Perfect Area

First let me say that Charles and Jo are amazing host. Due to traffic we arrived late but that was not a problem we were given a code and entered immediately . The home itself is huge and beautiful, plenty of room for 11+ people . The house was very clean and very well maintained in fact you will see the pool man every morning checking on the property and he took out the garbage cans for us, which was super nice. The pool area is huge as well with the pool being extremely clean and water heat was on and felt amazing .There are so many special touches here you will be overjoyed . Starters ,washing pods , dishwasher pods, drinks cooling in the fridge a coffee, tea area with variety of both. We were so close to everything ,literally 3-5 minutes away are tons of restaurants and shopping. There is a Publix 6 minutes away as well as Target and Walmart is very close also. There are 2 Targets close by ,one was not my favorite( much smaller and not well maintained) but the other was amazing. The neighborhood was very quiet and we felt very safe .This is a gem of a home to stay in.

This is a fantastic vacation property for a large group. The cinema room, pool area and pool table were great for entertainment and the house itself is very spacious even with a large family staying together, everyone had their own privacy. Would definately recommend for large groups or families staying together. Having a Christmas tree was a lovely touch!

Family celebration

Parents, kids, and grandparents got together to celebrate 50th anniversary. The house was huge to accommodate all of us but it was the right size to afford privacy when needed. The location was perfect for Disney parks and the pool was great as well. Will definitely return when we get the chance.

We have stayed multiple times with Charles and Jo class husband and wife and host. We had an incredible stay at this really spacious vacation home. The outdoor kitchen was a highlight, allowing us to enjoy family meals in the beautiful Florida weather. The home was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Highly recommend it for larger families, groups, or multiple families!

Our stay at Mickey's Getaway was amazing.

Our stay at Mickey's Getaway was amazing. Our children and their families had plenty of room to spread out. The pool and theater room were favorites with the kids and their parents certainly appreciated happy campers. This was the first time, since the pandemic, our entire family has been able to get together and it couldn't have been a more enjoyable environment to spend it in. We hope to return to Central Florida again soon and will certainly seek accommodations with Aunger Vacation Homes.

Perfect family vacation.

Plenty of room for our family of fourteen. Everything was as described. All rooms were oversized with plenty of space and privacy for guests. Very clean, well equipped with everything we needed, with no issues or problems. Had a great time with the pool and hot tub included. The outside area was very welcoming with grill, counters and tables for dining. Not to mention the sitting area and the pool table.

Amazing House and Owner

First, the house is amazing! Second, the owner is second to none when it comes to responsiveness. We had a few issues (one self inflicted…do NOT line the bottom grates of the grill with aluminum foil and shut the lid), and the owner responded within moments AND was committed to finding an immediate resolution where possible. Finding a trustworthy owner is priceless, and Charles is a true gem.

Amazing Home away from Home! 5 Stars!

My family and I recently stay at “The Getaway” and from the moment we walked in, it was WOW!! This vacation home was beautiful, clean, comfortable and enjoyable! My family had plenty of room to relax and felt right at home. The kids enjoyed the movie and game room and their favorite part was the pool and jacuzzi. There is so many great things that I can say about this home and the communication provide by Aunger’s. We had a minor issue while we were at the house and Mr. Aunger came right over to take care of that issue right away. Thank you Aunger’s for your amazing hospitality! We will return in the future. Thank you!

Wow! Fantastic!

Just returned from this fantastic house, everything as described and Charles was extremely helpful assisting us with a request to purchase a pay per view sports event that the guys of our group wanted to watch. They watched this in the fantastic cinema room which was even better! There were 10 of us in our party and the house is so big we all had our privacy when needed and large enough to cater for us to all socialise comfortably together. This is truly a luxury house and would have no hesitation recommending this to anyone. We have been to the area several times and stayed in different properties but this one stands out by far! Thank you Charles and Jo and look forward to returning asap!

Amazing !!

What a great place for our family to be based in to explore the wonders of Disney and Universal Worlds. Tbh, we needn’t have left the house to have had a great time. It was well equipped with a large family kitchen / diner and living area; fabulous pool and hot tub with an outside BBQ and dining area. All the bedrooms and bathrooms well equipped and cupboards galore throughout. Then the piece de resistance, the media room with the pinball machine. Current winner on 19,000,000 points. We have had family cinema nights, pinball playoff evenings and re-runs of the day played back on the big screen. The house close to all Disney and universal parks and short drive to Cape Canaveral. Plus close to many of the major supermarkets too. We have made fabulous memories for a life-time and 2810 spinning silk played a large part in this. Thanks guys

Perfectly arranged for large family use and very attentive hosts

The newly refurbished Getaway provided us with just what our two families and grandparents needed for a fabulous holiday. Location is great for all the main parks, the Formosa Gardens area is very well maintained and the house itself was just perfect for us all. The open plan living, kitchen and dining space was great for breaking into small groups or coming together for family time. Rare to find a villa that can very comfortably seat so many of us for dinner. Every room, from the cinema to the gym to the bedrooms to the outside kitchen, we're all very well equipped with everything we needed. And if we had any enquiries then the team were immediately on hand, very responsive! Lovely to meet Charles in person too who popped in to say hello and make sure we were comfortable with everything, a very attentive and friendly host. Thanks for everything, Charles and Jo, we had an lovely time!

5 star base for our Orlando holiday

The wow factor of Mickeys Getaway hits you as soon as you pull into the driveway of the property. A house with everything. Charles and Joanne are so helpful and they are always there to answer calls or emails with any questions or requests I sent their way. A short drive away from all theme parks and has a great variety of shops and restaurants nearby. Inside the home there was plenty space for our party of 10 ranging from young kids to teenagers and adults. The pool area and outside grill is a fantastic part of the property to wind down at night time after a long day at a theme park. The cinema room also great. We were fortunate enough to be able to watch The Open championship via the screen in there before starting some of our days as well as it having a great range of DVDs. The house itself was spotless and I have no faults whatsoever. Anyone deciding on a booking here won’t be disappointed.

The property is very spacious, with abundant accommodations that make you never want to leave! The home has plenty of dishes, cutlery, and appliances so you and your group can prepare your own meals, but it’s also located close to restaurants and you don’t have to cook if you don’t want to. We stayed the prior 4 nights to our 6-night stay in this home at a Disney resort villa. All in all, we were quite sad that we hadn’t stayed all 10 nights at this property instead. It’s a very large home that is easy to get a little lost in. Our family doesn’t tend to vacation, so we really spared no expense on something we might not have the opportunity to do again, and boy, was it worth it. The property owners are very professional and personable. They messaged us a couple of times throughout the stay to make sure we didn’t need anything, and there weren’t any issues. They have a very handy guidebook for the property that has the most information you could need. We had a lovely vacation at this residence.

Amazing!!!

I couldn’t have asked for a better host than Charles and Joanne. To start, they were responsive (w/i 24 hrs) to all request - hence we received notification that allowed us to check in early. The provided detailed instructions made check in a breeze. An added bonus included ice cold diet cokes, & water pre-stocked by the owners in their commercial size refrigerator, which was truly appreciated considering our 10hr drive. The online pics does not do this house justice. It is truly stunning with that “wow” factor. It is beautiful, spacious (over 12ft ceilings), stylish, and was immaculately clean. The spacious layout of the home allowed us to spread out into our own private sanctuary. You never want to leave! We especially loved the game room w/bar; the movie room, gym, hot tub and outdoor kitchen. It’s close to everything Disney. If there was a rating above a 5 star, this home is it!!!! Amazing!!

Amazing home for a large party.

Upon arrival my family was awed by the size of this vacation home. Not only was it beautiful but clean and decorated beyond expectations. I had to discourage everyone not to leave bread crumbs to find their way as they spread out to find their rooms. After settling in we met in the living room and made our way to the pool area. Wowza, huge and just deep enough so everyone felt comfortable playing and lounging in it. Great for beachball volleyball. The pool table under the covered patio was perfect for the teens. The outdoor grill and fridge is something I may copy at my own home. Great. The rooms are separated enough so couples would feel comfortable like they have their own private space. Ceiling fans in all the rooms. Comfortable beds with linens. Spacious bathrooms and showers. Perfect for a group rental. Our family had a super vacation on this property. Charles and Jo were gracious and accommodating. Checked on us several times. Much appreciated. In the 30 years that our family has been renting homes we have never been more all around pleased and appreciated the opportunity to stay at this home. Hope to do it again. Dave Little and family

Perfect Location and Perfect Stay

My husband and I just returned from taking our nephews to Disney World and had a lovely stay at Mickey’s Getaway! The location is incredibly close to Disney World and an easy commute to all the parks! It’s in a quiet, security gated community yet just around the corner from Orlo Bronson Blvd. with groceries, gas, and many great dining choices. Our nephews enjoyed playing air hockey and watching movies on the big screen in the home theater room. We all loved a nice swim in the heated pool and relaxing in the soothing spa. There was plenty of room for everyone in the house to spread out, with rooms to spare. This home could easily accommodate a much larger group. We had 7 people and it was so large we hardly ever bumped into each other. Having 2 sets of washers and dryers was a big plus! I’ve rented several other Orlando area rental homes in the past and was extremely disappointed in the cleanliness and comfort of amenities in all of the other rentals. This rental was better by far! It was extremely clean and very well appointed. No squeaky old mattresses here. All of the furniture in the house was very nice and in excellent condition. The home was well decorated as well. There was plenty of parking for 4 full sized vehicles. Aunger vacation homes is very good to work with, definitely a personal touch! I have been in touch with both Charles and Jo and they are both very responsive and helpful. Their app and all the instructions for everything is spot on! It was a perfect location and a prefect stay! I highly recommend Aunger Vacation Homes! Definitely 5 stars!

We had a great stay at Mickey’s Getaway in October/ November 2025. We were a 3 family group with older teenagers and adults. The villa was large with enough bedroom and bathroom choices for all. The layout allowed us to have our own private areas as well as areas to be together. The pool, hot tub and pool table were enjoyed by all after a day at the parks. The bedrooms were luxurious and very comfortable, particularly the 3 master suites. The kitchen was well stocked to support home food preparation and the provision of water, soda, tea, coffee & sugar on arrival was very welcome, thoughtful and appreciated. The villa was clean and comfortable. The location was good with easy access to the Disney, Universal and Sea world parks. The other benefit of this location is the close proximity to Walmart, Target & multiple restaurants. Joanne & Charles were excellent hosts. They provide excellent information which was professional and prompt and ensured prior to and during the visit that we had as much information as possible to enhance our stay. There was a small issue with a shower, which was reported and repaired within a couple of hours without question. Thank you for making this a very enjoyable and comfortable family vacation. 😀

Absolutely AMAZING!! The house was so clean and so beautiful. Charles and Joanne were so helpful and responded right away when we needed help with something! I would 1000% recommend staying here! I can’t wait to come back!
