lounge chair by the pool had large stained on both sides

Beautiful Home

The house was very spacious and accommodating to all ages. My group age ranged 4-80 years old so i could appreciate that the house had just as many king rooms on the first floor as it was on the second floor. The Host communicated timely before , during, and after my stay . The pool/ outside area was clean and well maintained. Overall i have no complaints. I will definitely book again!

Lots of Space for Everyone

My group of 27 had a great time staying at this house. There was plenty of space for all of us. Something that was really nice was the amount of bedrooms and especially the amount of bathrooms. There were hardly any lines to use the bathroom because of that. The house was clean and the pool area is a good size, including the size of the pool and hot tub. Overall I would definitely recommend you to stay here if you have a large group.

Something for everyone

This house really accommodates a large group. We had 30 people and everyone had their own bed and all couples had a King Suite with their own bathroom. We had 10 High school Senior boys and they stayed busy everyday. We made a lot of meals in the kitchen and the seating to eat was ample. We had a few minor issues upon arrival but the communication with the host was top notch. If you rent this house I would recommend a few small things that are not provided, hand soap, dish towels and hand towels. We also brought additional pool towels because we had such a large group. Overall the house was a huge hit for all age groups. Parking is a little tricky but the resort wasn't busy so it wasn't a big issue for us but something to check into .

Tennis Team Meets Hollywood!

Great location & property! Pictures are spot on! Perfect for LARGE FAMILY REUNION!!! Things to work on (of I may): - Parking not described well (it was a little issue)- Cleaning ladies did not leave until 8pm. (we arrived at 5 for a 4pm check in)-

Spacious, convenient, but Disappointing

We booked this location for a large group who spent a week serving at a local non-profit. Upon arrival, it was clear that the house had not been cleaned. Sheets were stained and dirty, trash was not taken out, socks were in beds, the dishwasher had dirty dishes in it. We spent the first 3-4 hours of our stay cleaning that house. We expressed our disappointment to the property owner who was generous enough to reimburse the cleaning fee, for which we are grateful. The arrangement of the rooms was good for our large group. We had more than enough bathrooms. We also enjoyed the game room and theater room, as well as the convenient location of the property. However, the kitchen was not ideal for a large group, in spite of there being two, rather small, refrigerators. The microwave was very weak, the garbage disposal did not operate, and the dishwashers smelled rotton. The gated neighborhood was less than accommodating. Yes, the parking rules were given to us, hoowever being given two parking tickets without warning for each vehicle parked even the slightest inch or two over the sidewalk felt unnecessary, especially with the appearance that only the residences with large groups were being targeted for this. Overall, this property met our needs, but was also a great disappointment given the price point. We will not be booking again, but perhaps the owner can make some improvements to accommodate future groups more adequately.

Disney Vacation

Nice home but not as clean and supplied as we would expect for the price we paid. Had some noise ordinance issues but as per the property manager we were the only guest bothered by it. Great house for a large family. Not enough parking so limit the number of vehicles. Report all issues the day you arrive. Bring enough supplies from home because there are not enough to get through more than one night when you have a large group.
