Our trip was great! About a 15 minute drive to each Disney park and seemed well kept. We really only stayed at night and went out all day each day, so it did its job well! Will be staying here again!

Mark and John were fantastic hosts! Everything about the stay was great from start to finish. The property looked exactly like the pictures clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable. It really felt like a home away from home. Communication was smooth, and they made the whole experience easy and enjoyable. I would definitely book again and highly recommend staying here!

The space was as described but the WiFi was spotty, the floor in the bathroom had soft spots, & the smell of the building was overpowering. We also didn’t enjoy the fact the although it was located close to Celebration, & close to the Disney parks, it is near an abandoned hotel which has been defaced & trashed and that is what you see as you exit to go to the condo neighborhood.

Great location for us. Condo was as shown in the pictures.

The condo was the perfect location to get back and forth to Flamingo Crossing where our daughter was moving. It was also easy to all the Disney parks Disney Springs. Everything was a 10-15 minute drive. The condo itself was as pictured. Shower was hot with amazing water pressure. Beds were comfortable, but we are spoiled with sleeping on a King size bed-these were either full or queen. We only used the refrigerator and coffee maker, but there was a stove and other kitchen items if needed. Manager was great at sending instructions for getting in the condo. We arrived at night in the rain, and it did take us a minute to figure out we needed to walk in the first door to the left and then take the elevator on the right up to the 3rd floor to get into the condo. Parking is free and no added resort fees like other places that are close by. The apartment has been updated beautifully, but just know the floors and hallways leading to the unit are a bit older. We felt safe and slept well. Thanks for allowing us to stay!

Decent Property

We stayed 4 nights in November for a quick trip to Disney. We have ALWAYS remained on the property; however, this was our first time not staying on Disney property. This property is JUST like the photos. However, the building is a bit older than expected. Also, the building is not the one listed in the photo - it is building 7 which is in the VERY BACK of the property. You can NOT drive up to the door as shown in the photo - you must enter the property and then take the elevator to the 3rd floor. The condo is beside the nice elevator; however, you will hear some noise from people coming and going. The building is older and has somewhat of a musty smell. Also, on two different nights, we came in and smelled marijuana being smoked in a bottom-floor condo as we went to the elevator which was not very present. The condo faces the parking lot which is nice so you can keep an eye on your rental or vehicle if you drive. We woke up at midnight on two different nights with LOUD people coming in from being out at night. One night a Mustang car was showing off with its V8 and woke us up as well. There are a few soft spots on the floor by the tub so be aware. Furniture is basic nothing super fancy or expensive. Mattresses could be upgraded for sure! Overall, it is a great property that was stocked with anything you may need. I would recommend they change their coffee pot to a Keurig so that pods can be used or purchased vs having to get coffee and filters.
