Great property. Very convenient located! Supermarkets, shopping malls, and theme parks very close.

The pool was rellay convenient after a long day at the parks or malls! There is a Wal Mart 5 minutes away and the theme parks are 20-30 minutes away. We stayed 7 adults and 4 kids and everyone had their room. The house was very clean, and very well designed. Beds were incredibly confortable and the property is very quiet. By far, this is a very good option.

Orlando Trip

We loved staying here, my family kept busy with the pool and pool table. Lots of room to move around without feeling on top of each other. We had a group of 12 and never felt crowded . Loved the playground across the street. Perfect for big families! My kids enjoyed the clubhouse as well but honestly they had so much fun at the house we didn’t go to the clubhouse often! Definitely would like to stay here again! Most favorite place I have ever stayed! Beds are comfortable too.

Tournament Trip

We stayed here for a week. It was a very quiet, secure, and safe location. The house was big and fit all of us comfortably. The club house was very close and was a great amenity to have. They could use a few more chairs for people but other than that, it was very nice. There are a lot of restaurants nearby and very close to attractions and the busiest Walmart I have ever seen. The house itself has the bare bones compared to other VRBO's that we have stayed in. If you are flying in, make sure you have extra luggage space to take things back with you that you need to purchase or plan a head and bring everything with you (beach bags, coolers, towels, kitchen supplies, cards, household items, etc.). The kitchen did not have measuring cups, baking sheets, kitchen towels and other things. No door mats in from the pool or when you walk in the front door. The house was not cleaned deeply before we checked in. The sheets do not stay on the beds. No pool toys or floaties and only 8 pool towels. Rugs had stains on them, marks on the walls and on the stairs going up the stairs. The communication with the property manager was great before our stay. During the stay we were told to reach out to the manager and you could only leave a voicemail. This was not okay when trying to get a visitor to come to our house to pick up some leftover stuff at the end of our trip. We could not get ahold of the property manager nor could the front gate. Overall, we enjoyed our stay!

Lovely Villa in Great Location

We stayed here for 2 weeks from 4th to 18th April. The booking and communication prior to travel was great and gave us all the information for a smooth check in. On arrival after a long flight the villa was spotless and had everything we needed to get through the first few days so only a quick trip to Walmart was needed (Walmart is about 5 mins away) We were about 15 mins from all Disney parks and the Windsor hills resort is great, we enjoyed the pool on numerous rest days. Our kids and the adults loved the rooms and space (kids loved the themed rooms). Had a couple of very small issues whilst there but we contacted innovare and it was sorted within a few hours (lost internet and hole in netting) If you are looking for a great villa in a great location for Disney and the wider area the look no further than Windsor hills and this corner plot is great. Opposite kids play park and 2 mins to Resort pool/ shop and amenities. Thanks for a great stay we will stay again

Fabulous!

We loved the size and the beautiful décor of this home. It was very comfortable for a big group. The only thing we enjoyed more was the private pool! The temperature was just fabulous. Although we did not go to Disney you will love how close it is. And there is a Super Walmart only 5 min away for stocking your hose. We would defiantly stay here again !

Great stay

The house it modern and cute, in walking distance to pool and waterslide area. It could certainly use a deep clean and very lacking in kitchen supplies. The game room with pool table is a really neat room. The pool is ok, but the hot tub does not get very warm even after paying for heat. Communication with property manager was easy and very accommodating!

Stay is Dependent on Your Priorities

Home is modern, spacious, and accommodating to multiple families in a VERY secure gated community close to Disney. Access to this property…the management was provided with 3 drivers and only 2 were provided to security. It was a 40 min endeavor at the security gate after all day traveling to rectify their error. It is IMPORTANT to know that for this time of year(December), don’t rely on the private hot tub/pool being heated. The heating system for the pool/hot tub is very dilapidated and still did not work after technicians(a part needed to be replaced, ETA after our checkout).This was our priority for reserving this specific property, accommodate 3 families and hang out by the private pool after daily events. This pool issue was notated in reviews a FEW years ago. Water was entirely too ice cold to enjoy. Prior to arriving, the property manager was notified that heating of the pool was the biggest attraction for the reservation and payment was rendered. 10% refund was given but definitely not worthwhile nor does it compensate.Trash is picked up daily and the park and clubhouse are close. The listing specified limited toiletries so please adhere, only one trash bag, and etc is provided no matter how many days you stay. So plan to pack your house and bring it or purchase it all from the obnoxious near by market, Walmart, I would AVOID. (A quaint Publix is near & worth it). Plenty of towels and blankets are provided. There was no XBox or AirHockey Table. Buy your own ice too!

Great Home

Great home. Stocked with anything you may need. I must give rental agency or management of home a 5 star they were answered every questioned I had quickly even when I had a question late Saturday night. I would gladly stay in this home again. Clean large comfortable temperatures and pool heat was great.

Florida - August 2023

Home was clean and all supplies were provided. Pool was not yet cleaned with arrival, and there was a leak in the kitchen, but the owners toik care of that after one or two mails. One negative: the pots and pans will have to be replaced, The pots and pans need to be replaced. The tefal pans were full of scratches, which is not good for health. But we had a pleasant stay.

Our Stay

Overall me and. Y family made the best out of our trip. The house was not this best , they had broken chairs , the bathroom had a bunch of bugs , but I’m guessing it could be because of the recent bad weather(IDK) . The garage was a mess , the pool table had markings all over it and broken pool sticks also the garage smelled like it had mildew in it.my family didn’t want to touch anything because it seemed everything was broken , some of my family left.because of the parking so they just stayed in a hotel 3 car maximum so if you have a big family and need parking this place it not recommended.The dishwasher was broken . Upon arrival we seen about 10 roaches so everything we had we put in the fridge. The pool was not the cleanest, but the water park I. The front was EXCELLENT! The community is very quiet , I think the house would be great but needs a major upgrade . I don’t like to really give review but I will say I was definitely disappointed.

Not as expected

I booked this trip in hopes that we would be able to enjoy all the amenities of renting a home with a private pool and hot tub. Unfortunately, the hot tub was empty and not in service. The pool did not appear to be on at all, so I called at 4p right after checking in and was told someone would be by later that day or the next. If someone came by, nothing was fixed and I received no calls or even a note indicating what may have been assessed. After my trip was over I was told that the pool was on, as if that would be sufficient in quelling my frustration. Interesting to have a pool that looks uninviting with extremely still water and no noise from any type of pump. Also, all the sitting furniture on the first floor is in need of replacement. The AC worked well and the bedrooms and bathrooms were sufficient, but we could have went to a hotel or booked a house with no pool/hot tub if that was all I wanted. Loved the neighborhood, just saddened to see this property was not up to the standards the community looks to be in. I really hope this property is not rented out until significant steps are taken to ensure it is fit for guests. I would also like to add that I live in Orlando and I understand there was a hurricane a week prior, but someone should have contacted me about the issues with the property offering another suitable property or discount for the issues. Essentially you are renting a product to a consumer and they should be satisfied. I wasn't.

Comfortable and Pleasant

We were in Orlando for a conference and this house was perfect for our family...so roomy. We were pretty busy with the conference, so we didn't have much time to enjoy the amenities this place offers. Thank you so much for a very homey place to stay.
