Exactly what you expected

House was exactly as pictured. Great home. Awesome pool. Comfortable beds. Light canceling drapes in majority of rooms. Furniture in excellent condition. Dish washer is mediocre so be prepared to wash some dishes but otherwise loved the place and would stay there again. Amazing!!

Incredibly convenient location!

The location of the place was incredibly convenient! The surrounding area was delightful and the rooms were impeccably clean. We thoroughly enjoyed the delicious breakfast, and without a doubt, my family and I would choose to stay here again. I highly recommend it!

Excellent location!

We were absolutely thrilled with the location of this place. It was conveniently situated just minutes away from our family's home and in close proximity to all the parks. What made our experience even better was the excellent communication we had with the property manager. She went above and beyond to ensure that I received my forgotten belongings promptly. We are already looking forward to staying here again on our next visit to town.

Had an Amazing time!

Our family had an amazing time at the Nice House. The rooms were spacious & comfortable, plus we all loved the play tables, darts & games in the loft. The lobby was a great addition as well - overall it was an ideal fit for our family.

This property is an absolute dream. It has plenty of room, great amenities and user friendly features. I highly suggest you check out this place - it also offers access to Resort facilities that you'll definitely love.

Great home for our family

This home was exactly as described. The living space was amazing and the bedrooms were perfect. Beautifully decorated throughout, the home theater system was an added bonus that the kids loved and communication with the Villatel staff was great. I highly recommend!

Great resort!

Our family had an amazing stay in this wonderful home. It was the perfect size for a larger group and is conveniently located near Disney and other entertainment spots. The house was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, making it even more enjoyable for us.

Icy Oasis

The kids absolutely loved this house!! The pool, games room, cinema room, themed bedrooms what was there not to like! Villatel were amazing to work with, very efficient and fast to respond. I would definitely recommend. A few minor kitchen things could be improved but I guess so many disrespect other peoples properties it is kept to a bare minimum. We bought extra but this didn’t retract from our stay too badly. Thank you Villatel ❤️

Great property!

House was as described and was well stocked with enough towels, kitchen supplies, seating options. House was well decorated and kids loved it. The fruit ninja game never worked and they never came to fix it was our only complaint.

Gaming systems didn't work

All the video games in the upstairs hangout area for the children didn't work. There was no clear instructions on how to run things like projector. We contacted property manager and they never fixed our games or got back to us on it. The clubhouse pool area was closed when we tried to take children there, the teen center was also closed the whole time. Not worth the money when kids didn't have things they could actually do. Very disappointing

Wonderful!

This home was exactly as pictured in the photos. It is beautiful. There were 9 adults and 3 children under 10 and it was perfect. Plenty of room for all. There is noone in the back so it has a very pretty view. We had a few issues the Fruit Ninja was not working during our stay and also there was a problem getting the projection screen in the movie theater to work but that was addressed in a quick and friendly manner. From the people who I spoke to at office to the people that were sent to help. This home is just a 5 minute walk from the Resort pool and splash pad which the kids loved! The resort also has a gym, restaurant, corn hole and a pool bar. You can order food from the bar or poolside with your phone. Very nice place. It wasn't far from Disney (maybe 10 minutes)and Sea World was about 25 minutes. We would definitely stay here again. Note to homeowner... In the showers there is no place to set your shampoo ect... which is okay for young people but hard for the older people added something as well as a grab bar on the downstairs shower would be great. Also, a railing to get into the pool and hot tub. Again the kids didn't have a problem but it was harder for the older people. Thank you for providing us with such a beautiful home to create memories that will last a life time.

Beautiful house but terrible in terms of cleanliness

great house but maintenance was awful. Blood on walls and floor. Counters not clean. Theatre room wreaked of cigarette smoke. Overall, cleanliness was terrible. Maintenance was contacted and promised to address the issues but failed to do so. Family had to go buy cleaning products and clean entire house ourselves.

Overall it was a nice experience and vacation. It was big, enough rooms, great decor, plenty to do in the house. The theater is great. The karaoke was fun, could have better mics. The kitchen is clean and has everything you need. However, when we got to the house, the outside area had not been cleaned, there were cigarette buds and ashes, furniture was dirty, moldy and out of place, the basketball was moldy and broken, the pool was cloudy. We called and throughout our stay different people came to clean and fix things. Not what you want during your stay. The Foosball never worked, it was broken, no ping pong balls, no ball for bowling, one arcade game was out of order. I had to pick up ping pong balls at management office, and they brought the bowling ball the next day, along with a better basketball. Some comforters smelled really bad and we had to wash them. Even though they were attentive to my calls, it was annoying having to call everyday and following up. I would have expected for everything to be in order. But, with all of this, I would stay here again, I recommend reaching out to owner and making sure everything is working before you arrive.

SPACIOUS HOME

Although there were a few things that needed attended to, we had a great time in the house! All 4 nights were spent in the house, playing games, cooking meals, enjoying each other's company. The lower level of the house was very spacious. The upstairs had great sleeping quarters, as well as lots of fun games to play. The beds were very comfortable.

Save your money and go elsewhere

We were super excited for our trip, but from time we arrived, we had nothing but issues. No working A/C, missing and broken blinds, no functioning lights in themed bedroom, ripped pool screen with snake, no pool light, broken off toilet seats, hot tub with horrid smell, remotes that didn’t work, error message on movie screen, no garbage pickup, etc. I made daily requests and nothing but A/C was ever corrected. We selected this house for our children and themed rooms, and they were never able to use them. We were provided a credit for the heat on spa, as we couldn’t use it, but that small credit can not give back the experience and lost excitement. We all work so hard to take family on vacation, so to be met with this was a total failure. I do not recommend these homes, community, or company to anyone. Save your money and go elsewhere.

CLEAN!!!!

Very very clean, lots of bedrooms and space to relax in, nice pool and theatre. Kids mostly swam and played in the game room. Overall, we would recommend this home!

5 Star!

It was the most relaxing stay I have ever had outside my house. It had plenty of space and had a lot of entertainment for kids which gave me and my husband some time for ourselves. The place was very well furnished, beds were comfortable and the sheets and everything was very clean.
