Very disappointing experience overall. For a 4-day stay, only one roll of kitchen paper towels was provided, along with very few garbage bags, extremely limited cookware, and an insufficient number of towels. Only two washing pods were supplied, which is clearly inadequate for multiple days. On top of that, there was an extremely annoying door alarm that kept going off and made the stay uncomfortable.We also paid extra for pool heating (36.75 per day for 3 days, totaling 110.25, plus a 26.25 last-minute fee). Unfortunately, the pool took nearly three days to reach a normal temperature, so we were only able to use it for one day. This made the pool heating fee feel like a complete waste.Additionally, the game room was not clean and appeared very poorly maintained. Overall, the amenities and maintenance did not match what was advertised or what we paid for, and we were left very dissatisfied with our stay.
