the game room was terrible. no darts for dart board that didn't work. ping pong table was broke. shuffle board table did t work. the skeeball game had 1 ball and it was in bad shape. Very disappointing. the pool did not heat very hot. the door alarm to go in and out of back door did not work. the downstairs shower had to be repaired by maintenance on day 2 of stay. we wanted a late checkout and was told day before through text and phone call that it was not an option. quoted 312.00 for additional night but then told no it was going to be 426. paid 426 to then see email saying late 2pm checkout was available and was only 70. tried to get someone in customer service to help and said they would have someone call me back. Still no call. we left at 2pm on Tuesday and did not stay over night till new Wednesday checkout at 10am. I do not recommend using you or Vacasa who also was involved somehow with this rental listing. Horrible customer service.

Beautiful Home, But Major Comfort IssuesWhile the house itself was extremely clean and visually stunning, the lack of proper amenities and fundamental AC functionality made for a frustrating stay—one that should serve as a huge deterrent for any potential renter. - The entire house had only one AC unit, which was completely insufficient given its size. The owners were aware of this issue, as an AC technician had visited the day before our check-in and confirmed that one unit simply wasn’t enough. The heat was unbearable, forcing us to purchase a portable AC unit—an unexpected expense that took two full days of back-and-forth before reimbursement was finally granted. Thankfully, a prior review warned us, so we also brought an extra unit ourselves. - The listing did not mention that the game room/garage had zero air conditioning, making the space completely useless in Florida’s intense heat. This was a major letdown. - The dryer’s heating element was out, meaning clothes wouldn’t dry properly. This is a basic amenity that should have been functional. - The kitchen lacked essential items, making it difficult to cook meals conveniently. If not for the days wasted fighting over reimbursement and the unbearable lack of cooling, we would have rated this home much higher. But the combination of broken amenities and a knowingly insufficient AC setup made this experience more frustrating than enjoyable. If you value comfort, think twice before booking.

Definitely Book This Property

This house was great for our trip! My mom wanted all of her kids grandkids & great grandson under the same roof for Mother’s Day. This house accommodated our needs & was stocked with kitchen supplies. Check-in and check-out process was a great!

No pool heat/ not great air

The house itself is nice but if you are wanting the pool heater do not rent this house. After specifically messaging 4 days before our arrival to kindly remind that we had paid for the pool to be heated and verification that it was turned on the morning of our arrival, we arrived around 8pm to a pool that felt like ice water. After messaging around 8 am the next morning I spent the entire day messaging and talking to support staff trying to get someone to come out to verify the gas heat pump was actually on. A pool cleaner employee came out to clean and verified the heater was not on. With no one coming out on our first full day. Around 10 am on our 2nd full day (day 3 of renting ) a local person came out and “turned the pool heat on”.and stated it could take up to 24 hours to heat the pool. On day 4 out of 6 we woke up and the pool was tepid at best. On this day I requested a full refund for the pool being heated and I am still waiting for part of my refund 8 days later as they have only returned 6 days worth of the full week we paid for. Also if you are going during a very hot time of the year be aware there is only one air conditioning unit in this huge house and if you turn the air below 72 there is a warning posted that it will freeze the unit over and you will be without air while it unfreezes. This has apparently happened many times as evidenced by the box fans in the closets of almost every room, there isn’t enough fans for each room.

Air Conditioning

The house is an absolutely beautiful for sure. The amount of bathrooms really allowed everyone to have have their own space. Now the air conditioning unit definitely needs some work. Maybe they are controlling it remotely. It work stop working everyday and go up to 83. In Florida. I went to check it and there is mold growing all over the unit. It needs serviced. I do think they know that which is why the signs are posted to not lower the air below 74 or you will be charged a service fee if needed.

Great but no tv

Property was clean and exactly as described. The only issues we had were that we were given the wrong log on password for the internet and the TVs had Roku but were not working. We finally figured out the password- on the wall but still different from the one sent to us on the check in info. Never got the tv’s working.

Great Neighborhood

We really enjoyed the setting and the neighborhood. The yard was absolutely perfect for our 11 grandchildren ranging from 10months to 17. So much to do and enjoy! The home was clean and linens were well stocked however the kitchen was not stocked well for cooking other than bowls, plates, cups, pots, pans and silverware. If you plan to cook meals you will need to get backing utensils and kitchen towels/heat pads. Overall we loved the trip despite some inconveniences with the water park access and their staff in the park being extremely rude to another guest near by.

Awesome house for big groups

Lovely house. We really liked being able to all be together under one roof during our weekend getaway. Everyone being able to have their own bathroom was a plus. The backyard is beautiful and the game room in the garage was awesome. Many ping pong games were held. Our only areas of improvement would be the following: the knowledge that you can have more than two cars and may park in the road- they just don’t want you blocking the sidewalk. We could not connect to the wifi, and when talking to customer service it wasn’t really helpful because we couldn’t find the router. There was a locked room and we feel as if it was in there. The company offered to send someone out the next day, but with us being out of the house all day- we didn’t feel comfortable having a stranger in there will our belongings. There were many light bulbs out and damage from previous visitors. Just simple maintenance that should be addressed. There are also no fans in the bedroom, so that would’ve been nice to know. All over it is a beautiful house, and very spacious. Just areas of improvement.

Okay - Marginally Adequate

Communication with the company that owns the property was horrible. Every day we communicated requesting the QR Code to get into the community's gate and never received an answer regarding that. The kitchen had no fry pans, hot pads, or enough cooking pans to handle a 7 bedroom house. I reached out to see why the hot tub is not working to be told it is only a spa. However, you go to where the pool equipment is and clearly see the heater for the hot tub. The house was not thoroughly cleaned. Hair and cleanliness issues especially in the bathrooms. The outside area had garbage in the bushes and debris throughout. The space was big enough, the beds were comfortable. The location was convenient outside of entry to the community.

Vacasa is terrible to rent through

I have stayed at a encore for 7 years straight, by far worst house and experience. Customer service while there was horrible. Pool/ hot tub heat did not work, had no salt in pool, pool dirty. 10 tvs not one worked. Fire alarms were in draws not in walls where they belonged. Front door barely closed or locked. .Pots in kitchen dirty. Spent hours on phone, waiting for repair people to show while on vacation. NEVER AGAIN
