All Star Cheer Get Away

Check in was simple. The property appears just as it is in the photos. We enjoyed our stay and there was plenty of room for everyone. We didn't even get to make it to the resort pool because the kids loved having their own pool 24 hours a day.

Overall good

Overall the place was good. The only complaint I have is that we paid extra for the pool to be heated. When we got there, there was not enough water in the pool for the filter to come on and the first step was out of the water. I reached out and they did come the next day and put water in it, however it never heated up. The water was freezing all weekend. The house was nice and had everything you needed. Location was great.

Spacious house for 2 families

Very convenient for my sister and I and our families to have home base as we visited with 3 sets of parents/grandparents. “Game room” is the garage (but with a/c so that was nice). “Movie theater room” is upstairs large living room with large u-shaped comfy sofa. Kitchen lacked silverware (there were 4 forks) and any serving dishes/platters but way more plates and bowls than anyone needed. We enjoyed a long weekend here and an appreciated late checkout, and were comfortable. Pool at house was enjoyable as was the lazy River and cabana-tents at clubhouse.

The only problem is there was only 1 pot and 2 skillets...Just need more cookware other then that we loved it

Carpet needs to be replaced

Floors were left unvacuumed or not swept on tile. None of us would go without shoes on carpet because it was so filthy and warn out. Leftover residue from cleaner may be why texture was so bad and tile cleaner apparently used wrong product again per previous reviews because it was sticky in kitchen and main room. Although it says gated anyone can drive in or go into Rec center they Don’t check. No monitoring at night because curfew not followed. 6 of our 9 Nights neighbors we’re in their pools til 3 am. Kept those closest to that neighbor awake. I went out one night and they were very nice about it. But don’t say it’s enforced when it is not. Kitchen is not stocked well. had to ask for potholders, dust pan, no casserole dish or bowls. For cooking Upstairs bonus room space, game room in garage, pool area and location. Were great. We did enjoy our but updates needed.

Great stay!

The house was great! Plenty of space for 11 of us. Walking distance to the club house. We appreciated the accommodations. We would stay again!

Didn’t like pool issues. Plaid extra pool never got heated. Beds screws about to fall out.

Very nice house. Just need some upgrades on bed. Was lose from headboard. Mattress hard. Couch down stairs smelt like urinate. They sent Simone to clean it. That couch was almost to the floor.

We were so impressed and have nothing but good to say. Very convenient only about a block away from the larger resort. I would definitely recommend staying here and we would come back!

Birthday weekend

This property offered everything we needed to enjoy my birthday weekend with my kids and grandkids. It was cold our and we were still able to enjoy the heated pool, the grill, and all the cooking in the open kitchen. We all enjoyed the play room. It was definitely an amazing weekend!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Home is big and has a pool, but also has roaches in the kitchen and when we got there the cable and internet was not working the cleaners did not do a very good job cleaning. There was a broken egg in the refrigerator and had old macaroni and cheese in the game room as well as cigarette butts on the floor. The management company did fix the internet and cable on the second day we where there but did nothing about the fact we had to clean the home ourselves as soon as we got there, and we could not use the kitchen because there where roaches coming out of the dishwasher.

Met my expectations!

Enjoyed everything about this home. Clean, spacious, and received just what was listed in its description. The only flaw I encountered was the inconsistency of the door code. I had to call to receive door code. When I arrived at property I could not get in due to being given multiple codes that didn’t work. After 4th code was given I gained access to the home. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Don’t waste your time, energy or money! Horrible customer service

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Horrible! I will be posting on social media as well not as a threat but wanting to let others know of my experience especially since I am typically a person who does not give bad reviews ever. Dealing with this company was a nightmare. From the initial booking were I still have a pending charge on my account (duplicate) that has not fallen off yet. From staying outside and for 35 minutes with children in cold temperatures because you gave me a wrong passcode. In addition to having to try and attempt different passcodes five or six times because of unsuccessful remote communication. In addition paying for pool heating services that did not work. Contacting maintenance to have them come out to check the pool heater and waiting at the property until such was done and never having this occur. Then finally coming out to the property five days later after check out which was reported by the customer service representative to tell me that the pool heater was working. How can you tell someone that an item was working until not checking it until five days later. They never came out to the property to assess when you promised you would. Then they sent a person on the day of checkout to fix the “trash and disposal issue). I never called and reported this. This was from the guest multiple stays prior. Finding make up on bedding in the property especially doing time such as Covid is ridiculous, unsanitary and just plain disgusting. I was told that pool heating was turned in at 4pm even though it takes 24 hours to heat the pool supposed! Then told that it was on a timer to go off at 8pm..... How in the heck can you have someone pay for a pool heater set a timer and disconnect 4 hours later then repeat the same foolishness the next day I would never recommend. They never answer the phone it is 80% of the time the service even during normal business hours. You have to leave a message and they call you back hours later. COMPLETELY AND UTTERLY RIDICULOUS

Great stay

Could have been cleaned better but for the most part everything was great. Nice property/location. Great customer service everyone was very helpful.
