The house was great, easy to access, and in a quite community. The main water line broke when we were at Sea World and Klaus was able to have someone there to fix it before we got back, this was the night before Thanksgiving.

Family Vacation

The property was everything we expected. Close to the activities we enjoyed while we were visiting. A great amount of space for the six of us who stayed on property. Also the layout of the house with a separate master apart from the other 3 bedrooms. We had an issue with the AC, but communication with the homeowner and property manager was seamless and the issue was rectified in a timely manner. We would recommend the propert to anybody looking to spend time in the Clermont/Orlando area.

What an exceptional Villa!!!

We couldn’t have been happier with our choice of villa for our 2 week Family Holiday to Florida. All communications were exceptional. Getting into the villa was very easy with the provided instructions. The villa is wonderfully maintained and extremely clean. It had everything we needed and more. Beautiful location which is quiet but close to all the amenities. We cannot think of a bad thing to say. We were incredibly sad to leave and hope to return again soon.

Christmas Vacation

This house is amazing and is definitely our favorite to stay in while in Florida! It feels like home and supplies you with everything you need for your stay. The beds are comfortable and it is complete peace and quiet with noone to bother you. The pool was amazing even in December. The game room/garage was an added bonus with extra activities. Overall, this place was a 10/10 in our book and we will definitely be back!

If you are in this area, this is the house to rent. Klaus was awesome to deal with. The house had everything you could ever need. The pool and hot tub were perfect. If we are back in the area, we will definitely rent this house again.

Beautiful home

Our family was down to visit family over the Thanksgiving week and visit Disney. The house was perfect for our family with plenty of space in bedrooms and bathrooms. The house was very clean and had all our needs met for making meals. It was totally a home away from home. Definitely would recommend this home to anyone. It is very well cared for and has an amazing pool and hot-tub. We paid to have heat for the week we were there. Definitely worth it as the mornings were a little cool. Out of all the homes we have stayed at, this was by far the most amazing. If you are looking for a place…..pick this one!! You won’t be disappointed.

This house was amazing and very clean. The owner was awesome to work with on any questions we had or concerns. If you are looking for a safe place with good security and surroundings, well kept up, clean, and about 20-25 minutes from universal and all the theme parks this would be highly recommend staying in. If I could give this house a star rating that was only 1-10, I would give it a twelve. This place was wonderful, and we would definitely stay here again.

We stayed here during a vollyball tournament at the convention center. super nice place, clean house. pool was great. If you are going to the parks great location but if your going to the convention center the drive is long with a lot of stoplights.

May 2024 holiday

Had a fantastic 2 weeks at Klaus's villa. Great communication before we left and checked everything was ok whilst we were in villa . The location is great in a quiet spot in a very nice estate. My kids (in early 20s) wanted to go to Disney and with it so close they took an Uber and was reasonable . My wife and I pottered about visiting local sites of interest. Louisa state park just 5 miles up the road and it was very good. So many nice spots like that . Supermarket less than a mile away and lots of restaurants. I highly recommend as house location was great and pool lovely.

Family Spring Break

This property was EXACTLY what our family needed for our trip to Orlando! We loved the space provided in the home so our family could enjoy some quiet time after spending days at Disney/Universal/Legoland. We loved making meals together and spending time relaxing in the pool and hot tub. The beds were so comfortable, the home was very clean, beautifully decorated, well stocked and spacious. The owner was very helpful and detailed about the home, very quick to respond. We loved our stay and would love to come back. Would highly recommend this property.

Dream Retreat

The listing’s title is accurate - the house is truly a dream retreat. Our family went down to FL for the holidays and even though the weather was a little chilly, the heated pool and spa were amazing. The house was spotless and had everything we needed to start up before heading to the store. Communication was excellent and very timely. Everyone enjoyed the space - we could all be together or go to our own area. The covered patio was perfect for my husband to get some early work done. We will definitely be back.
