Excellent communication and follow up. House felt warm and welcoming! The house was set up to be detail oriented to all ages staying. One of the first places we have stayed on vacation that all appliances were present and functional! The only thing that we could suggest is the house got hot with the current allowed settings. Beautiful villa in a great location - quiet location in community but easy access to all the main facilities and attractions. Lovely furnishings, great pool area and the villa had everything we needed for a well needed holiday with the family. Would not hesitate to recommend or stay again in the future.

Poolside Paradise: Making Memories

Staying at the Emerald Oasis was an absolute delight! The spacious vacation home offered everything we could have hoped for and more. The highlight was definitely the inviting pool, perfect for relaxing afternoons under the sun. The game room provided endless entertainment, while the BBQ grill allowed us to enjoy delicious meals outdoors. The bedrooms were beautifully appointed, each offering a cozy retreat after a day of fun. The large eat-in kitchen was a hub of activity, ideal for preparing meals and gathering together. Overall, our stay was memorable, offering both comfort and luxury in a stunning setting.

Home away from home we didn’t want to leave

We stayed here for 6 nights in April & it wasn’t enough! The photographs of the property don’t do it justice, it’s a really lovely, comfortable, spacious property and it has best stocked kitchen equipment I’ve seen, everything we needed was there, which was such a pleasant surprise. The outdoor area was a huge factor in where we stayed & it certainly didn’t disappoint either. Pat, the owner made everything easy and was super responsive and helpful, as were the property maintenance people when we were out there & had to contact them. I can’t recommend staying here enough & will certainly look to book here again on another trip to Florida. It really was the perfect villa!

Great stay, wonderful place to call “home”

Great overall feel. The kitchen, bedrooms, family/living room, pool area- were all well kept and made you feel like you could settle in comfortably and enjoy being at “home.” Pat was very responsive to any questions or items that came up. Would recommend and would also stay here again!

Perfect for our large family

The layout of the property was ideal. Bedroom to bathroom ratio and sizing was great. Locations to parks really couldn’t have been better either - easy to get there and quick to come home. The owners were very responsive to all of my questions prior to our trip and they were very helpful! Onsite the property manager was also very quick to respond and polite. We would absolutely request to stay here again in the future.

Family Vacation 2023

This home was even better than we expected and our family had a blast there. The rooms and outdoor area were beautiful and very well maintained with no issues which made our stay wonderful. House was roomy, Beds were pretty firm, most of us minded that. Could stand a deep cleaning. Particularly the air ducts/vents. Pool was a nice bonus for after a hot day at the parks. Neighborhood was quiet. Good place when it comes down to it.

Perfect Location, Excellent Home, Wonderful Hosts

Wonderful property located so close to many attractions. Home well furnished, spotless, all enjoyed having their own rooms and bathrooms. Home was very spacious and allowed privacy as well as allowed family to enjoy together times. Communication with owner excellent. Home located in a very safe area. Great pool and jacuzzi. Enjoyed traveling to theme parks as well as a manatee and airboat tour. Thank you Pat !

Wonderful home!

Enjoyed everything about the property! Home was as advertised! Communication was great! Pat was very accommodating with flight changes and was able to get us into home a day early! Also gave us recommendations on hotels and things to do in area until we were able to get into the home! Sharon and Lee were also very helpful while there! Wish we could’ve used the outdoor space more, but couldn’t do anything about the cold weather!! Enjoyed the game room and had everything needed in kitchen to make our meals! Enjoyed being on edge of community and even saw deer one night behind home!

Great House/Great Management

We stay AT LEAST yearly at a VRBO property for the last several years. This property was one of our favorites by far. The management team was extremely responsive during the booking process, they accommodated all of our special requests, even last minute ones. Everything was just as expected or better. Highly recommend!

Best Florida Villa we’ve stayed in!

My family and I have been fortunate to visit Orlando many times and have stayed in numerous lovely villas, including at Emerald Island more than once. I have to say that this villa tops the list for us! Everything was perfect. Very spacious, spotlessly clean. comfortable beds and furniture plus a great pool, jacuzzi, games room and TVs with streaming services that all got heavily used. Also the service and communication, booking with Patricia and onsite management with Sharon, was great. We had one minor problem with the aircon on our penultimate day but this got fixed immediately after a short call to Sharon. That’s what you call great customer service! We really didn’t want to leave and would definitely recommend to other families. Will be our first choice when we next decide to holiday again in Orlando.

Family Vacation

Amazing Home! This house looked exactly like all the pictures that were posted. The kitchen was so well stocked that we were able to cook large meals for a family of 10, with plenty of pots, pans and place settings. The outside area is where we spent much of our time. We were able to use the grill multiple times and eat our meals at the large table. There were more than enough lounge chairs and very comfortable living area furniture. We spent many hours in the pool and putside!! Thank you to our host, PAt, it was very easy to work with you. Also to the management team/Sharon. It was so easy to text her about with my very minor questions and she responded quickly and efficiently. Thanks again, GF

Spring getaway from the Snow!

The vacation rental property was more beautiful than the picture shown. We were blessed with beautiful weather and a spectacular house to enjoy during our vacation. The house was meticulously clean and ready for guest. Everything we needed or would need was there. The pool was warm along with the hot tub. We especially enjoyed the Lanai spending time outside. We will definitely rent this house again!!!
