Travelling as a party of 12 with five being under age 9 we felt the property would suit our needs for a 10 day vacation, it looked modern and fresh. The spa was not heated and we had chosen this property as pool heat was included as an amenity, in contacting the host their replies we often could not understand and towards the end of our stay they stopped communicating altogether. Sinks and showers also had limited hot water and took forever to get to warm. There was no reference book to understand how to deal with garbage or to review tasks required to complete before checkout. As kids were playing a couch got moved and a small random pill was discovered which was very concerning, we had initially found a dirty sock in a cupboard and disregarded as an oversight but did a full clean after this pill issue happened. We had asked prior to booking if there was a stroller on site, with a one word reply of Yes, we could not locate on arrival and had to reach only to be advised the previous guests had broken it and they would have the management company deliver another. When that arrived it had a bad tire but luckily our men are handy and were able to take to the gas station and refill. The ice machine in the fridge also stopped working, when we contacted to advise they had a countertop ice machine delivered however the state of that unit was appalling as it was full of mold and we had to fully disinfect. Overall yes it’s a nice house but we would not book again.
