The Home is very large with plenty of room and plenty of bathrooms. Very clean upon arrival and well stocked with towels for all. The pool was great with sun all day long. We opted for pool heat and it was very reasonable in price. The pool area is large with 2 fans under cover and 2 tables with chairs as well as loungers with cushions. We had ZERO problems and all went well. The owner is super responsive throughout the rental process and easy to get in touch with. We even extended a day and that was very easy to do since that day we needed was available.

Two fantastic weeks

Although this is an older property it is well maintained and very clean. Everything was as advertised. The pool, hot tub, kitchen appliances all were top notch. The beds were comfortable. We did buy additional beach towels but other than that the house is adequately supplied. The location could not be better. The owner is very responsive.

Family weekend getaway

My family and I had a phenomenal weekend. The pool wasn’t clean when we first arrived but someone came and cleaned it within the hour of our arrival. We would definitely recommend property and stay there again when visiting the city.

Nice roomy house

The house was lovely. This was the first house I stayed in that requested that I wash the towels, so I thought that was odd because I didn't bring detergent, and the house didn't provide any. I wish I had known beforehand that I had to pay $20 for a gate access card. The property owner was very fast at responding to any inquiries. Five stars! I would suggest updating the pool sticks because they have no tips :)

With plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms, this house was a good option for our multi-family vacation. The kitchen is well equipped for preparing meals at home or there are plenty of restaurants within a short drive. The location near Disney World’s parks is convenient for outings. Although the layout and basics of the home are good, the furniture and decor is dated and the bedding needs replaced. We enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub so much. We were glad to have the barbecue and spent a lot of time poolside out on the patio. However, the patio furniture is also in need of an update. As our host, Ning was very responsive. The extra items such as the baby booster chair and good stock of towels were appreciated. Overall, we had a good stay and a few updates could make this place awesome.

Absolutely Satisfied

From the time we booked this home, it was a wonderful experience. The owner was so very gracious and communicated with us throughout the stay. She was quick to answer any questions or concerns we had. The home was lovely and accommodated my family in every way. So comfortable and large enough for us to enjoy our family Christmas as if we were at our own homes. Close enough to all the parks and the resort was beautiful. We all enjoyed our stay so much and this home was perfect in every way. Thank you to the owner for making sure that all our needs were met. We are absolutely sure we made the right choice . Looking forward to coming back and hoping to be lucky enough to reserve this beautiful home again.

Great disney location

This house is about 20 minutes away from Disney's Key West Resort. The pros for this house for a large family group are: lots of space, bedrooms and bathroom are big and spacious in my opinion. The beds are very comfortable which is important! The outdoor pool area is nice because it has two tables with seating in addition to some lounge chairs, the pool table room inside is fun. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes, glasses, some cookware, utensils. The cons: there are not enough towels and the ones that are there are pretty bare. There weren't any extra sheets or pillows in the house. We had one person that wanted to sleep on one of the pullout cots and we looked in every closet with no success. There were no pool towels. Parking was an issue and this is not on the listing - the day before our stay I received an email from the neighborhood stating a $20 per vehicle charge to park. Also, the maximum at any time is 6 cars. This was an big deal for our group because we had family staying at a Disney resort and they came over for dinner and the parking attendant would not allow them through the gate despite me adding them to the guest list. Overall though, despite the above - we enjoyed the listing and the house was CLEAN which is most important to us!

Perfect group housing

Our volleyball team stayed at this vacation home with enough room and amenities to fit our needs. Lots of beds and bathrooms for a group of 12 people. We could prepare our daily meals in a comfortable setting. The pool was a bonus for the kids

Awesome host

Ning was amazing to communicate with! She helped me navigate the entire process. The instructions were very clear about what was expected and what to do and not do around the house. It was clean and she allowed me to have my dinner for my birthday which was so lovely! My friends loved it! It was the best bday I had since I was 12! I had all my closest people with me and she let this happen! (Within guidelines and every detail pre approved) the resort was a little pain to get in they just seem dated but she warned about that and it was a fantastic stay! I will book again with her!!

Nice getaway

The house was clean and tidy. The kitchen had everything someone need for a vacation stay. Disappointed when the spa didn’t work as expected. The owner was quick to try and get a fix but the manager lacked communication with us. A refund was given for the trouble. Out of the owners control but very frustrating with communication from the on site managers Over all a good stay.
