Great space and location for our week in Orlando. Check-in and communication was quick and easy. Property is showing some age or wear and tear that could use some updating. Great value overall!

Communication prior to check in was great. After they never would respond.House is not luxury at all.Needs a deep clean, baseboards and wall, railing, windows are dirty.Showers, beds, counters are clean.We had a lot of trouble getting windows to align to lock. They were left unlocked and open, presumably to help dry the carpet which were crunchy from the process.Community pool was amazzzzing!We did not use tiny house pool.

The home was very spacious and clean. We loved the small private pool for the evenings. The weather did not cooperate, so we did not get a chance to enjoy the larger resort pool. Our 2 teens each loved having their own room and TV! Thank you for a great weekend stay!

Layout of house, rooms and facilities were excellent. Location to Disney parks was very easy. Very close to the club pool which was busy at weekends but still an enjoyable place to be.

Fantastic stay

Incredible!

We had an incredible stay! The townhouse was perfect. It was incredibly clean and had everything we needed. Having the pool made the mornings and evenings after visiting Disney all day just so nice and relaxing! We will definitely look to rent here again when we are back in Florida!

My family and I stayed at this property for the D1 cheer Competition at ESPN. The location to the ESPN Center was perfect for us. This house made us feel very relaxed, lots of room! The pool was a big hit with my family!

It was a great place to stay especially with the resort amenities, we had kids, parents, and grandparents. The upstairs with three bedrooms and the living space is great for the family. The downstairs was great for the grandparents

Birthday trip

My stay here was amazing. Our house was very quick to respond to any questions I had. We had no problems getting in the gate or checking in. The home was very beautiful with a private pool. There’s plenty of room in space for us and we definitely book the same home again.

Disney Vacation

This house was perfect for a group of four adults and five kids. It was a short 20 minute drive to Disney Springs and Magic Kingdom. On our day to relax we enjoyed going to the club house and playing in the water park and lazy river.

Nice property for a Disney stay

Great place to stay for a Disney visit! Well-priced home with lots of space for a couple of families to share. Pool and backyard were lovely and the community amenities were awesome. The community pool said it was heated to 84 year round and there’s no way that is true, but we enjoyed the lazy river, hot tubs, lounge chairs and games! We also enjoyed the small pool at the home. We paid for heating and were glad we did. It was nice! The beds and furnishings were basic and not super plush but we all slept great and the home was VERY quiet! Much, much better than staying in a hotel!! The kitchen was very nice and the home was very clean. We enjoyed our stay and the property manager was helpful. It took us about 22-25min to drive to Epcot incase anyone needs a time gauge for that! I was thinking it was a bit closer

Great Choice Near Disney

We chose this property because of location, ammenities, and the simplicity of furnishings ( as we had 2 young grandchildren). We loved the place... exactly as advertised. The beds were really comfortable. The kitchen had almost everthing you need. The patio is quite private and gets the afternoon sun and looks out on a large pond. The clubhouse pool, small water park and lazy river were the hit with our young children. They keep the water at 84 all year round. They were great and let us check in early so the grandchildren could get their afternoon naps (else we all have a bad day!) I was very appreciative that they accomodated that. I think the place is about 20 minutes from Disney if traffic is moving well on US192. There are lots of restaurants nearby as well as large chain stores and shopping. If you rent the condo a few small tips: - you might want to bring a sharp knife, a can opener ( the 2 there did not work well) - we also rented the bar b que, which they arrange from another company, we got the 2 burner...don't get a bigger one as it was a rinky dinky uneven heat thing. It is good choice.

Awesome condo with great location!

My family of 4 stayed at this house this past week and it was amazing! Great amount of space and we even had enough room for my in-laws to stay a couple days with us. I loved how they had their own bedroom downstairs with their own bath. My husband and I were upstairs with the kids. The pool was great and even had a half bath outside so you didn’t have to go inside from the pool area. The condo was very clean and I felt like I was at home. Very short walk to the clubhouse which was absolutely perfect for my toddlers. We went there everyday and they never got sick of it! The owner was also very responsive with any of my questions. Also, I loved how we had a view of the large pond behind us. Even though this was a condo I couldn’t tell, we never heard any of our neighbors. I could go on and on. Definitely want to book this again for next year!! 5 star! I never want to stay in a hotel again!

Great Property

This property is everything it claims to be. It’s very spacious and comfortable. There is no shortage of entertainment to participate in. The beds are very comfortable. Everyone slept very well. The community is really nice, clean,and quiet. It is very important to place the garbage exactly how they tell you to store it- we had an episode where the raccoons got into the garbage and made a mess. The property managers were very attentive to our needs and were readily available at all times. The lazy river was very relaxing. The property is very close to Disney, restaurants, retail shopping, and everything else. I’d definitely stay here again.

Best vacation ever!

This house truly made doing Disney easy! It was super close and super nice. It was big enough for the whole family and then some. Loved having the pool in the back so we didn’t have to share. One thing though, we found egg on the bar stool underneath the cushion and behind on of the instruction frames on the counter. Other than that it was the best trip ever! Will be booking again soon!

Lovely home that I would use again
