Vivian was an excellent host, providing a clean, comfortable home for the duration of our stay. She would promptly reply to any communication which made us feel valued as guests. The pool and hot tub were the highlight of the home, as well as the pool table and movie room which we enjoyed. The neighborhood was so nice and conveniently located to many amenities. Everything was perfect thank you Vivian!

We really enjoyed the amenities. The hot tub was really nice to sit in after spending all day at the parks. The house had everything we needed. The only negatives are that the house itself is in need of some TLC and the owners asked that you not set the AC below 74. I’m just glad we weren’t there in the summer!

As other reviews have mentioned the property could benefit from a little sprucing up but this is a relatively minor issue when compared to the positives.Interaction with the owner prior to the stay was excellent. Vivian responded to every question and request quickly and fully and gave the strong impression that our satisfaction was important. After our arrival in Kissimmee the property management company went the extra mile to rectify every issue no matter how small and to make sure our stay was as good as it could be. In fact having stayed several times in the area over the last 15 years or so I would say that this management team were the best we have experienced by far.The location of the property is excellent, with its proximity to Disney World and the shops and restaurants along US192. We enjoyed looking out onto the lake and the sense of space this gives more than makes up for the relatively modest deck area. We paid for pool and spa heat and the temperature of both were perfect for a March stay. Inside the house the air con worked well, the beds were comfortable and everything was easy to use. The pool table was in pristine condition and we used it a lot. We didn’t really use the cinema room as we preferred being outside on the deck in the evenings as the weather was so good.Overall we were very satisfied with our stay and would rent this house again if we return.

Simple and just right

Our stay was uneventful which we enjoy. We didn’t have any issues getting in or out of the home. Although there were some nuances to switches and control of a couple of lights and fans that did not disrupt our needs or ability to enjoy our stay.

Amazing trip

Villa is huge and very well equipped. Excellent location to Disney. Close enough to main roads to join highways easily, but in a quiet location. Multiple restaurants, Walmart, crazy golf and shops within minutes. Pool heating was very efficient and well worth the money. Air conditioning effective and worked well throughout. We didn’t have any issues with bugs. Communication was excellent and accessing the property after hours was simple. Thank you for the very useful welcome pack at 11pm! There are a small number of areas which need a little cosmetic TLC, but they didn’t effect our stay in any way. We would thoroughly recommend the villa and it’s location. Thank you very much.

GREAT PRIVATE PLACE , CLOSE TO DISNEY

This house is a very comfortable, clean, and convenient place to stay if you are going to Disney. It serves as a private setting to rest and has everything you need for that. Cooking utensils are all there, pool and spa were heated and used every day. Theater room was a plus. The beds were very comfortable. My granddaughter loved the princess and cars room. Some of the table chairs were loose which made us nervous about using them, maybe consider stronger ones next time you purchase. Plenty of storage room, laundry works great. Definitely will look for this house again if we return to the area. Owner is very responsive and a joy to communicate with.

Disney get away

We loved our stay!! The house was clean and welcoming. The whole family enjoyed the pool and hot tub after a long day in the Disney parks. The house is very close to all of the parks and the location was easy to navigate. It was a nice neighborhood and it was fun watching birds catch fish by the water. We started each day with coffee by the pool. Wonderful vacation :)

Friends and family for the 4th

Clean property, good communication with property manager and owner when needed. Had all that was needed to make breakfast every day. Some Areas of home need updating, care and repair. Cosmetic issues, not anything else. Centrally located in safe neighborhood. Plenty of local eateries in the area.

This property has not been recently updated and renovated as the listing states. The entire interior needs to be painted. The bathrooms need an upgrade. Had to purchase shower mats. The pool deck needs to be cleaned. Numerous pool tiles missing. Advertise a BBQ grill when in fact you need to rent one. On a positive note the property manager was very responsive to any requests.

Lots of pool fun!

We loved the pool and hot tub. The pool area is relaxing and private, and we could even see fireworks off in the distance at times. The kitchen was great, as well, and it had everything we needed to cook. Also, it's a perfect location for Disney park-goers! The A/C did not work the first few days of our stay. After some visits from repairmen, it was thankfully fixed. Overall, the location, pool, hot tub, and kitchen made it worth it for us.

Great place to stay for Disney!

This was a great place to stay when visiting Disney resorts. It’s a quick drive. There are plenty of restaurants and stores within a few minutes drive for anything we needed. The pool was perfect for us. We spent a lot of time sitting poolside enjoying our coffee in the morning and dinner in the evening.

Relaxing hot tub and pool!

The property is convenient to the Disney parks, endless choices of food, and shopping. Plenty of room for a large family. The pool table, hot tub and pool were great fun for us to wind down after our days at the parks. The owner and property management company were very helpful in the renting process. Just make sure food is cleaned up properly after eating to avoid ants as they are common in the area! Great property with comfy beds!
